Stacy's POV
Back at the cabin I was greeted with silence. There were no words to fail him, and I felt like there were holes being poked right through my heart. I tried my best to stay calm, but I guess being alone with someone who didn't really care worsened this more than I thought.
"Stay right here, I'll be back…" he explained after hours of sitting in silence together.
"I should stay here. Are you planning to leave me alone? Are you returning to the pack without me?" I threw too many questions at him, my face showing fear and my body shaking in panic.
"Would you calm down?" He asked in a demanding tone, his words leaving no room for any other expressions.
I nodded, pressing my lips together, and I played with my hands, trying my best to calm down. I knew there was a lot involved, and I was totally overtense about it.
"You want to leave, right? Where are you going?" I asked, and he kept shut.
