Lee Ji-seo POV (Point Of View)
I prepared for school. Like the past few days, I decided to go to school early to study more before classes begin. I had this strange feeling in my gut, "What's going on?" I said to myself.
I decided to ignore it and got ready for school. I had a light breakfast and waited for Taemin to come pick me up. Usually it's Ha-ri, but she said she'll go pick up Dae.
30 minutes later, Taemin arrived on his motorcycle. I got outside and stared at him in shock. He looked at his motorcycle proudly, "Crazy, right? Meet my beautiful babygirl, Su-jin." He said, patting the motorcycle mirror.
I stared at him like he was crazy, "Maybe this is the reason why I was having that weird feeling in my gut earlier." I said, shaking my head. Taemin looked away from 'Su-jin' and stared at me in confusion.
"What feeling?" "When I was getting ready, I had this strange feeling that I might get hurt today or something unlucky was going to happen to me," I said, hugging myself.
"Remember what I promised you on Saturday? I will protect you. I won't let anything happen to you." He said seriously. I nodded my head, getting reassured.
"But it seems like you're going to kill me because I don't know why you brought your motorcycle to carry us to school," I said, looking at the motorcycle with uncertainty.
"Hey! She has a name!" He said, putting his palms on the engine. "Are you seriously covering her eyes right now?" I asked, smiling at the act. He glared at me and looked at his motorcycle, "Don't listen to her, Su-jin."
I rolled my eyes and noticed a light pink helmet next to a black one. "I got this for you. Do you like it?" Taemin said, after he noticed me looking at the helmet.
"Yeah, but this doesn't mean I'll keep riding it... Su-jin with you." I quickly corrected myself after I received a harsh glare from him.
"Well, too bad. You'd better get used to it." He said before getting on the motorcycle, and he wore his helmet. He started the engine and looked at me. I stood there for a while, contemplating my life before doing the sign of the cross and hopping on.
I heard him chuckle at my reaction, and he handed me my helmet. And after wearing the helmet, I wrapped my hands around his stomach, and he drove us to school.
Kim Min-ho POV (Point Of View)
I walked through the school halls, going to my class, when I heard some rustling. I walked quietly to avoid making a huge noise, "Is that Arin? It's a bit early, so it must be her." I said to myself as I remembered her punishment.
I got closer to the sound and saw her standing next to Ji-seo's locker. It looks like she was placing something in it. "What are you doing?" I asked, startling her.
She looked at me in shock, then looked back at the locker, "Uh, nothing." She was about to walk away when I pulled her back and carefully slammed her on the lockers, "What are you doing?" I asked firmly this time.
She blinked, processing what I just did to her, then she smiled. "Nothing. I was doing nothing."
"Really? So what were you doing to Ji-seo's locker then?" I asked with a raised brow. Her eyebrows raised in shock, "What? I wasn't doing anything?!" She stuttered.
I pulled her away from the locker and opened it myself, and suddenly a white paint splashed on my face, staining my suit too. I looked back at Arin and saw Ji-seo, Taemin, Ha-ri, and Dae standing at the doorway staring at me in shock.
I looked at Arin and pulled her away from the class. After walking for a bit, I left her hand and faced her with a glare. "What did I tell you, Arin? It seems you have forgotten. Well, let me remind you. I told you that if my mum's reputation gets ruined because of you, I won't hesitate to bring your entire family down. Mark my words." I was about to walk away when I came back to her.
"Don't you even think for once? If you keep doing this, don't you think word will get out to the netizens? Imagine the stress you will put your mother through because of your childish behaviour. I won't warn you again if you try something like this. Stay away from Ji-seo." I said before I walked away.
"Why? Is it because you have fallen for her? Is that it?!" She yelled, her voice laced with anger and sadness. I turned to her with a raised brow, "Are you stupid? Is that why you're doing this? You think I have fallen for her?" I said in disbelief.
I gave her a disgusted look and shook my head, "Work on yourself, Arin. Even though I don't have any feelings for you, I still respect you as my fiancée, and I won't think of doing such a thing. Don't mistake someone being kind to his classmate or looking out for his mother's reputation as a 'romantic feeling'."
I was about to walk away when my face started burning, "What did you put in this?" I asked in panic. It seemed she realised that I still had the white liquid on my face and grabbed my hand in panic and pulled me to the male toilet.
"It's just pepper. Don't worry. You'll be fine." She said, stuttering. I could tell that it wasn't just pepper, but I didn't say anything else. I rinsed off the white paint from my face and noticed my face had red spots, indicating that my skin reacted what whatever was in that paint. So if that had happened to Ji-seo, then it might have been worse. I glared at the spots in anger.
I walked outside and saw Arin waiting for me. She gasped in shock when she saw my face, "Min-ho... I-" I quickly cut her off. "Follow me to the principal's office. Now." I said before walking to my mum's office.
