Under the stark, moonless night sky, the sound of the sudden, violent car crash echoed sharply across the empty highway before the silence returned, punctuated only by the dripping of fluids. The collision between the trucks and car, obscured by the heavy, nighttime fog, left the interstate blocked with a tangled wreckage of steel and shattered glass. The sound of ambulance sirens echoed through the street. The ambulances were heading towards them.
The old lady that was inside the car looked through the broken window towards a girl standing nearby, tears falling from her eyes and blood from her body. The old lady was surprisingly beautiful, her face showing elegance. Even when she was in pain there was a gentle smile on her face. She muttered some words under her breath. The girl, unable to hear, slowly walked towards her. As she wiped away her own tears. The old lady reached out, placing something heavy and wrapped in cloth into her hand.
"Run" she whispered "..run as fast as you can... you are my last hope, hide that away from them."
The girl hesitated, but the desperate look on the lady's face forced her to do as she was told. She clenched that thing in her hand and was ready to run. But suddenly someone yanked her away from the car, throwing her on ground. She hit the ground with a thud sound, her grip on that thing become tightened.
That man had a tall frame, wearing a black shirt and pants with a metal rod in his hand. His silence was more dangerous than any sound.
The girl's breathing hitched in her throat, as that man started to take heavy steps towards her. She looks for any possibility to run in the middle of the street. She slowly starts to crawl back, holding tightly to the thing that was in her hand. The ambulance siren's voice was coming closer. She knew he would be desperate, not for her, but for the thing in her hand. She gathered all her energy and ran as fast as she could.
Running through a street she has never seen before, she was looking for a place to hide, but unable to find one. She can feel her heartbeat in her head, her head throbbing with pain and tiredness.
Her legs stop near a big tree, she looks around in a hurry, she thinks to herself she needs to hide that thing before she hides herself. She moves closer to the tree, it was like she sees something on the tree, her hand moves close to the tree to touch it but then a heavy metal rod was slammed on her back, throwing her straight onto the wall.
The pain was sharp and unbearable. She slowly gets up, her legs trembling, she looks at the man standing in front, his face was covered with a cloth but the aura around was inhuman.
He kicks her on the stomach, making her fall back on the wall, the girl was exhausted. she had no energy remaining to fight back or run. The man crouches down to her level and slowly removes his cloth from his face. The girl slowly glances at him only to meet a horrifying face of something you can't describe.
The blood dripping from his body and a very bad smell, his face was like smashed by something. The most horrifying thing was his eyes, bigger than any normal human and muscles in his eyes were red like blood, like they will pop out anytime.
"Give...It...to..me".
The demand was clear, that "thing". The girl, terrified, doesn't say anything, the man grabs her throat, squeezing it. The girl unable to breathe, the world starts to fade under her eyes. Her eyes start to shut.
The only thing she saw last time was that horrifying face and voice.
"Give...It...to..me."
