The Mist and Cloud attacked the Uzumaki during the second war, the Forces Contained 4 Jinchuriki and 2 Kage Level Commanders plus a large army with 2 semi Kage fighters. The 2 Kage level clan heads were forced to stop the Jinchuriki and the clan elders couldn't stop the commanders, while the mist and cloud also greatly outnumbered the Uzumaki leading to them being annihilated. Realizing they couldn't win the Uzumaki committed suicide attacks leading to large loses for mist and cloud, these loses stooped cloud and mist from competing in second war. The scrolls they managed to take were the reason the mist and cloud were the only villages with perfect Jinchuriki.

Uchiha Clan Izanagi Rebellion
Due to Madara leaving the Uchiha clan was left without a clan head, after the first war where 4 Uchiha were able to unlock the Mangekyou there was an internal war for the clan head position. The Battle led to both Rai and Baru Uchiha losing an eye and dying and Naka and Naori both losing an eye. Naka Uchiha became the clan head and was the father of Fugaku. The eyes of Of Rai and Baru were saved in the Uchiha clan treasury, while Naka and Naori remaining eyes were saved after their death before the 3rd ninja war from old injuries . These eyes were destroyed by Fugaku along with all of the Uchiha storage of 3 Tomoe during the massacre.
Chino Clan Internal Rebellion
Chino Clan: Chino Clan is offshoot of the Uchiha like Uzumaki is for Senju, and because of this can also open the Mangekyou, but they sacrificed the ability to copy Jutsu for the ability to manipulate iron(They also need family for Ems)

Early 40 AW(5) - Opens Demon Slayer world(DS 1902)
Late 43 AW(7) - 3rd War starts and in demon slayer world after Searching a lot he finds Tanjuro and starts to learn sun breathing in return for healing and extending Tanjuro's life(He normally would die when the mc was 9)
Late 44 AW(8) - Gets a decent Mastery over sun breathing and Becomes a Genin
Early 48 AW(12) - Becomes Minato's Kage guard and learns basics of Flying Rajin
Late 49 AW(14) - Nine tails attack using title as Kage guard to allow Uchiha to help and saves Kushina's life
