As Roku neared the Nine tails he breathed a sigh of relief, it had worked he didn't have to threaten Fugaku but he didn't want his old habit of indecision to flare up again.
He looked towards the nine tails, "Pakura Don't Fail" he though worriedly. If she failed to distract the ninetails his entire plan because worthless, Although he shouldn't be worried, this girl wasn't just anyone, she was the Scorch Style users from the Hidden Sand.
That's right, He has already recruited Pakura after the 3rd war ended and it wasn't to hard to save her but convincing her to follow him was another thing. Even Though she disliked the idea of serving someone much younger than her, a life saving grace was more than enough to make up for it.
He looked towards the Nine tails and waited until he noticed the 2 Uchiha squad were in the right position and waited until he noticed the sensed signs of Obito's chakra Fading. After a short time he heard a loud crash far from the zone of destruction and stopped sensing Obito's chakra.

Although these two Jutsu were normally weak, both being only C rank the 2 Jutsu could be transformed beyond their normal strength, because they had no limit on the amount of chakra used in the Jutsu, stronger ninja could use theses low level Jutsu at a much higher level, and they were perfect for combination Jutsu.

This fire was so hot and large that it even outclassed Madara's Great Fire Extinguishment. Just as the Fox had barely began to come out of Obito's Genjutsu and hadn't even had time to react to his situation the giant wave of flame caught his attention.
The Foxes eyes widened in shock and a little fear. It immediately tried to think of a way to stop it. He didn't have time to form a tailed beast bomb. And it was too fast to dodge. He hardened his heart and began to prepare for impact

As he drew his sword and it coated in all the flame chakra he could use and rushed toward the fox. As he appeared right by the fox and with his crimson sword sliced right into the fox's back legs and with a start dash he cut Kurama's Legs into multiple pieces.
A blood curdling scream came from the fox, with the Dual attacks of a sea of flames scaring his front paws and losing his back paws sent more pain through the nine tails body than he had ever felt he instantly turn back to attack the enemy but right when his eyes turned in that direction, Roku forced all of left over chakra into a Genjutsu, while it wasn't enough, it could stop the nine tails for a second.
But that's all the time Fugaku needed, with shock running through his body he forced all the Ocular power the Dozens of Uchiha Elite Jonin. Into a single Genjutsu to put the nine tails to sleep. And without even the ability the heavily injured nine tail was knocked unconscious.
It Started to fall, but as the hulking figure fell he noticed that a panting Roku was in its path, before he could even jump to save him a yellow figure appeared and picked him up out of the path.
"Minato!" Fugaku thought in relief. Minato then through something towards Fugaku, As he noticed it was a Kunai that was thrown towards him, Minato appeared next to him with Roku with one arm over his shoulder.
Boom! The sound of the giant body of the fox collapse and was heard and a small cloud of dust appeared. Fugaku looked over at Roku and just as he was about to check on him Minato spoke.
"How did you- No never mind" Minato asked in shock looking at the nine tails and down at the 14 year old boy.
He felt a pride in his chest, ever since Roku became his guard Minato had spent a lot of time getting to know this kid. He had even passed on the Flying Rajin Jutsu to him, although he couldn't use it yet he was confident that he would master it one day.
As he was about to hand the boy over to Fugaku, Roku spoke up, "Where is Lady Kushina". Those words sent a silence in the area and Fugaku realized. If the nine tails was out that meant Kushina was de-. Before he could finish the thought Minato handed Roku over and disappeared and in the next second he appeared with Kushina holding a baby in her arms.
"She's Alive!" Fugaku exclaimed in surprise. Kushina smiled self-deprecatingly, "My Uzumaki Vitally Lets me live a little bit longer after the unsealing". Fugaku's smile disappeared from his face, "So you're still not out of danger," he said disappointedly. Kushina nodded sadly but right then.
"Seal the Nine Tails back in her it might allow her to live" Roku spoke out.
Everyone looked toward the boy standing on the side. Minato thought for a minute but sadly shook his head and spoke up "The village can't lose the nine tails, it could spark another war, we need a Jinchuriki, we cant play with chance ".
Roku argued "Theirs a chance if we seal it back in her it could let her live, are you really going to let her die if theirs a chance of life". Minato contemplated that, and as he was about to comment as a thought entered his mind, his expression turned much brighter, "Your right".
He turned toward Kushina, "His plan is feasible. I will split the nine tails with the reaper death seal and seal it into both you and Naruto". Kushina looked shocked, "That will kill you-" Before she could finish he grabbed Kushina and the baby in her arms and rushed toward the nine tails. He called over his back "I will complete the sealing don't worry".
Roku was annoyed, "I wasn't done" he sighed. He then fell on his but to recover his energy. While he wasn't injured he had pushed his muscles beyond their peak and used them for chakra in that one attack then what was safe, almost all of the muscles in his body were torn or pulled or just sore in one way or another.
He had planned all this to weaken the nine tails and allow Minato to seal in normally and survive but, if Kushina could change Minato's decision he definitely couldn't. He sighed "I Guess it all falls down to her to convince him to not throw away his life". "Worst case i Just get Orochimaru to revive him or find some other way to truly revive him" he thought.
