The two attacks struck mid air causing a massive explosion, the whole field was filled with thick fumes. Wallace struck immediately
"Dragon dance"
Kingdra's stance shifted, it's attack and speed increased. Daichi countered
"Tch, Tyranitar use Thunder Punch!"
Tyranitar surged forward through the rain and drove an electrified fist into Kingdra's body. The hit landed solidly. Kingdra recoiled midair but recovered its position.No hesitation from Wallace.
"Focus Energy."
Kingdra's posture changed.Its breathing steadied and Daichi's eyes narrowed.
"Tyranitar,Stone edge !"
Jagged pointed rocks surged towards kingdra but it evaded it with ease , Wallace immediately countered
"Draco Meteor."
Draconic energy gathered overhead, then descended. The blast struck Tyranitar directly. The impact shook the entire field.Tyranitar dropped to one knee. However it came at a cost,Kingdra's Special Attack fell sharply. It's previous buff of dragon dance was gone. Both Pokémon were now marked. Daichi made a sharp decision.
"Crunch."
It lunged forward blindly and bit down hard across Kingdra's side. Defense drop triggered and it flinched .Wallace grimaced that was the worst case scenario.
Daichi took the advantage
"Outrage"
Wallace's eyes widened , He tried to command kingdra to dodge but Tyranitar was already upon it.K8ngdra was stuck numerously and was heavily injured due to outrage being super effective.
Wallace's eyes widened again,"Why isn't his Tyranitar confused?, Did he train it so that he doesn't get affected by outage's after effects?" Wallace didn't let the tide switch to Daichi's favour
"Kingdra hydropump"
Daichi narrowed his eyes and countered.
"Take the hit , stone edge"
Water and stone collided mid-field. Hydro Pump tore forward in a compressed spiral. Stone Edge erupted upward in jagged succession. The Hydro Pump struck first. It slammed into Tyranitar's torso, driving it backward through the sandstorm. The force gouged trenches across the arena floor as Tyranitar skidded across the arena but the Stone Edge had already triggered.one pillar missed and another shattered from the water pressure , the third connected cleanly beneath Kingdra. The impact snapped Kingdra upward mid-air. The Sandstorm continued to rip across both of them.
Kingdra stabilized first, hovering unsteadily. Tyranitar pushed itself upright, breathing heavy, chest heaving. Both were one clean hit away. Wallace didn't hesitate.
"Dragon Pulse!"
A compressed wave of draconic energy fired instantly.
"Tyranitar, move!"
Tyranitar pivoted sideways. The Pulse grazed its shoulder instead of hitting center mass.
Still took damage but lost of it was mitigated , Daichi countered immediately.
"Thunder Punch!"
Tyranitar lunged forward, fist igniting with electricity. Kingdra twisted mid-air attempting to dodge, The punch clipped along its side rather than striking full force but it was enough. Sandstorm chipped again. Kingdra's breathing grew sharper. Wallace shifted pace.
"Rain Dance!"
Clouds gathered immediately. Sandstorm fought back but then dissolved. Rain poured down once more. Swift Swim was now activated , Kingdra's speed doubled instantly.Daichi reacted. Wallace pressed hard.
"Hydro Pump!"
Kingdra appeared right before Tyranitar and blasted the column of water .The blast fired point-blank this time.Tyranitar braced for the impact. The impact detonated against its body and forced it to one knee.Water flooded the surrounding stone. However,It didn't fall. Daichi's voice cut through the rain.
"Dragon Pulse."
Wallace calculated rapidly. If he committed to Draco Meteor now, Special Attack would drop further.
If he waited, sand would return. He chose consistency.
"Hydro Pump"
Both attacks clashed mid air before causing another explosion.
"Tyranitar , Crunch!"
Tyranitar lunged blindly forward and clamped down hard the Defense drop triggered again. Kingdra reeled violently. Rain ticked. Kingdra barely held the advantage but both Pokémon were in the red. Wallace's voice was calm but sharp. Rain hammered down as both trainers committed.
"Hydro Pump!"
"Thunder Punch!"
Kingdra surged forward first under Swift Swim, water spiraling into a concentrated blast. Tyranitar drove upward through the torrent, electricity exploding from its fist. The Hydro Pump connected fully. Tyranitar pushed through the spin and charged towards Kingdra , the Thunder Punch also connected.Lightning fractured across the rain. Kingdra was pushed across the arene floor.Tyranitar barely caught itself on one knee it was getting close to it's limits. Rain continued but neither had fallen .
Wallace reacted instantly.
"Draco Meteor!"
Kingdra forced itself upright and fired despite the strain. The meteor crashed down onto Tyranitar before it could reposition. The impact drove Tyranitar flat onto its back.Kingdra's Special Attack dropped again and the rain started to diminish as well. Daichi made the call without hesitation.
"Stone edge"
Jagged pillars erupted beneath Kingdra. It struck. Kingdra staggered mid-air. Rain ended and the Sandstorm returned. Swift Swim deactivated instantly. Special Defense boost returned to Tyranitar. Kingdra was heavily chipped. Wallace adjusted.
"Dragon Pulse."
The blast struck Tyranitar and Sandstorm chipped Kingdra.
"Thunder Punch."
Tyranitar surged upward Electricity exploded across Kingdra's body. The hit nearly knocked it from the air. Kingdra barely stabilized. Both Pokémon were now critically low. Sandstorm cut across the arena. Wallace knew he couldn't trade safely anymore.
"Hydro Pump!"
Kingdra committed fully. Daichi answered immediately.
"Crunch!" Kingdra's Hydro Pump fired. Tyranitar lunged forward through it. Water tore into Tyranitar's body but Crunch connected at the same time and both attacks landed. Kingdra trembled mid-air and Tyranitar staggered forward.nNeither fell. Wallace stepped forward slightly.
"Dragon Pulse!" Wallace commanded.
"Thunder Punch!" Daichi answered.
Kingdra fired first, the draconic blast shot forward in a compressed wave. Tyranitar pushed off the ground, fist crackling with electricity, charging straight through. The Dragon Pulse struck. Tyranitar's momentum slowed but it did not stop. It drove forward through the fading energy and swung. Thunder Punch connected across Kingdra's body .Electricity exploded outward. Both Pokémon were blasted apart again. The Sandstorm continued to rage on. Kingdra skidded low over the arena floor before catching itself. Tyranitar landed hard and slid. Both tried to rise.
Kingdra lifted first, breathing ragged but steady and Tyranitar forced one knee up Then another gust of sand tore across the field. Kingdra breathed heavily on the verge of collapse but it held on , Tyranitar staggered unwilling to lose , but it reached its limits a long time ago. It's eyes closed and collapsed forward.
The refree took the stage
"TYRANITAR IS UNABLE TO BATTLE , KINGDRA WINS, THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH IS WALLACE"
Daichi took a breathe in . He had lost and that too by a narrow margin. Wallace came forward to to talk to Daichi but it was interrupted by a series of claps .
