The morning after the ceremony...
Keifer arrived at the boardroom earlier than usual.
The directors greeted him with warm smiles.
"Good morning, Mr. Watson."
"Good morning."
After everyone had taken their seats, Mr. Ryder looked at Keifer.
"Is there something you'd like to discuss?"
Keifer nodded.
"Actually... yes."
The room became quiet.
"I know I've officially become the CEO of Watson Enterprises."
"But I'd like to request permission to manage the Philippine branch for a while."
Several directors looked at one another.
"The Philippine branch?"
Keifer nodded.
"Most of our new projects are expanding in Southeast Asia."
"And..."
A small smile appeared on his face.
"I also have people there who are important to me."
The elderly directors exchanged amused glances.
One of them chuckled.
"I think we all know who you're talking about."
The whole room laughed.
Mr. Ryder smiled.
"Your request is reasonable."
"As long as you attend important board meetings and remain available online..."
"We have no objection."
Another director nodded.
"The Philippine branch could benefit from having its CEO there."
Keifer smiled.
"Thank you."
"Then it's settled."

Outside the boardroom...
Honey was waiting with today's schedule.
"So?"
"What did the board say?"
Keifer smiled.
"They approved it."
Honey sighed dramatically.
"I knew it."
"You just wanted an excuse to go back to the Philippines."
Keifer smirked.
"I have work there."
Honey raised an eyebrow.
"Work?"
"Or Jay?"
Kegan burst into laughter.
"I vote for Jay."
Keifer rolled his eyes.
"Both."
Honey laughed.
"I'll pretend I believe you."
As they walked through the hallway, Honey suddenly looked at Keifer.
"By the way..."
"What was yesterday about?"
Keifer frowned.
"What do you mean?"
"Percy."
"And your friends from Section E."
"You disappeared with Aries..."
"When you came back..."
"The three of you looked like brothers again."
Kegan nodded curiously.
"I noticed that too."
Keifer smiled quietly.
"We just cleared up an old misunderstanding."
Honey tilted her head.
"That simple?"
Keifer looked ahead.
"Not simple..."
"But necessary."
Honey smiled.
"I'm glad."
"It's nice seeing you smile again."
Before Keifer could reply...
His phone buzzed.
A message from Jay.
**Jay:** *Back in the Philippines.*
*Don't keep us waiting, Mr. CEO.*
A smile immediately appeared on Keifer's face.
Honey noticed it instantly.
"...That smile."
Kegan laughed.
"Definitely Jay."
Keifer locked his phone and cleared his throat.
"Let's get back to work."
Honey and Kegan looked at each other before laughing.
"Someone's already missing the Philippines."
Keifer didn't deny it.
Maybe...
They weren't wrong.
