Two Weeks Later...
Everything had returned to its usual routine.
During the day...
Jay attended classes at HVIS like any ordinary student.
After school...
She helped Angelo with work at Fernandez Corporation and handel JJM Enterprises.
And once night fell...
She quietly disappeared.
Deep beneath the city...
Inside the Shadow League headquarters...
Meetings had become more frequent.
Kaizer had vanished after his previous defeat.
But Jay knew...
Someone was still helping him from the shadows.
Despite weeks of searching...
There were still no answers.
The investigation had reached a dead end.

That evening...
Jay returned to Fernandez Mansion after another long day.
She had barely stepped inside when Tita Gama called out,
"Jay, we're running low on grocery."
Jay smiled.
"I'll go buy some."
"You've been working all day," Tita Gama replied.
"I don't mind."
"I need some fresh air anyway."
After grabbing her hoodie...
Jay left the mansion alone.

The nearby convenience store wasn't far away.
Within a few minutes...
She had bought everything on the list.
As she started walking back...
She frowned.
Something felt...
Off.
Someone was watching her.
She kept walking as if she hadn't noticed.
Behind her...
Soft footsteps echoed.
Once.
Twice.
Then silence.
Jay's eyes narrowed.
"Someone's following me."
Instead of heading back to the mansion...
She casually turned into a quiet alley.
Dark.
Narrow.
Empty.
Perfect.
She set the shopping bag on the ground.
Then leaned casually against the wall.
Waiting.
A few seconds later...
Footsteps echoed into the alley.
One figure slowly stepped out of the shadows.
Jay looked up.
The moment she saw the person's face...
Her eyes widened.
"...You?"
The figure gave a faint smile.
"It's been a long time..."
"...Jay."
She couldn't believe what she was seeing.
Standing before her...
Was none other than...
Yuri.
