Hashirama was in the Hokage Office reading documents.
"If I had known, I would have let Madara be the Hokage... So troublesome... I want to go play..."
Tobirama had gone home to sleep long ago. As the support, he didn't need to stay up late with the carry.
At the Main Gate of Konoha.
Kakuzu arrived.
"So this is Konoha? Doesn't look like much~ This gate... I could probably just walk right through the front~"
Kakuzu said as he walked toward the main entrance.
Guarding the gate today were Koki Gekko (Placeholder name) and the commoner Jonin Kotetsu Maru (likely ancestors of Hayate and Kotetsu).
Both were exceptionally talented. Koki Gekko mastered Transparent Release and Konoha-style Kenjutsu. Kotetsu Maru, despite being a commoner, became a Jonin with his top-tier Water Style.
Seeing Kakuzu strutting over with a Waterfall forehead protector, they stopped him.
"Halt! What is your business?" Koki Gekko asked.
Kakuzu laughed.
"You two trash think you can stop this Lord? Pay with your lives!"
Seeing the situation turn hostile, Kotetsu Maru formed hand seals.
"Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Jutsu!"
With just 5 hand seals, he released a Water Dragon Bullet. Kakuzu was stunned.
"Are you serious?" (Note: Reference to Tobirama's fast casting / Itachi vs Kakashi meme).
Kakuzu dodged, but one of his arms was hit and fractured.
Kakuzu didn't care, knowing he could heal quickly.
But before he could relax, Koki Gekko used Transparent Release to appear behind him and slashed. Slash! Kakuzu's back was severely wounded.
Realizing things were bad, Kakuzu used Body Flicker to flee.
Having escaped death, Kakuzu hid in a tree, panting heavily.
"Are the gatekeepers of Konoha this fierce? They started fighting before I could even react? Sneak attack! I, an old comrade from the Waterfall Village! They have no martial ethics!" .
Kakuzu realized he couldn't go through the front gate. He had to find another way.
Under the moonlight, Kakuzu spotted a dog hole in the wall.
Kakuzu thought:
Would I, the great Lord Kakuzu, crawl through a dog hole?
He circled the perimeter of Konoha but found no other gaps.
He returned to the dog hole, looked at the gate where Koki and Kotetsu were standing guard, and seemed to make a decision.
2.5 minutes later.
Kakuzu stood up inside the walls of Konoha, brushing the dirt off his clothes. He whispered:
"Hmph! It's not that I'm afraid! I just didn't want to bully two young comrades~ I will reclaim the face I lost today!"
Kakuzu walked deeper into Konoha.
The streets were empty at night. In this era, there was no nightlife, so everyone slept early.
He opened the map given to him by the black blob (Zetsu).
"So this is Konoha's internal structure? Let's go earn some extra cash first! Starting with that Uzumaki brat!"
Actually, Kakuzu wanted to regain some confidence. A brat shouldn't be that tough, right?

Inside Mizuna's Room.
Mizuna was meditating, refining Chakra.
He hadn't neglected his training. He refined Chakra every night before sleep. His Chakra reserves had now surpassed Jonin level.
Mizuna opened his eyes and clenched his fists, adjusting to his current power.
From the last mission, Mizuna had earned 3 Purple-Tier Lottery Draws. He decided to use them now.
"System-bro! Start the draw!" Mizuna said excitedly.

Mizuna had a "Nick Young Confused Face."
"System-bro? Do you want me to enter the tobacco industry? I don't know how to run a business war."
The System laughed, seemingly knowing something.

Mizuna was confused.
"A talent falling from the sky? You're joking, right? Even Kakuzu shouldn't arrive until tomorrow. If a genius literally falls through my roof, I'll..."
Before Mizuna could finish, the ceiling cracked.
CRASH.
Kakuzu fell from the sky.
"Stinking brat! The Grim Reaper is here for you!" Kakuzu shouted as he fell.
But unluckily, Kakuzu used too much force and got his leg stuck in the floorboards.
Kakuzu and Mizuna stared at each other. Neither spoke. Just silence.
Kakuzu thought:
Holy sht! It's over! It's over! My perfect landing! Looking at it now... I look completely like a gag character!
Mizuna thought:
Holy crap? A genius really fell from the sky? Did Kakuzu arrive early? Does the Ninja World have express shipping? Good thing I didn't finish my sentence... otherwise...
They stared awkwardly for a while longer.
Kakuzu suddenly spoke:
"Um... could... could you... help me out? Pull me out... maybe?"
Mizuna snapped out of it.
"Oh... Oh! Coming..."
Kakuzu thought:
As soon as the brat comes over, I'll pierce his heart with Earth Grudge Fear, then leave in style~
Mizuna thought:
Is this talent... a bit unreliable?
Just as Mizuna was about to touch Kakuzu, the door burst open.
It was Mito, Tobirama, and Kurama (One Fox).
Now, 4 Humans and 1 Fox stared at each other (10 eyes total).
Kakuzu reacted instantly.
"Fire Style: Searing Migraine!"
He attacked Mizuna.
But Tobirama was faster. With a Flying Raijin, he teleported Mizuna away.
Mizuna was confused.
"Why is this talent trying to kill his master?"
Tobirama didn't care.
"Water Style: Water Severing Wave!"
The high-pressure water jet collided with Kakuzu's fire. The Jutsu cancelled each other out, filling the room with steam.
Kakuzu knew he couldn't win and tried to flee in the chaos.
Suddenly, a golden light flashed. Mito Uzumaki + Kurama Link Mode (Fresh out of the oven) activated.
Mito's robes were covered in Nine-Tails Chakra. Two golden Chakra fox ears floated above her head, and nine chains covered in Chakra floated behind her like tails.
Since the misunderstanding was cleared, there was no barrier between Mito and Kurama. Kurama allowed Mito to use his power, and Mito adapted quickly.
Mito: "It's not hard."
Seeing someone trying to hurt her brother, Mito roared:
"You bastard! DIE!"
A chain coated in Nine-Tails Chakra lashed out.
Kakuzu couldn't dodge and was hit directly.
"OWWWW!!!"
Kakuzu let out a scream worthy of Tom the Cat that pierced the night.
Then came the Mixed Doubles beatdown from Tobirama and Mito.
Kakuzu lost two hearts in the process.
During the fight, Tobirama wanted to test his Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags on Kakuzu. Mizuna stopped him. Imagine the property damage to Konoha if that went off...
Seeing them stop beating him, Kakuzu quickly said:
"Stop hitting me... please... stop hitting me..."
The two looked back at the wretched Kakuzu.
Seeing them look over, Kakuzu continued:
"It doesn't matter if you hit me... My mask is gone! I beg you! Help me find my mask! If my mask is gone, my Foster Father will beat me when I get back..." (Note: Likely an excuse/distraction).
The two were speechless. Mito used her golden glow to light up the room for him to search.
Seeing his trick worked, Kakuzu tried to dash for the exit.
Mito noticed immediately.
She whipped a Tailed Beast Ball with her chain. The mini-nuke slammed into Kakuzu's back.
Kakuzu flew out, losing another heart.
But as he flew through the air, Kakuzu laughed maniacally:
"You didn't expect that, right?! You guys! THIS IS MY ESCAPE ROUTE! HAHAHAHA!" (Note: Dio Brando meme).
Mizuna watched Kakuzu fly further and further away and screamed heart-wrenchingly:
"NO! MY TALENT!!!"
Mito and Tobirama were about to chase, but hearing Mizuna call Kakuzu a "talent," they froze.
Mito & Tobirama: "Did we hit the wrong person? Was he an ally?"
The residents of Konoha walked out. They looked at the massive residential area destroyed by Mito's Tailed Beast Ball. Then they looked at the survivors crawling out of the rubble.
Everyone: "......"
