Chapter 1: Being Human -> The Escape
Under a purple sky a man is seen arguing with a being, his face bewildered like he finally understands but not for long a spear pierces his back sinking deep into his heart his face sees one last message.

The scene changes and we are directed 10 years into the past in a different world a man is playing a MMORPG game his face flushed a tray of cigar by his side he doesn't spare a glance to his side he just keeps on playing in the game he gets to be another person a stronger person not this person who lives in a pathetic state, his name is Frank.
Frank continues playing his game his hand clicking the pad has fast as possible he is a level 50 warrior and his about to get a skill book that will change everything for his warrior class.
He doesn't speak just faces the screen tapping keys as fast as possible evading danger and attacking blind spots he is about to win the monster he is attacking until his phone rings. He glances to the screen and sees the title.
He remembers the reason he is being phoned and hesitates to pick the phone.
"Just one more..." he says. He turns to view the game a faces a painful reality.
His breathing becomes rough and coarse he hesitates for a second before throwing the game pad to the window smashing it.
"I'll never be able to pay my debt now" he says. He lights another cigarette and checks his phone he sees one of his friends is online he sends a message to Kasim his friend he waits for a moment, his friend suggests a voice call he accepts.
"Hey bro how's it going."
"I'm good"
"I - I was wondering if I could get a loan from you let's say like 50 grand($50,000)"
"Sorry bro I'm do not have that much"
"Ok, maybe next time"
"Wait bro, I may not have the money but I may have a gig(job) that could fetch us close to that amount"
Frank hesitates for a moment since he knows the type of gig Kasim specializes in he hesitates for a moment but accepts.
Kasim introduces Frank to the crew and the plan for a bank robbery. Frank is going to be one of the goons bagging the money while Kasim is the boss of the operation. Frank wants to complain about how unfair his role is. Since most goons in a robbery are the first to get injured, arrested or even worse dead but keeps his mouth shut.
The operation begins without a itch they scare bank cashiers, bank customers, managers and security men and are loading the money when the police arrive. The goons are told to escape with the money and they comply. The first goon goes and he escape, The second escaped too and so too does the third, it is Frank turn and he goes he is about to escape until he hears the sound of a gun he turns around and sees a policeman aiming the gun on him.
"Don't run or I'll shoot" the policeman says
Frank disobeys and runs, he mutters to himself "Maybe I'll escape the bullet, I finally have enough money to clear my debt and live a comfortable life".
A shot is heard and the bullet flies aiming for Frank's back. The end is nigh. Just before the bullet enters Frank's back. Time stops, a being not meant for the human world approaches Frank, he smiles mischievously and glares.
Frank is caught in motion and glances at the being the being is neither a God nor a demon he is something not meant to exist and yet is here.
The being sees Frank and says in a ominous voice. "Tsk, Tsk, Tsk a bullet to the back will surely break that perfect back.
How about you work for me and I will allow you to escape this predicament."
Frank wants to refuse but he asks instead "What would I be doing for you"
The being replies "That is a surprise,... accept and you will find out, but I can promise you one thing I am very generous"
Frank hesitates again but the bullet is slowly penetrating his body he feels unimaginable pain as the bullet enters little by little. He finally gives up and asks "A -Are you sure you can save me".
The being answers "Yes".
