It was a supposed to end like that just going to bed going to sleep then continue to the human lands. But it didn't that isn't how things went it all went so wrong and so badly. It all started when we got into our room after that something happened and that's when I noticed something might be wrong.
"Nice room seems comfy enough you take that bed I'll take this one." Miss Agatino said.
"Yeah sure." Jacklyn said laying down on the fairly comfy bed.
"Oh that's nice I'm going to enjoy this nights rest." Jacklyn said clearly enjoying being able to sleep on a bed again.
"Hey are you... are you okay Jacklyn I mean we have had so much in such a short time how are you so relaxed." Miss Agatino asked.
"You know I was tempted to asked Max and Pace the same thing but then I realised they are terrified just good at distracting themselves that's how." Jacklyn answered.
"That doesn't sound healthy." Miss Agatino said a very sane statement to the very unhealthy statement.
"It isn't but it keeps us going keeps us alive maybe not everyone but like the other said before just crying to ourselves when their is so much to do won't help." Jacklyn said a very sudden thud of footsteps coming down the staircase.
"How could their be footsteps from upstairs somethings weird about this." Jacklyn said.
"Let the those with actual magic handle this we can't interfere." Miss Agatino said.
Perspective Tillie Luella
"W-what was t-that their w-wasn't anyone upstairs?" Tillie asked in a blind panic her stutter exaggerating.
"Probably just other people who are staying at the inn now let's get into bed and go to sleep so-." Lina said before she heard the footsteps stop and the door.
"Hid under the beds now." Lina whispered Tillie just nodded and hide the next moment the door slowly and silently opened and a hind leg of a beast stepped inside.
It was a werewolf the smell was like that of a dog but it had blood on it's hind legs as it walked in the room. I couldn't see much but it seemed to be looking around it probably saw that no-one had laid in the beds yet and left the room closing the door with a bloody hand that looked like a beastly paw.
"Was that a freaking werewolf I thought Sefton said all monsters were dead or sealed." Lina whispered still not daring to get out from her hiding spot.
"H-he d-did." Tillie answered frightened beyond words.

"Is that blood?" Jacklyn asked her senses far sharper than most.
"Get to room 5 with Pace and Max quick before whatever is bringing that smell turns the corner I don't want to die like this." Miss Agatino said hiding under her bed which she hadn't laid in yet.
"Go I'll just slow you down now or never okay." Miss Agatino whispered.
I hurriedly turned and went over into room 5 with everything I could seeing the bloodied maw of a roughly seven foot creature a werewolf.
"Max, Pace werewolf blood may have already killed Lina, Tillie and Miss Agatino so help now." Jacklyn said quickly hiding under one of the beds till this was over.

Out of nowhere the door slowly and almost hauntingly opened it had blood on it's hind legs. Odds on it had killed more of the students it's all my fault I should have been in that room instead I'm why they are dead. It saw that on of the beds had been laid in and attacked that bed destroying it instantly in a flash of bright light. It had a yellow aura Dellanima this thing had awakened a soul colour and it was using that ability to kill and had likely used that wind power to float up to the roof and go down.

This was the moment everything happened and we feared more of our group had died just like that and too a werewolf we had thought they were all dead or sealed Sefton said so after all. How could we question the truth and one here in the port city of dragon stone how did it even get in let alone upstairs without anyone knowing. How could I still be so useless I don't want to be a burden my only strong suit is the experience I have but these youngsters have magic how can I help. What could I possibly do other than quiver under the beds in fear just like Jacklyn.
"Okay let's do this." Pace said ready for battle this time I would fight with him even if I only held him back it was dark so the beast held a strong advantage.
The door slowly and quietly opened and Pace and Max had their own aura of Dellanima surrounding them in blue and red respectively. If things got dicey the best I could do is run to get Sefton and that's it though I'd likely be gutted by the thing first. How could I possibly do anything but hold them back and probably get them killed I'm worthless. Then the door opened all the way to reveal a massive werewolf over seven feet tall blood on it's claws and all over its maw it likely could smell things right now. But the shape the size a massive man shaped wolf with blood and hunger for flesh not to mention it had somehow gotten onto the roof and killed a few people even if not our friends.
The beast silently and quickly jumped a sharp yellow aura making it hard to breath. Suddenly their was an immediate change it was bright and then dark again and I briefly couldn't see. But I knew from my training it would go for the weakest member me and it would go for the jugular. So as quickly as I could I reached popped of my fake leg leaning back like I was falling and used my fake leg to block the attack. It worked the beast had bitten into my fake leg instead I wasn't dead and Pace just as quickly suddenly his hair glowed blue and he jumped at the werewolf with insane speed. Just like that breakthrough a few walls and landing in the room where Sefton was.
"Well that's a surprise indeed a werewolf but your not natural are you Doctor Despair made you I assume." Sefton said picking the beast up like it didn't weigh a thing.
"Yes I am if only I didn't get greedy and hungry not eaten those upstairs could smell you would have just left to tell good doctor." The werewolf spoke a deep harsh voice morphed into something unnatural in every way.
"Pace, Max and Carbry you three work together to kill it with me here you don't have to worry about death at least." Sefton said loosening his grip.
"Wait did you kill anyone on this floor?" Carbry asked the werewolf.
"No." The creature answered.
"Well at least no-one died." Pace said sighing less afraid but still on high alert now having to try and kill a werewolf with an awakened soul colour.
Suddenly we were fighting a werewolf we didn't have any light and it was dark so the werewolf held a significant advantage over us.
"How the hell are we supposed to kill this thing in the dark with such confined spaces?" Maximillian asked.
"Figure it out if you always rely on me and those stronger than you to survive you won't be able to reach the level required." Sefton said throwing the werewolf back over to room 5 over doing it a little as the beast crashed into room 6.

After a good minute I heard talking and then the werewolf was sent flying through the wall and almost crashed through to room 7. I was so glad Pace or Max had managed to beat it back enough to break a wall even if it was only made of wood with how large it was that was impressive.
"Deadly dinner plates." Pace said summoning several quickly spinning disks of water throwing them at the beast.
The beast using its wind powers managed to destroy the plates by making bullets of wind and destroying the centre of the plates with them.
"Burning fang." Max said throwing a chunk of wood which set aflame and seemed to be slightly fang shaped only for the werewolf to use its wind power to put out the fire in an instant catching the slightly burned wood.
"If you want to kill a werewolf with a soul colour keep changing tactics till you find one that works and use that one in special ways." Sefton said clearly having been successfully dragged in to give them a safety net.
"Pace if you want to improve don't rely so much on your magic alone use other things like Max did be creative as for you Max don't use fire against someone who can use wind they can put it out instantly with decent skill." Sefton said sounding like a teacher rather than a man trying to help two people kill a werewolf.
"Water mini gun." Pace said forming water in the shape of a mini gun and firing bullets of water at high speed at the werewolf they only really seem to annoy the werewolf not doing much.

How is this my life how is this a thing I see with my own eyes this is just ridiculous as a situation.
"Throwing fist." Max said throwing a punch as his arm randomly stretched out hitting the werewolf this time the second attempts had hit but didn't deal enough damage.
Pace seemed to breath deeply trying to focus clearly what had happened before with entering that blue haired mode was a coincidence of timing.
"Water wheels." Pace said suddenly all the water from before become drops and started forming Water wheels surrounding the werewolf and closing in on him only for the werewolf to use his claws to break the newly formed wheels.
"Throwing up fist." Max said suddenly when he threw his fist it changed trajectory and out of nowhere instead his foot comes in hitting the beast in the jaw hard the third attempts actually hurt him.
Something in me I felt it change I felt it break like whatever had been holding me had just snapped I couldn't handle not being able to help them then I felt it.
"Blink!" I cried out while Pace and Max blinked the beast did not actually lunging forward for a counter attack.
Only for out of nowhere a bright blinding yellow light to fill the room catching the beast of guard and a yellow aura surrounded me as I finally reattached my fake leg.
"Blazing fist." Max said throwing a regular kick to the head of the beast.
"water world." Pace said choking all the water into the beasts wide open throat quickly filling the creatures lungs as it took the two hits being knocked out cold. From here killing this beast isn't hard when out of nowhere Sefton cut its head of having seen that we learned what we needed too.
We told everyone what happened by going into their rooms and explaining they were all so glad that everyone survived and both surprised and thrilled I had awakened my soul colour.
"You three did well with this you've at least got some practical experience in how to use your powers in a fight not much but it's a start." Sefton said as we watched some runes glow and then everything fixed itself while we stopped the werewolf their were still death on the higher floors from this thing.
"Sefton who is Doctor Despair?" Carbry asked.
"He's a member of the four knights cult he's an elf like me he was also one of the betrayers from the third cataclysm. We were friends once but he became obsessed with bringing all the wiped out monster races back and long story short in his quest turned to the cult and became Doctor Despair. I knew he'd be a problem but for his projects to get all the way out means he has expanded his operations greatly. That wasn't a low quality subject either decent skill and a soul colour he knows the other worlders are here but luckily he doesn't know I'm with you yet so you don't have to worry. But when everyone wakes up we leave on the first boat." Sefton said explaining.
