Chapter 1 - A better villainess than the heroine

"Naomi Del Silvaire de Claire, you are hereby sentenced to exile for the plot of assassination against the Empress and saint Delicia Astonicia Del Silvaire de Claire." The voice of the jury said as whispers of my atrocious deeds spread through the hall like wild fire.

Devoid of all hope I looked up at the jury before me, then at the Emperor and Empress seated high above away from the scene as though it was to prove the filthiness of the ground below them.

This was already the 99th death of mine since I re-incarnated into this world and met death.

"Wait" a voice echoed through the hall between space as everyone kept quiet, The Man who had spoken, walked down from his seat, placed high above average. Every step he took screaming Confidence and Authority as he drew nearer.

"Miss Naomi, any last words before your execution?" he asked, and strangely enough it was the first out of all 99 times he had asked such a question.

"Your Majesty, please spare her, spare my sister" the empress my sister "Delicia Astonicia Del Silvaire de Claire" said as she looked at me most pitifully as she could. In all the times I had lived in this world it was always clear Delicia's role was that of the heroine loved by all, while i remained as the cold hearted villainess of the story despite the best of my efforts.

"Enough!!!! Delicia...."

If I could remember clearly the next line went as followed "This woman does not deserve your pity" and he would say this while looking down at me like filth.

And as though right on cue the next thing he said went as followed and so did his actions.

Looking down at me as though I belonged with the filth, his eyes showed nothing but coldness towards me, while his royal garments swept the floor as though leaving behind him a trail different and fitted for only him.

The Empress looked down at me tears flowing through her eyed like a flood in full strength after a long and heavy downpour, Butt of course the tears from her beady glass eyes were false as she snickered behind her fan.

"Your Majesty...."

Naomi laughed, her once radiant blue hair as the clear sky now a colour mixed with dust, her body now filled with bruises and infectious wounds from the torment after being locked up in the dungeons of the palace now far from the beautiful glow it once gave. Now a complete shadow of her once radiant beauty she was no different from a Madwoman on the streets. NO!!! a madwoman was a nicer comparison, after all even if she was dead people would remember, but for her, Her name would be completely wiped out of history, of the very existence of their nation.

"What's the point" she muttered underneath her breath, her voice no longer its former volume. The Emperor looked at her a questioning look on his face.

She looked up at the Emperor now standing before her Her was clear ocean eyed now void as the pitch black of space itself after giving up Hope, She had lost everything over and Over again what difference would it make now, At least if her fate was to die she would die in peace after all this level of tormenting was enough to leave anyone mad over the next millennium.

''Your Majesty, EMPEROR of the great Imperio Empire, ruler of the great Federation. I... wish to be ended by thy sword'' the murmurs of those present only seemed to increase as more and more people called her shameless. But she couldn't care less, after all in the book it was Naomi's only wish if ever she was branded a criminal by her sister, Killed by the one she loves after all nothing seemed more kinder for a villainess.

If anything she wanted to fulfill that wish, but the Emperor never agreed to it, each and every time the line that followed after that was different but all still resulted in a gruesome death, most in which resulted to banishment in "Nirvana", Although she was sure was the route as well this time around

"Your Majesty????" the jury called out the question in their voice clear of whether they should continue with the execution.

He turned, his silk coated cloak swishing dramatically as he did as though flowing with the chill air of the hall, "Banish Her, to Nirvana" he said as he walked towards his seat, his steps carrying heavy sounds as he did. Maybe to him this was his way of showing mercy to his ex-fiancée but it was no better than him leading her to death himself.

Hearing this the grin on the Empress increased as she took her seat back with the Emperor seated beside her on his.

After all Nirvana was a place the rulers of the Kingdom seem to think of a place where one is reformed of all crime thus no longer seeing the need to commit them, hence ending their suffering thus given the name.

But in reality it was far different from that, each time Naomi was sent there as punishment instead of being exiled her fate was much worse than being killed by sword, most in which ended in her dying by butchering or by her organs being sold out for money till she died from bleeding itself or the process of removal.

Nirvana wasn't a place of translucency from life or a place of reforming. It was a place where death itself lived for people who was banished there and now like any other times for Naomi.

Seated after announcing the news of my banishment, the Emperor seats down, his face still lacking of any expression as people praised his kindness to a criminal

'Your Majesty truly is kind, my gratitude to the emperor for sparring my foolish sister" Delicia says as she wipes her tears

"No need, after all if I cant do this much then I'd be no use a your emperor now, will I?" he says his voice replying neutrally.

"After all, what I need is time, enough time to prove...." his thoughts stopped as commotion began in the hall. Shifting his hands away from his Face his cold eyes trailed to the servant stationed beside his throne.

"What's with the commotion" He asked, his gruff voice without any worries. The servant hesitated his eyes moving between the scaffold and the person before him.

With a questioning look he glanced at the servant, words hang up on his throats as his interrupted with the quarrels of the square.

"Bring treatment immediately".

"Hurry, we don't have much time"

"Where are the doctors, the doctors?"

Irritated with the noise from the square the Emperor rises from his seats turning with rage in his eyes. But the sight before him was of one he did not expect.
