Ouch, my head hurts like crazy. What the hell happened?
Roy was surrounded by an impenetrable darkness that seemed to be endless. He was just floating around in the darkness.
Where am I? Why can't I feel my body? All of those questions filled his mind.
Ah, I remember some of it actually, there was a bright light that was emitted by my cell phone and...
I can't remember it all, hazy, and his mind was blank.
Am I dead?
It seems like it. What else could it be? But how did I die?
All I was doing was reading a novel, it was called shadow slave, my friend recommended it, actually, a new chapter had been uploaded recently then...
Sigh* let's just leave that aside, so this is what happens after death: you just float around in the darkness aimlessly.
That kinda sucks, not going to lie.
Roy closed his eyes, then he felt some type of feeling that he couldn't explain. It was like someone or something was staring at him. He felt a shiver run down his spine.
Is that god? Or something, he was scared to produce any noise, what if it was some kind of demon, but the figure didn't move it just stared.
You know, somehow staring at it is way worse than just eating me, like, is this hell what did I do to deserve this kind of punishment?
Then a voice directly spoke in his mind.
Sleeper Roy, please prepare for your first nightmare.
Wait...this can't be there is no way, right? He had been transmigrated into the world of a shadow slave. Well, to be precise he didn't know if he was transmigrated or reincarnated, but why the hell care about that! I am in shadow slave, the novel.
Wait, but should I be happy about that? I mean, won't I have to fight against the first nightmare and nightmare creatures that...is impossible, either I've got to have an overpowered attribute or else I am dead, I ain't sunny who has an unbroken will and can manipulate people. I can't do shit.
Then Roy's eyes became heavier and closed...
When he woke up, he was on a mountain as he slowly realised where he was, and only one sentence came to his mind.
Oh well, I am fucked.
He, in the forgotten shore, wait-wait, this can't be right. Wasn't the spell supposed to give something related to him, and now that I noticed, wasn't the spell awfully kind to him? It said Please be ready for your first nightmare.
I need to check my ruins now! This is too bad a situation, the sun is still on the forgotten shore, which means the three of them haven't arrived here yet.
He focused and brought the ruins and saw something that was not supposed to happen...
Name: Roy
True Name: Son Of Fate
Rank: Aspirant
Divine Core: Dormant
Divine Essence: 0/100
Memories: --
Echoes: --
Attribute: [Fated One], [Weaver's Blood],[Child Of Fate], [Hell fire]
Aspect: [ Host Of The Weaver ]
Roy's eyes widened as he saw the ruins. This was something that shouldn't be happening. Why did he already have a true name and he didn't have to do a first nightmare and an aspect ability? Other than that, there was Divine Essence; it was like the shadow shards Sunny had.
That is all, other things look the same, but the thing is too crazy, so much so Roy pinched himself to see if he was in some sort of dream. Well, technically, it was a nightmare. Aren't they supposed to be bad?
He focused and summoned the ruins, describing his aspect.
Aspect discretion: [ You are the host of the Weaver, the first son of the unknown who created the strings of fate, and the strings of fate are strongly tied around you. ]
[ Fated One: The one who is supposed to rule ..... ..... ..... ... ..... ]
[ Weaver's Blood: You have the blood of the Weaver flowing in your body, making it stronger and faster]
[ Child Of Fate: The fate will be by your side no matter what. ]
[Hellfire: Can create flames that can destroy anything, but causes the user pain he can never forget... ]
Roy looked at his ruins at wondered why the [ Fated One ] attribute censored what it was that the spell didn't want him to know. I should try to be a little cautious about it. Will he rule the underworld or something like that? Probably, somehow, that doesn't sound so bad.
But he shouldn't be worried about that, but his face became grim form looking at what is Infront of him it was the soul devouring tree.
