Norrak felt his Chi glow and tense as he controlled the water, transforming it from icy cold to form a small, condensed water tornado with more volume but a smaller size.
'So my Chi is like a muscle. The more and the harder you train it, the more it will grow in size and strength' Norrak thought as the water floated out of the ocean.
Katara watched with wide eyes as the water stopped spinning in the air and instead levitated on top of Norrak's palm as a perfect sphere. The water was cold, and Norrak felt it.
"Norrak! That's amazing, even I can't have such precise control of water, and I have been training longer than you," Katara said with a smile, complimenting Norrak with truthful words.
Norrak smiled, though he did not really believe Katara's words. He knew that she and Sokka were on the way to the hut almost every day. That meant she didn't have much time to train.
Most of the time, she was out in the cold, snowstorms, or on the icy waters in a small dinghy, looking for food for hours every day until it was almost dark by the time they came back.
Katara in the original show was already one of the most talented waterbenders, or benders, in the entire world, period. Now that she is the Avatar, her talent is even more monstrous.
If she had time to train her bending and not worry about the tribe and having to look after someone sick like Norrak, she would become stronger at a visible rate every day.
Something that Norrak intends to do, even though he doesn't know that she is the Avatar. No one, with he sole exception of Gran Gran, actually knows that Katara is the Avatar.
"Katara, don't doubt yourself. Come here. I will show you how to do it," Norrak said as the water drooped back into the ocean. He walked behind Katara, who nodded with a blush.
Norrak reached around her, and he took her hands into his palms. His Six Eyes activated, and he felt every twitch of Katara's body. For the next few minutes, Norrak moved Katara's hands.
This helped Katara move smoothly. When a bender usually bends their element, moving their hands or body helps because their Chi senses the thoughts of their nerves.
This will make their bending smoother, faster, and they will also gain better control of their element. Though the most experienced and powerful benders got so good that with a simple wave of their hands, they do what an average bender does in a whole movement.
Time passed, and it was soon two hours after Katara and Norrak had begun their bending training. Katara's enhanced talent showed, able to make a tornado of unstable water float an inch above the water.
It still breaks and becomes unstable without focusing on the connection that Katara had with her Chi and the element. But she had done that in only two hours, so it's still impressive.

Katara let out a tired sigh as her Chi ran out. Her arms were shaking from the strain, and even her soles hurt. Unknowingly, Katara had been doing the movements that Norrak had demonstrated to her for two whole hours.
This put a strain on her hands, and her Chi, though massive, had run out after two hours of hard training with Norrak. Looking towards Katara, Norrak smiled.
"Katara, you should go home and rest. If you still want to train, come back when you have rested," Norrak said while controlling three spinning water tornadoes in the air.
"Yeah, you are right. It's already 11 in the morning. I could rest for an hour or two and then do another two hours of training," Ktara said while moving next to him.
She tiptoed, closing her eyes as she planted her lips onto Norrak's gently. Norrak smiled in his mind as he reciprocated, teasingly biting her lower lip as she moved back.
"Hmm~ I kind of liked that," Katara said as she licked her lower lip. Norrak chuckled as he gave her backside a push. Katara turned around and walked back into the tribe.
Norrak, on the other hand, still had all of his Chi without it ever depleting. Due to his Chi control, his Chi regenerates at a faster rate than it's being used by his bending.
He could literally do this forever, and he still wouldn't run out of Chi, unless he uses all of his Chi at the same time. Which is not an easy thing to do, though Norrak can do it since he can expel all his Chi in an instant.
"My Chi has grown by a few per cent in size..." Norrak muttered as he looked at the result of training for two hours. His Chi, which used to be meagre when he awakened his Six Eyes, had grown.
"If my Chi when I awakened my Six Eyes was a 100, then after killing the Arc Hen, it became 120, then now it's 125," Norrak muttered as he tracked his Chi amount.
"Looks like killing thing is actually a faster way to grow... Though I don't think I will ever kill a human without a reason," Norrak thought to himself, while making a promise in his heart.
Norrak was not exactly kind; he won't suddenly go out of his way to help a girl being robbed, and he certainly won't try to stop people from doing bad things.
But, if they did those bad things to the people he knows, like the tribe or especially Katara, then he will definitely not be able to hold himself back from killing.
It's to preserve his and Katara's lives, then he will definitely kill without a second thought.
"Why am I thinking about this? It's not like I will ever have a reason to kill a human... Unless the fire Nation tries to attack the tribe... Or me... Or Katara," Norrak muttered.
"Well, I don't wanna think about that currently, let's try the thing I wanted to for a while," Norrak thought as he activated his Six Eyes. He was actually surprised at the start of the training.
The duration of a max power Six Eyes increased from 1 minute to 2 minutes after killing the Arc Hen. That gave confirmation that he could use it better with a stronger body.
Swoosh!
"I can see the moisture in the air... I can also perfectly control it," Norrak muttered, putting his hand together in a praying gesture, but pointing it towards the front of his chest.
"Condense..." A fog appeared around Norrak's hands for a second before seeping in between his palms. A second later, the sound of something being brought appeared, along with smoke coming out from his clamped palms.
"Piercing Blood!"

Guys, I will be recreating the Piercing Blood from Jujutsu Kaisen, but with water. And since Sukuna was able to do something similar with water, Norrak with the Six Eyes can definitely do the same, and better.
