The super powerful self learning AI which was created as the super powerful villain for a game by Shekhar Subramanyam and his team for Barron Industries. But on the day of the launch of the game, Prateek, the son of Shekhar became the first player to challenge Ra.One and even attacked him but before Ra.One could attack him, Prateek left the game which angered Ra.One. But then Ra.One determined to kill Prateek used the latest digital reality technology of Barron Industries to come out of the game into the real world. After coming into the real world Ra.One learns about all the emotions of humans and imbues them into itself.

2. Shapeshifting - Being a faceless villain Ra.One was given the ability to any person which it scans. Ra.One can change his face and also entire appearance according to the scanned person be it of any gender.

5. Self healing and Regeneration or Reassembly after taking damage or destroyed.
6. Hypnotism.
7. In it's cyborg form Ra.One possesses superhuman strength, super speed, enhanced hearing, stamina, reflexes, memory and agility, accelerated healing and super intelligence. Ra.One possesses a high level of endurance, durability, invulnerability and resistance to fire, cold, guns, mind control, and immunity to disease, toxins, radiation, etc.
8. Ra.One is a technopath with weapons-based powers and is able to shoot powerful electric energy blasts. He has the ability of regeneration (able to assemble himself from small cubes) and self-sustenance.
