The torch burned low in the castle's hall that night,as if someone's going away or taking their last breaths... and I think we know who... King Alaric was sitting beside the bed holding queen's hand subtly. The queen was laying unconsciously on the bed with her beauty lingered, pale and fragile like a flower in its final bloom ,her face had grown more wrinkles than an unmade bed, her beautiful long black hairs turned into ash like grey...her body was weak and fragile, as each breath became thin ... king Alaric was feeling like a lion slipped of his roar seeing his queen dying Infront of him, and he can't do anything even if it means the end of the world for him. He had fall upon his knees knowing that his whole kingdom is about to fall...as he said to queen selene "don't worry I will do everything I can to save you for the sake of our daughter you know I can't imagine this kingdom's queen on the edge of dying" queen said "oh you know it's already too late we can't do anything now I have to be the one who should have gone for good it's for the sake of our daughter otherwise they will take her from us... promise me you won't let her slip away from you , she's too pristine for what's ahead of her," as she delivered her very last words to the king ,she closed her eyes for forever and Alara? she was just 10 when her mother returned to the stars , that's what her father always told her... (slip to the present time)

Alara's POV: Each dawn greets me the same, this bed holding me prisoner to repetition, as I wake up today knowing my father would be desolate about my another attempt to escape this towering fortress and yet I failed again!!! I got up and draped myself into that stiff princess gown again for another day to spend in this alluring yet adrift stone sanctuary... Living here everyday feels like an isolation itself, I heard people talking about that you should be used to it now but for me as each day passes, making me more desperate to see the outside world...
