Chapter 2 - Chapter 02

Chelsea was startled by the sudden sound of someone's voice. She turned her head to stare at the man standing beside her. Since when was that man there?

"You're that crazy guy from earlier? Since when have you been here?" Chelsea suddenly got up from her seat.

While Ace, who Chelsea thought was crazy, was seen standing casually with his arms folded across his chest, he looked at Chelsea and said, "Trust me, no matter how far you go. You will come back to me; leave that man before you regret it."

Did Chelsea believe? Of course not; she rolled her eyes lazily. "You think I believe you?" she asked irritably, then retorted, "No! I don't believe you!"

After saying that, Chelsea walked out of there, leaving the lopsidedly smiling Ace in his place.

The music was so loud that many people were drinking themselves into a stupor. Yes, everyone there seemed to be having a good time, as if they were letting go of all the burdens in their lives.

At the entrance, a man was seen walking in. He looked charismatic with a suit and glasses perched on his nose.

"Honey, you took so long." Just entering, the man was greeted by an already drunk woman. The woman looked sexy in a very short red dress, with her thighs and chest almost perfectly exposed. Yes, it could wake up something that had fallen asleep.

The man didn't resist when she hugged him, and she even kissed him on the lips without permission. Instead of refusing, the man enjoyed the sexy woman's game.

"Jack, will you play with me tonight?" asked the woman spoiled, she wrapped her arms around Jack's neck. Yes, it was Jack who was Chelsea's lover. Why was Jack there? Who is that woman? Only Jack knew.

Jack smiled wryly, and he lifted the woman's body. "Of course, baby, I can't stand the sight of your body," he said lustfully. He started kissing her neck wildly. Not stopping there, Jack carried her to a room in the club.

"Jack, touch me," the woman said while squirming; she couldn't wait to be touched by Jack. Was she drunk or obsessed with Jack?

"Of course, I really like your body, baby." Jack began to touch the woman's body, taking off all her gray clothes and leaving only her underwear.

The woman was already aroused by Jack's touch; she looked at Jack with a smile that was hard to interpret. "Jack, are you going to keep doing this with me even though you're married?" she asked while savoring Jack's touch.

Jack paused for a moment. He looked at the woman, then leaned in close to her ear and whispered, "Yes, you're better than Chelsea."

After that, Jack continued his game, and of course the woman really enjoyed Jack's game that night. Yes, what Ace said was true. 8Jack was such a bastard. What about Chelsea?

Unbeknownst to them, someone was watching and listening to all their conversations. That person clenched his fist while staring at the two of them who were having fun playing.

"I'm going to make sure Chelsea doesn't marry a bastard like you," he said with a hostile look. Who was he?

As time passed, Ace was now in his office. As the CEO who inherited his mother's company, Ace is very busy in the office. Although Ace is a werewolf, no one knows that he is a werewolf other than the werewolves and Chelsea.

Even Hans, who is his assistant, doesn't know if Ace is a werewolf; Hans only knows that Ace is a man who never expresses himself and is fierce. Even Hans was sometimes afraid to look Ace in the eye.

Currently, Ace was silent in his place, thinking about how he could have Chelsea. Ace would not let go of his partner.

'You must make Chelsea yours immediately. Only Ace could hear Smith's words.

"I know! Don't interfere just yet," Ace said suddenly, which made Hans, who couldn't hear Smith's voice, think that Ace was talking to himself. It wasn't the first time, but Hans often saw Ace talking to himself like that.

"What's wrong, sir?" asked Hans hesitantly.

Ace turned to Hans, forgetting that his assistant was still in his room. But Ace neutralized the look on his face, then replied, "Nothing."

Hans chose to step back; he then turned around and walked out of Ace's room. Meanwhile, Ace was still thinking in his place.

"I've thought of everything; I should declare that woman as my partner." Ace said that with confidence.

"How?

"Don't ask too many questions," Ace said. He often fought with his own wolf.

Meanwhile, Hans, who was about to enter again, immediately canceled his intention when he heard Ace's words just now. Hans thought Ace was saying that to him.

"Is it possible that Mr. Ace can see ghosts?" Hans muttered behind the door.

Ace didn't want to stay silent; he darted away as fast as lightning. Hans didn't even realize that Ace was no longer there. Ace went to the pack house to ask some werewolves there for help.

Arriving at the pack house, he immediately met with his best friend and Beta in the Shadow Pack, named Gerry.

"Find out everything about this woman," Ace said, ordering Gerry to find out about Chelsea while showing a photo of Chelsea that he didn't know where he got.

"Okay," said Gerry, immediately leaving there to carry out the orders or mission from the Alpha.

On one side, a wolf was listening to their conversation. The wolf frowned, then walked up to Ace and said, "Who's that woman?"

"My mate," Ace replied briefly, then waltzed away.
