Narrator P.O.V
She was in her early twenties (23 to be precise), her youthful face carrying the kind of sharpness carved by pain rather than time. Her dark lashes trembled as her greenish eyes narrowed behind the ear protectors clamped tightly to her head. Dressed in a crisp navy-blue police uniform that fit snugly against her athletic frame, the badge glinting faintly under the range lights, she stood tall with her gun raised, both hands steady on the grip.
The uniform hugged her like armor, but inside it, her chest rose and fell with the uneven rhythm of a heart that refused to forget. At the firing range, she lifted the gun with both hands, earphones muffling the world into silence except for her own ragged breaths. The first shot rang out. Then another. Each one echoed like a memory she couldn't escape.
Her jaw clenched, her arms steady, but her eyes betrayed her. Tears welled up, blurring the paper target in front of her until it looked less like practice and more like the shadows of the past she was trying to kill. She blinked hard, but the tears slipped free, sliding down her cheeks in quiet defiance.
And when the last shell clattered to the floor, she lowered the gun, trembling, her face streaked with tears—proof that even the strongest warriors still bleed inside.
Then some word came out of her mouth..
"when I find you I will kill you.. I have not forgotten that name and that ... f.. face" she says. someone then touched her shoulder from behind lightly.
It was her boss Jackson, he was young and elegant ,tall, handsome officer with kind eyes and an easy smile—liked by many females but he only had eyes for one woman and that was her.
She turned and looked at him.. he could see the tears lingering at the corner of her green eye, he has tried confronting her about if for her to open up.. but she always changed the topic, so he never asked after that .. they were close friends but he wanted to more than that to her.
"yeah" she said, reloading her gun..
"umm i noticed something odd about your shooting.. Raven" Jackson said
" And that is what.. Pain?" Raven said giving a chortle laugh.
"Yeah pain.. and you even have tears in your eyes" Jackson said.
"It can be tears of joy.. " Raven said using the tip of her hand to clean them and walking towards the exit of the training room, other police officers where training.. Jackson follows her and stops her before she opens the door.
"You think.. why cant you open up to me.. Raven we are friends, and friends do not lie" Jackson said. now leaning on the door with his arms folded across his chest.
"You got that from stranger things funny.. but friends lie especially when its necessary, now please let me go out am done here" Raven said in a serious tone looking at Jackson eyes.
" He exhaled sharply, Damn it, Raven, I know. I know what happened to your family in Ashvale… five years ago." Jackson said he regrets that he dug into her personal space but she was not opening up so he had no option but to look into her and he found out everything about her. past life.
"What.. your digging me now?, what is wrong with you Jackson?. you are my friend i appreciate that.. but digging into my personal privacy is another level that is so fucked up.. so please dont let me create a scene here and move now" Raven said tears building up in her eyes, her hands shaking .. fellow cops started staring and gossiping within themselves.
Jackson felt hurt because Raven was hurt.. he hated himself for saying those words.
He then shifted. Raven opened the door and looked at him..
"Thanks for your worry.. but this is my fight " Raven said and left..
She entered into her office.. locked the door closed the curtains and bent low and cuddled herself and cried silently..

An hour later..
Raven stood up, she went into the restroom inside her office, she looked at the mirror her face was red and pale and sorrowful, she wanted to cry more she sniffed as she opened the tap water...
FIVE YEARS AGO...(How it all started)
The voss family were seated in the dining table having dinner together, they were noble families known by others.. even if Mr voss job was unknown he still helped the Neighborhood and orphans, MR and MRS VOSS gave birth to 3 children 1 boy and 2 girls the first born was a boy, he was close to his dad and worked with him in this secret business his name was Leo, the second was Elsa she was the" black widow" of our family, she loved fighting and she was a badass, she also knew about MR voss work and helped him with it... and the third born Raven calm but dangerous.. you would not want to mess with her.. Raven loved her family.. she wanted to know the work of her father but he always pushed her away, like he was protecting her? (but from what)..
Then one day.. the happy family turned into a grave yard..
knock on the door..
Mrs Voss is clearing the dishes with raven..
"Hny can u please check whose at the door" she asked raven.
"Okay mum" Raven signed smiling as she hopped playful to the door she then opened it she was 18 years at that time, getting ready for college..
she then opened the door.
Two hefty men were standing , each wearing a pair of black shades.. Raven gulped she then looked at there pockets and she saw guns.. Her fingers froze on the doorknob, pulse thundering in her ears, .. she was about to close the door but one of the men held it..
" I wont do that if i were you" he said..
"Raven who is it" Ms Voss said as she came to the sitting room and saw the two men..she was shocked, just then about 8 men came from the back door..
The two men then entered the house, and removed there guns.
The eight men went upstairs and brought Elsa and Leo with Mr voss down stairs but there was a little bit of shooting..
When Mr voss came down his legs where shot his face was beaten also Leo and it was four men who brought them down.
"Where are the rest" One of the two hefty men asked codly..
"well sir there was a lil trouble here so they died" One answered slapping Mr voss. as they handcuffed the mum, Leo and Elsa.
"Don't touch him!" Raven's voice cracked, her chains rattling as tears burned down her cheeks.
"what will you do baby girl" he leaned close to Raven.. touching her face, raven held his arm and kicked him and twisted his arm and broke it.. the second hefty man hit her to the ground hard. and cuffed her.
"You little bitch," he snarled, slamming her against the ground.
"Lets take them to the boss" he concluded they then covered there faces with a black sac.

They arrived at a ranch, it was late in the night, they carried the voss family to a dark prison and removed the sac but they where still handcuffed they then chained there legs. then the hefty man that Raven broke his arm looked at Raven..
"Before they kill you i would love to fuck you so hard your knees turns week" he said
Raven spat on his face.
" you make me sick" Raven said the man then slapped her.
"Hey i will kill you if you touch her" Raven father said in rage..
"well tomorrow you all will die.. you messed with the boss you get hurt Vossy boy" the man said and locked the prison and left.
"Dad, Mum, Leo,Elsa can any one of you explain what the fuck is going on here.."Raven in tears.
Elsa signs..
"You need to get out of here Raven, your to innocent to be here"Elsa said
"I dont understand whats the fuck is going on here" Raven asked again
"I only knew few days ago and i joined but you Raven you dont know a shit so please lets find a way to get you out" Elsa says.
"She is right.. Raven" leo concluded
"M..mum? you.." before raven could complete her statement her mum turned her face away.
"I have a way child.. just know you dad and your family are good people and you need to take revenge on all of them.. i mean all dont spare any lives" MR VOSS says.
"b..buh dad?.."raven said
"No buts promise me" he said.
"I..i promise" raven said in tears
"Fight for whats right, for justice" he concluded
"Now i want you to woman up and save yourself, you have it in you.. use it" he said as his voice trembles.
"cant elsa follow me" raven asked
"They will find me and it will be dangerous for you as well" elsa says
"your a white cordero, and i am a black cordero i hope you understand" elsa said tears in her eyes.. (codero means lamb in Spanish language )
"okay then.." Raven sniffed she then sees one of the men. and started mourning sexually. she then bit her lips, the man then noticed her, he looked like his from Mexico, he was young and handsome.
"What are you doing?" he asked her.. staring at her banging body..
"Am a little itchy" Raven said. looking into his eyes.
"Where?" he asked gulping.
"Come closer open the bars and enter.. no strings attached i promise" Raven said.
"How can i trust you?" He asked still staring at her body..
"Tienes mi palabra" Raven says.. (It means you have my word)
The man smirked.
He then opened the door and entered, he bent low to where she is seating chained to the ground.
"So.. am here now, i must say you have nice accent" he said smiling
"I can mourn your name with that accent if you want..Cariño" she said softly and seductively..(Carino means honey or sweetheart)
"No tricks" he said.
"you have my word" she said giving a fake Deceiving smile, and he fell for it. Elsa gave her a thumbs up and looked away.
He unchained her but left the handcuffs and took her out of the bar, Raven looked at her father and mother and siblings who gave a reassuring smile. raven felt pain in her heart coz it was the last time....
"Where did she learn that from" Ms vesso asked looking at Elsa
"What.. no i didnt do such no why would i teach her mum.!" Elsa said looking guilty
leo chucks
"What if she messes it up.. ?" mr vesso asked
"She will escape dad.. i know raven shes a psyco bitch " Elsa smirked
"Nah.. am talking about.. taking revenge on this mother fuckers" Mr vesso says.. looking dangerous
"I have a plan if she fails..." Elsa smiles .
"I would never forgive them for what they did to my sister and what they want to do to us now even if am going to die soon" he said
"papa! i promise my plan is a blast.. i am going to make sure they all die one by one" elsa says.
"and how are you gonna do that your chained" leo asked
"Assassin never reveals her plans" Elsa says..
"If elsa grows up and doesnt do it.." MRS voss asked
"Then she will have to face the consequences in the future" Mr voss says..
