Chapter 1 - Beginning Of All Things: Chapter 0

Mira, the goddess of the sky and waters, was Elara's firstborn. She, who was created to rule over all rivers and oceans, caused neither the depths of the waters nor the seas under her gaze to tremble without her command.

Mira was Elara's most virtuous creation; her goodness bent the hearts of all living beings to her will. Her noble face, blue eyes, and flowing locks illuminated the skies and the oceans.

Yet she was sorrowful in her solitude. Then, with the gesture of her fingers, she created beings named Lara, the most graceful and alluring of the ocean's creatures. Mira was greatly pleased and contented upon seeing them, but a thought occupied her mind—how could she guard her own cosmos?

Then Mira devoted her entire being to bring forth a new entity into existence. But Elara, the Lady of Time, rose with her supreme voice and blocked her efforts.

Elara said:

Mira, how dare you grant yourself the permission to bring this world-ending entity into life?

Shaken by Elara's voice, Mira replied:

My Lady, my Mother, I have never defied your authority. Yet I wish to guard what you have entrusted to me; beyond this, I desire nothing for myself.

Elara spoke with the same commanding voice:

What is it that you wish to guard, Mira? Look around you—there is nothing here but water.

Mira, with fearless resolve, replied:

You are unaware of your own essence.

She spoke thus and departed. Elara, who had never seen Mira so bold, was astonished, yet she spoke to herself:

I do not possess the power to reclaim what I have granted her.

Mira, sorrowful yet determined, continued tending to her creations, racing across the waves without a trace of shame—the firstborn of Elara; Mira, the most delicate goddess of the skies and waters.

Several centuries passed, and Mira remained captivated by her own essence, and thus spoke to herself:

An incredible thing, yet the Mother of Time? Surely it will slip from my grasp.

Elara, throughout these centuries, watched over her child and observed his deeds. She created children named Oorel and Maia. Oorel was the second creation and considered Elara's wisest child, the god of knowledge and earth, who divided existence into two parts—land and water.

He shaped his great civilization. Oorel was benevolent and tall, with golden eyes and golden flowing hair. He wore a red robe and constantly praised himself, ascending slowly the heavenly steps of Eden's Palace; his steps soft yet formidable, felt by all in the palace.

Soon, Oorel reached the great gates of Eden's Palace. He lowered his head, took a deep breath, and said:

Has my summoning voice echoed through this palace once again?

He spoke thus, and the palace gates swung open. Oorel lifted his head and entered the hall, his eyes beholding the highest reach of the endless ceiling. Slowly, he ascended toward the throne of the Creator of existence, and stood tall to the right side of the Lady of Time.

A moment later, a young lady's voice echoed from the right side of the hall, speaking under her breath with a mischievous glance:

"Why does Oorel immediately become so strict and serious every time he steps into this hall?

Oorel heard her voice, his face flushed with anger. With a half-conspiratorial tone, he shouted:

Shut your mouth, girl! Don't you see where you are? If you meddle one more bit in my affairs, I will grab your hair myself and pull it out!

The young lady raised her hands and, with an even more playful tone, said to Oorel:

"Alright, alright!!!

After that brief quarrel, a heavy silence spread throughout the hall. The young lady was named Maia, the goddess of darkness. Maia was the youngest among Mira and Oorel, unmatched in the art of swordsmanship, and no being dared to confront her—the most powerful goddess to have ever risen across the expanse of existence.

Maia had a slender and elongated body, with short silver hair and piercing red eyes that drew attention. Her attire was semi-revealing, with tall boots and a short armor covering her torso.

Mira turned toward the Lady of Time, lowered her head to the ground, and spoke with a tone full of respect and seriousness:

"If I have been insolent, forgive me, my Lady.

The Lady of Time smiled and faced Mira, saying:

"You are my eyes; all that breathes in this existence owes its being to you all. You, your sister, and your brother—their existence is bound to yours. If you do not wish to coexist in harmony, those who revere you shall pay a harsh price."

Maia, eyes wide with astonishment, asked:

A harsh price? What is it that has the power to fill what has been established with hatred.

The Lady of Time spoke with a tone full of grace and wisdom:

"Within the depths of each of you, I have placed a power so that you may choose your own path and act accordingly. From this day forth, I shall no longer leave the halls of Eden; it is now you who must guard the existence entrusted to you. Good and evil, like shadow and light, shall stand beside you, my children.

Mira, who had fallen into absolute silence and had heard these words without a sound, left the hall without uttering a single word.
