Synopsis
After defeating the demon king, Lucian is granted his final wish which is to reborn into a world where men don't have to do much but are still cared for. Although, unfortunately, his Goddess misunderstood what he meant and sent him into a world that has had a male shortage for the last 1,000 years. So for every 1 man, there are 200 women, which creates an exciting world dynamic. This is the Story of Lucian and how a single misunderstanding brings him into a world he could have never imagined to exist. ================================= I’m a new author, so any critiques are really helpful! Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: My Wish

"Congratulations, Hero, you have not only saved your companions, but you also saved the whole world with your sacrifice." The Goddess said gently as she looked at her chosen hero.

Since the day she transferred him into this world, she had watched him grow from a little child who could only sleep to the hero he became.

Looking at his God, Lucian couldn't help but let out a smile. When he was first diagnosed with terminal cancer, all he wanted to do was just disappear from the world in his first life.

Since he had no one to care about and had been alone for most of his life, he was already tired of living such a monotonous life.

To him, ever since leaving the Orphanage at 16, every day had been a battle of survival. And just when he thought he had things figured out, it turns out he had terminal cancer.

So he withdrew all his money, sold all his stuff, and journeyed to climb Mount Everest, pretty much unprepared since all he wanted to do was just disappear while trying something he always wanted to do.

Even now, Lucian could still remember the final moments of his first life, the chill that went deep into his bones, and how every breath he took felt like he was inhaling and stabbing himself with a dull knife.

"Thank you, Goddess, it's truly been a journey," Lucian said, smiling.

As a chosen hero, he truly lived a fulfilling life, though it only lasted for a short 20 years since he quickly wanted it to end.

"Now about my prize…" Lucian said with a somewhat shy expression.

In his first life, he only lived to be about 23 before dying on Mount Everest. And in his second life, he had only lived for 20 years before dying with the demon king, and in both lives, there was one thing that didn't change.

"Yes, yes, don't worry. I've looked at some of the planets in my jurisdiction, and there's one where you'll love." The Goddess said with a laugh.

As the goddess of purity and all things holy, she could only choose virgins as her chosen heroes, and her chosen heroes would have to be virgins for the rest of their lives; otherwise, they would die once they lost their purity.

"And about the… You know." As a shy virgin who had only ever seen but never touched, Lucian was shy when talking about things that involved sex.

"Don't worry, this world is perfect for you. While it's not a perfect world by any means, but then again. There's truly no such thing as a perfect world.

"Once again, thank you, goddess. While I do appreciate everything you have given during my second life, I'm just truly not suited for fighting or being a Hero," Lucian said as he bowed and faded from his God's realm.

As much as he loved being a Hero, he felt like it truly didn't suit him. Mostly because he couldn't be the hero in his fantasy. As it turns out, being a hero in fantasy is nothing like being a hero in reality.

After going through all that, he would for sure say he would rather be a healer.

Watching her chosen one fade away. The goddess couldn't help but smile. While Lucian would think he didn't do a very good job as a hero, the whole world he was in would disagree.

"I'm sure he'll enjoy the little surprise I give him." The Goddess of purity said to herself that she would also leave the god realm.
