As they were eating, Fang looked at him with a soft smile. Syaoran lifted his head mid-bite and noticed her.
"Fang, why are you smiling?" he asked.
Fang shook her head gently and said,
"Syaoran… I didn't know I was a goddess. I thought I was just a human who went through hardships. Now I've been reborn again."
She smiled and continued softly, "It feels like… is this real?"
Syaoran leaned back and replied,
"Fang, I always knew you were special, but I never imagined you were a goddess. When I found out you were Lunarya, I was surprised—and scared. If you found out the truth, your life would've been at stake. I tried everything to hide it from you… but somehow, you still found out."
He smiled softly.
Fang laughed and said,
"But Syaoran, I've returned now. So don't worry about anything. Let's just enjoy our lives together."
Syaoran smiled. He leaned forward, gently taking her finger.
"Then promise me, Fang. Promise you'll stay with me till I die… You're not allowed to leave before me."
Fang grew emotional. She pinky promised him and said,
"Syaoran, I promise I won't leave you. I'll always be your Fang, the one who orders you around."
She chuckled.
Syaoran smiled, nodding his head with tears in his eyes.
After finishing their meal, Fang and Syaoran strolled around the mountain, their hands intertwined.
"Syaoran, it's been so long since I saw this mountain," Fang said softly. "It's changed so much, hasn't it?"
Syaoran glanced around.
"Yeah… When I first came here, I didn't even look around. I never stepped outside."
Fang stopped walking and looked at him curiously.
"What were you doing here? Why didn't you come out? And wait—how did you even come here?"
Syaoran laughed.
"Fang, don't drop questions like a bomb!"
She gave him a light slap on the arm, and he laughed, locking his gaze with her.
"Fang… when you left me that day, it felt like I lost myself along with your soul. You left only your bracelet behind," he said, showing it to her.
"I couldn't accept it. I couldn't digest the fact that you were gone. So I decided to come here and stay—until you came back. I was scared too… scared that you might not even remember me. I asked my grandfather for permission and came here. I've stayed here for years."
He held her hands and smiled warmly.
"But now… you've returned. I'm happy, Fang."
Tears welled in her eyes.
"Syaoran… But coming here weakened your powers. And that means—you didn't eat properly all this time, did you?"
She narrowed her eyes and slapped his arm again.
Syaoran caught her hand and said,
"Even if staying here made me lose my powers—it was worth it. Because in the end, I found you."
Fang smirked and smiled.
"Syaoran… even if you were at the edge of the world, I would find you. I'll always be by your side. So don't ever be reckless again or put yourself at risk. If anything happens like this again, just think of me—and I'll appear beside you."
She gently pampered his head.
Syaoran pouted.
"You're bold, huh? How can you say you'll leave again?"
Fang chuckled.
"Syaoran, I'm not a human anymore."
Syaoran blinked.
"But… you got revived, right?"
Fang shook her head and whispered,
"Lunaris Elune."
She revealed her true form.
Bathed in golden light, Lunarya stepped forward—her white dress shimmering like woven starlight, a golden robe flowing behind her. Her ears glowed with a soft radiance. In that moment, Syaoran no longer saw the girl he had known—but the divine being she truly was.
The moonlight faded, and golden light surrounded her as she smiled at him.
Syaoran knelt before her, bowing his head with solemn reverence.
"Goddess Lunarya," he whispered.
Fang stood in disbelief, then laughed softly and pampered his head.
"I bless you, my man."
She helped him stand.
"You don't need to kneel before me… I'm not just a goddess now—I'm also your future wife."
She blushed and chuckled shyly.
Syaoran's heart swelled at her words. He smiled brightly and nodded.
Fang twirled slightly and asked playfully,
"How do I look?"
Syaoran looked at her with a loving gaze.
"Fang… you look like a work of art."
Fang froze. Her heart raced, her lips trembled. Syaoran noticed and stepped forward, placing his hands gently on her waist. He pulled her close.
Fang's heartbeat quickened. She was sweating.
"Syaoran… what… what are you doing?" she asked, her voice trembling.
He didn't reply. He leaned in and softly kissed her lips.
Fang's eyes widened in surprise, then slowly softened. Her lips smiled with happiness. She kissed him back.
The moon turned shy, and the white clouds moved to cover it—yet through a small gap, it peeked again, shining brightly down on them.
