Two flashes of light strike the stage — Goku and Super Sonic, standing side by side.
Goku's calm, golden aura glows steady. Sonic's silver-gold chaos energy swirls around him, crackling like electricity.
> Cell: "So, the legends themselves finally stand before me. A Saiyan and a hedgehog… I never thought perfection would be tested by such anomalies."
Super Sonic: "Yeah? You talk too much for someone about to get punched through a mountain."
Goku (grinning): "Let's show him what we've got."
The ground rumbles. Both warriors vanish.

A golden and blue explosion lights up the arena. Goku and Sonic strike from opposite sides — Cell blocks one, dodges the other.
Their combined speed makes them invisible to the naked eye. Every impact sends shockwaves that carve craters into the earth for miles.
> Trunks (watching): "They're evenly matched… I can't even follow their movements!"
Piccolo: "No — they're both holding back."
Cell counters with a powerful energy burst. Goku blocks it, and Sonic darts through the blast, slamming Cell with a Chaos-Infused Spin Dash, sending him flying.
Cell lands effortlessly, laughing.
> Cell: "Remarkable. Together, you almost feel… divine."
Goku: "Almost?"
Cell: "Yes. Almost."
He charges — and the next instant, the world explodes in light.

Their battle moves faster than sound. Each collision echoes like thunder across continents.
Islands shake, oceans roar, and the clouds swirl into massive spirals.
Super Sonic and Goku coordinate perfectly — Sonic's Chaos energy mixes with Goku's Ki, their combined attacks warping gravity itself.
> Goku: "Kamehameha!"
Sonic: "Chaos Beam!"
The twin blasts merge, slamming into Cell and vaporizing half the arena.
When the dust clears, Cell still stands — bruised, but smiling.
> Cell: "Fascinating. So this is the power born from friendship and balance. But tell me… how long can you keep it up?"

Goku lands, breathing hard. Sonic drops beside him, energy flickering.
Both can tell — Cell isn't at full strength yet.
> Sonic (low voice): "We're not breaking through. His energy's adapting every second."
Goku: "Yeah. If I keep going, I'll risk destroying everything around us."
Sonic looks at him.
> Sonic: "You're backing out?"
Goku (smiling softly): "No. I'm trusting someone else to finish the fight."
Goku powers down and looks toward the stands.
> Goku (calling out): "Gohan! It's your turn."

Everyone stares in disbelief.
> Vegeta: "What? You're sending a child to fight him?!"
Trunks: "He can't be serious!"
Piccolo (quietly): "He's dead serious… and he's right."
Sonic steps back, confused but trusting.
> Super Sonic: "You sure about this, Goku?"
Goku: "Absolutely. He's got something none of us do."
Gohan steps forward, his aura faint but steady.
Cell chuckles.
> Cell: "You're replacing two gods with a boy?"
Gohan: "You'll regret underestimating me."

Screen 6 – Passing the Torch
Goku smiles proudly and places a hand on Sonic's shoulder.
> Goku: "We gave him all the training and balance he needed. Now it's his time."
Super Sonic (nodding): "Then let's make sure he's not alone in this."
They both step aside.
The arena grows silent. Even Cell pauses, intrigued.
Lightning flickers around Gohan's feet as the air pressure changes.
For the first time, Gohan feels the storm inside him awaken.
> Cell (grinning): "Show me what you've got, boy."
