The tournament continues with loud cheers and flashing cameras as Gohan steps into the ring for his match. The crowd erupts — the son of the great "Savior" Goku is finally fighting again.
Facing his opponent, Gohan takes a deep breath and lets his energy rise. Lightning crackles around him as he transforms into Super Saiyan 2, his golden aura blazing with power.
The entire stadium falls silent in awe.
> Announcer (stammering): "L-Ladies and gentlemen… I don't think this is… normal martial arts anymore!"
Krillin (grinning): "There it is — the real Gohan!"
But just as Gohan steadies his stance, two shadowy fighters in the crowd — Spopovich and Yamu — exchange a glance. Their bodies pulse with strange, dark energy.
Before anyone can react, they leap into the ring, catching Gohan completely off guard.
> Gohan (shocked): "What the—?!"
They press strange metallic devices to his chest, and instantly, his golden aura flickers and fades. His energy drains violently into the device, leaving him on his knees.
> Gohan (weakly): "My energy… it's being stolen…"
Sonic, Goku, and Vegeta dash forward, but Shin suddenly raises his hand.
> Shin (calmly): "Wait! Don't interfere. We need them to lead us to their master."
Sonic (angrily): "You're just gonna let them walk away after attacking him?!"
Shin: "If we stop them now, we'll lose the real threat. Their master is far worse than you can imagine."
The two thieves escape skyward, carrying the energy-filled device. Kibito quickly heals Gohan while the others gather around.
> Gohan (still weak): "Who… who were they?"
Shin (serious): "Servants of Babidi, the son of an ancient dark wizard. He seeks to resurrect a creature of unimaginable power — Majin Buu."
The arena, once filled with laughter, now feels empty and cold. The tournament had been nothing more than bait — a distraction for something much darker.
Sonic clenches his fists.
> Sonic: "So this whole tournament was a setup… Fine. If Babidi wants a fight, he's gonna get one."
The heroes exchange determined looks as they prepare to follow the dark trail.
The lighthearted games are over — the Babidi and Majin Buu Saga has begun.
Screen 2 – The Road to Babidi's Ship
After the chaos at the World Tournament, the truth is finally revealed. Supreme Kai (Shin) and Kibito explain that the two strange fighters, Spopovich and Yamu, were not acting on their own. They were gathering energy for a dark wizard — Babidi, son of the ancient sorcerer Bibidi, the one who created the terrifying monster known as Majin Buu.
> Supreme Kai: "Babidi has been hiding underground, building his ship and collecting energy to awaken Buu. If he succeeds, this world — and all others — will fall."
Goku: "Then we'll stop him before that happens."
Vegeta (smirking): "About time something interesting showed up."
Sonic (nodding): "Let's move. If this guy's as bad as you say, we can't give him a second longer."
Bulma, overhearing the plan through Capsule Corp's transmission network, sends a rebuilt and upgraded Mecha Sonic to assist.
> Bulma (through comms): "He's combat-ready and tuned with Chaos Energy. Try not to blow him up this time, Sonic!"
Sonic (grinning): "No promises!"

Screen 3 – The Labyrinth Beneath the Earth
The group — Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo, Krillin, Sonic, Mecha Sonic, and Supreme Kai — track Babidi's minions deep beneath the desert.
The tunnels glow with sinister light, and the air hums with magic.
Suddenly, Dabura, the King of the Demon Realm, appears.
> Dabura (grinning): "Welcome to your graves, mortals."
Before anyone can react, he spits a stream of saliva that splashes across Piccolo and Krillin, turning them instantly to stone.
> Gohan (horrified): "Piccolo! Krillin!"
Supreme Kai: "Be careful — even a single drop can petrify you!"
> Sonic (furious): "You picked the wrong team to mess with."
Goku and Vegeta charge after Dabura, while Sonic and Mecha Sonic split off toward Babidi's inner chamber.

Screen 4 – The Twin Hedgehogs vs. Babidi
Inside the glowing heart of the ship, Babidi floats above a pulsating crystal orb filled with dark energy. His shrill voice echoes through the chamber.
> Babidi: "You're too late! Soon, Majin Buu will rise again, and chaos will devour everything!"
Sonic steps forward, his Chaos aura flaring gold.
Mecha Sonic's eyes glow cyan as his reactor charges.
> Sonic: "You talk too much."
Mecha Sonic: "Target confirmed. Initiating suppression protocol."
They attack in unison — Sonic moving as a golden blur, Mecha Sonic firing precise Chaos Blasts. Babidi blocks their attacks with magical barriers, laughing as he teleports around the room.
> Babidi: "Fools! My power comes from darkness itself!"
But Sonic is faster. He zips around the barriers, creating a vortex of energy.
Mecha Sonic uses the opening to unleash a Chaos Overdrive Cannon, piercing Babidi's defenses and blasting him into the wall.
> Babidi (screaming): "No! My energy—!"
The wizards' control chamber begins to crack, unstable energy surging through the ship.
> Sonic (gritting his teeth): "He's trying to overload the core!"
Mecha Sonic: "If it ruptures, Buu will awaken immediately."

As the others battle Dabura above, Sonic and Mecha Sonic race against time inside the shaking ship.
Alarms blare, and the magic seals glow bright red — Buu's cocoon begins to move.
> Supreme Kai (telepathically): "Sonic! Destroy the energy feed! Don't let that shell open!"
Sonic: "On it!"
He launches a Chaos Spin Dash, ripping through the cables feeding energy into Buu's cocoon.
Mecha Sonic slams his fist into the ship's core, overloading it with his reactor's power.
The entire base trembles violently.
Babidi screams from the shadows.
> Babidi: "You can't stop destiny! Buu will awaken!"
Sonic (shouting): "Not today!"
The chamber erupts in blinding light.
Sonic and Mecha Sonic dive out as the entire ship collapses into a crater.

Dabura retreats, and Babidi, though wounded, vanishes with what little power he can still control.

Mecha Sonic (analyzing): "Energy levels remain unstable. Probability of reactivation: seventy-three percent."
Goku (serious): "Then we'll be ready when it happens."
The heroes prepare for what's coming next — the true awakening of Majin Buu, and the battle that will decide the fate of Earth once again.
Screen 3 – The Shadow Within: Majin Vegeta's Rise
Deep beneath the rumbling Earth, Babidi, battered and weak from his encounter with Sonic and Mecha Sonic, floats before a glowing crystal orb. His voice drips with malice.
> Babidi: "Even in defeat, darkness finds its way to the proud. Let's see whose heart I can break next…"
He waves his hands, sending dark energy threads pulsing across the planet in search of a new vessel.

Scene Shift – The Tournament Grounds
Far from the crater, Goku, Gohan, Sonic, and Mecha Sonic regroup. The crowd has long since fled; the once-bright tournament arena now feels heavy with tension.
Mecha Sonic's sensors flicker as he scans the area.
> Mecha Sonic: "Detecting an anomaly in Vegeta's energy signature. His ki is… fluctuating. Chaos levels rising."
Sonic (frowning): "What do you mean? He's not even here."
Mecha Sonic: "Correction: he is approaching fast… and his energy is corrupted."
A sudden explosion shakes the ground. Dust fills the air as a familiar golden aura bursts into view — but this time, it's twisted with black lightning and burning red undertones.
Majin Vegeta steps forward, the "M" symbol glowing on his forehead.
> Goku (shocked): "Vegeta… what did you do?"
Vegeta (smirking coldly): "What I should've done years ago — stop holding back. Babidi's power just reminded me who I am."
Sonic: "You let him control you? That's not strength, Vegeta. That's ego."
Vegeta (snarling): "Stay out of this, rodent! You wouldn't understand a warrior's pride."
His aura explodes outward, knocking Sonic back several feet.
Mecha Sonic stands firm, scanning the energy.
> Mecha Sonic: "Warning. Power levels unstable. Vegeta's ki output exceeds safe planetary thresholds."
Gohan (alarmed): "He's serious… he's going to fight Dad for real!"
Majin Vegeta turns to Goku, his eyes wild but focused.
> Vegeta: "Come on, Kakarot. You know you've wanted this as much as I have. No interruptions. No mercy."
Goku's expression hardens.
> Goku: "If this is what it takes to stop you, then fine. But I'm not fighting you because of pride — I'm fighting to stop you from destroying everything!"
The ground cracks beneath them as they power up — Super Saiyan 2 vs. Majin Super Saiyan 2.

As the two Saiyans clash, the shockwaves tear across the city.
Mecha Sonic activates his communication link, sending an emergency message to Bulma, Supreme Kai, and the other Z Fighters.
> Mecha Sonic (transmitting): "Alert. Vegeta compromised. Babidi's corruption confirmed. Combat with Goku in progress — destructive radius increasing rapidly."
Bulma (over comms, horrified): "What? No! Vegeta, what have you done?!"
Mecha Sonic: "Recommend immediate evacuation of civilians within a fifty-mile radius. This confrontation will escalate."
Sonic, watching from above, clenches his fists.
> Sonic (thinking): "Come on, Vegeta… fight it. You're better than this."
But down below, the battle ignites like thunder — a clash of two warriors, two egos, and two destinies colliding under Babidi's control.
The storm of Majin Vegeta has begun.
