JAY's POV
After eating me and Keifer were bored so we started watching some tv.
After a while Aries, Percy and kuya came back.
Jay: how is everyone.
Kuya: safe and settled in. They were a little scared especially mom and tita jenna but we handled it.
Jay: did u tell them the truth.
Kuya: we just told them that it's not safe for them to be at home right now and that they had to be moved to a safe house for a while. Don't worry they don't know about u. It's your secret to tell not mine. They don't even know how u got injured. They only know u got shot but we didn't say anything more to them.
Jay: that's good. But I think I will have to tell them everything after I get discharged. I don't want to keep secrets anymore.
Keifer: u don't have to if u don't want to Jay.
Jay: it's fine Keifer. It's about time u get to know about my past. All of u do.
Kuya: fine. It's your decision to make. I have to go now. I have to get back to fer Corp.
Jay: ok. Be safe. I have already arranged security for u. Aya will introduce u to them on your way out.
Kuya: ok. In the mean time take rest and heal up if u want to get discharged tomorrow. Don't forget your studies too all of u. Your finals r approaching.
We nodded and he left. Now it was just the four of us in the room.
Percy: so, what do u want to do now.
Aries: do whatever u want. I'm taking a nap. We have been up all night.
He said and then flopped onto the couch.
Percy: aw my baby is sleepy🤣
Aries just scoffed and closed his eyes.
Percy: fine, I'll take a nap too.
He said sitting on a chair beside Aries.
Keifer: u should sleep too Jay.
Jay: what about u.
Keifer: I fine. Unless u want me to sleep with u.
Aries: we can hear u, u know.
Percy: chill on the tease train bro. She is still our sister.
Keifer( smirking ): then close your ears brothers-in-law.
Jay: just ignore them and sleep.
Keifer: u sleep, I am not that sleepy right now anyways.
Jay: u have been all night too Keifer. Just take some rest.
Keifer: fine.
We all slept after that.
I woke up feeling hungry. I tried to move but froze when felt someones warm breath on my neck.
My eyes shot up instantly and looked around to find keifer sleeping next to me on the same bed.
I looked in front of me and saw that my brothers were still asleep. It's a good thing because they might strangle both of us if they saw us like this.
I poked his arm to wake him up.
Keifer( voice hoarse from sleep ): what is it wifey.
Jay( flustered): what r u doing here. Get off the bed before my brothers see us.
Keifer: I'm just sleeping here. And I don't care if they us. U r my soon to be ms. Watson And don't forget that we r dating.
Jay: still, they will bury both of us alive. Now get up.
Keifer: fine, I'm getting up.
Jay: what time is it. I'm hungry.
Keifer: it's lunch time. What do u want to eat. I'll order it.
Jay: wake them up first then we can eat together or else they will say that we don't think about them and start bickering again especially Percy.
Keifer: ok.
After they woke up we started ordering our food.
After about 15 minutes our food arrived.
I got up from the bed with their help and sat on the couch to eat with them. They laid out all our food on the table.
We had order some burgers, fries and cold drinks.
Ofc they asked the doctor first before letting me eat it. The doctor said it's fine but I can't eat a lot. Only a small amount. I think they r trying to starve me.
So I just ate 2 burgers, 2 medium sized fries and 2 cold drinks.don't judge me ok, that's a very small amount for me.
Soon after the doctor came in for check up. He said everything was progressing perfectly and I was healing faster than an average human.
Well guess what I'm not some average human😏
He also said that at this rate I can be discharged by tomorrow morning which is earlier than what they expected.
In the evening kuya came by with our books to make sure we reviewed for our exams🙄
We told him about what doctor had said about me getting discharged by tomorrow morning.
Kuya: that's good. But u still have to take care of yourself and study hard for the exams. No excuses from any of, ok. U all r bored anyways so just review right now and then eat and sleep.
Percy: what do I do then. I don't have any exams.
Lucky him😒
Kuya: u can come with me to the safe house.
Percy: ok, sure.
After they left we studied until dinner time.
We ate some pasta and salad, studied a little more and then fell asleep.
The next morning:
We all woke up around 8 am, when kuya, Percy, Aya, Mason, Mateo and Alex came to get me discharged and take us to the base.
Kuya brought me a change of clothes, brush and toothpaste.
After I got fresh and change.
We had breakfast, I got checked on last time, got some medicines and then finally got discharged.
2-3 cars were waiting for us at the entrance. I was about to get in one when Percy called out to me.
Percy: Jay, remember when I told u I had a gift for u.
Jay: yeah?
Percy: well, your gift is that your dad is here.
Jay: what?
He pointed to the parking lot where I saw my dad looking at me.
I ran to him and he did the same. I hugged him tightly, ignoring the pain on my side.
Jay: I missed u papa.
I said as tears came down my cheeks.
Papa: me too Jay. So much.
He kissed my forehead and then we pulled apart.
Papa: how r u now Jay.
Jay: I'm much better now that u finally here.
Papa: I'm not going anywhere now Jay.
Mason: ahm ahm.... I don't mean to break this little reunion but we need to go now.
Jay: yeah. Papa u need to come with us. I'll explain everything on the way.
Papa: no need Jay. Percy already explained everything to me. Let's get out of here now.
Then I got in the car with papa, Keifer and mason in one. Kuya, Aries and percy went in the other car. And in the third car were Aya, Alex, Mateo. And drove towards the base.
