JAY's POV
Five days went by in the blink of an eye. Spent with my family and friends, the league and some studying for the exam.
Finally the day is here. The day I turn 18.
My day started with keifer and his brothers surprising me to a breakfast in bed and wishing me a happy birthday.
Keigan and keiren gave me their gift as well.
Keigan gifted me beautiful bracelet with a small diamonds shimmering on it.
Keiren gifted me a pair of gold earrings with a medium sized diamond.
I thanked them and turned to keifer.
Jay: where is your gift?
Keifer( smiling ): I will give it u later.
Jay: ok.
Then I ate my breakfast and looked at my phone which was filled with messages of everyone I knew wishing me a happy birthday.
I thanked them and then got fresh and changed into shorts and a t-shirt.
I went downstairs and walked towards Keifer, who was sitting in the living room.
Jay: Keifer, I have to go to kuya's house.
Keifer: ok, can I come with u.
Jay: sure.
We went to his car and drove to kuya's house.
When we went inside. We were greeted by kuya, Aries, tita gema, mom and the house maids. They all wished me a happy birthday and even had some muffins prepared for me.
I hugged and thanked them. The maids went back to their work and we sat down in the living room couch.
They all gave me my gifts.
Kuya gave me a new phone.
Aries gave me the snickers I always wanted.
Tita gave me a navy blue gown which I loved.
But the best gift I liked was mumma's.
Mom: Jay, I didn't really know what to give u. So I thought about it for a while and I have decided to grant your wish to meet your dad.
I eyes widened from what I heard.
Jay: REALLY
Mom: yes.
I immediately pulled her into a tight hug.
Jay: thank u mom. Thank u so so much.
After that we all talked for a while and I ate my muffins. We didn't even realised it was lunch time before a maid came to call us to eat at the dining table.
We all stood up and went to sit at the dining table.
Keifer and I sat next to each other while Aries sat opposite to me. Kuya sat near tita and mom.
Jay: where is sir, ma'am and yuri.
I said as we started eating.
Kuya: they went out for a while. I told Alvin and Cindy that u two were coming here today so they took yuri with them for a while. So that we can have some space.
Jay: oh, ok.
We continued eating while talking a bit.
Mom: so, how is living with keifer Jay.
Jay: it's good. They make me feel like a part of their family. So I don't get lonely very often.
Mom: that's good. But remember to study as well, u have your finals coming up.
Jay: yes mom.
We finished our lunch after that and said our goodbyes.
We went back to our house and I went straight to our room while keifer went to the kitchen to have some water.
I freshened up and sat on the bed and started scrolling on my phone.
I had a message from mason.

Happy birthday Jay from the whole league. Text me when u can I have some important information for u.
💌 jay:
Thank u all. And what is it?
He texted me back immediately.
💌mason:
We found out that Kaizer is back in town today. We know where he is staying and why he is here.
💌jay:
What? Why?
💌mason:
he is here for u and keifer. He knows that today is your bd and is planning to show up at your party.
💌jay:
We can't let him do that. Tighten the security on keigan and keiren. They will be at the house tonight. Also tighten the security at the party and around Keifer and me.
💌 mason:
Ok, but u know that he will not stop and will probably strike at some other time.
💌jay:
Ik. Firstly I want u to make sure that no one else knows about his arrival. Then I want u to send him a message to meet up at the old grounds just outside the city. Put the league on high alert except for kuya and keifer. We have to end this tonight!
💌mason:
On it boss😐
I put my phone aside and closed my eyes.
Just then keifer entered the room and sat beside me.
Keifer: hey, is something wrong?
Jay: nothing, I am just a bit tired.
Keifer: then take some rest. We have a party to attend tonight.
Jay: it's ok. Besides I am in the mood to watch a movie and just relax.
Keifer: ok, what do u want to watch.
Jay: as long as it's not a horror movie, anything is fine.
Keifer: ok fine. Let's call keigan and keiren as well.
Jay: ok.
Then we all grabbed some popcorn and went into the living room to watch a movie.
Keifer and I sat on the couch while keigan and keiren sat on the bean bags.
We watched a funny movie And laughed like a bunch of lunatics.
Afterwards we went to our rooms still laughing a bit.
Keifer: u look like u really enjoyed the movie.
Jay: ofc I did. It was really funny.
He shook his head and then looked at the time.
Keifer: we still have two hours before we have to get ready and leave for your party. So what do u want to do now.
Jay: Idk. What do u want to do.
A smirk appeared on his face.
Keifer: u know what I want to do.
Jay( confused ): what?
He came close to me and whispered in my ear.
Keifer( voice low ): I want to kiss u.
Before I could respond or object, he kissed me. Softly but surely.
Something inside me shifted. I kissed him back hard. My lips moved with his, perfectly in sync with each other.
His hand were on my waist while mine were clutching his shirt.
My knees went weak and we fell on the bed with him on top of me.
Keifer( breathless): careful wifey.
Then he kissed me again. His hands were on my side now and mine were on the back of his neck, sliding into his hair and playing with them.
We pulled away after a while and just laid next to each other on the bed. Hugging each other tightly.
My head resting on his chest. Listening to his steady heartbeat.
He kissed the top of my head and whispered,
" I love u Jay. Until scientists find the end of the universe ".🤧💗
I smiled.
" I love u too keifer ".🤧💗
His hug tightened around me and so did mine.
We drifted into sleep without realising it.
