Leo checked his status right after waking up, and what he saw didn't disappoint him.

Dang, Leo thought. Sleeping maxed out every single one of his stats, making him feel refreshed and ready to hunt for more levels, power, and loot. With that being decided, he went off to the forest to explore.
As Leo walked through the forest, he noticed a humming noise coming from nearby. He went over to check what it was, and to his surprise, a wooden box was there. It read: "Oak Chest: Rare - Minimum Level Requirements: Level 2 "
Leo grinned. Today was clearly going to be a good day for him. He opened it, and inside it, there was a dagger, but instead of a normal dagger made out of metal like what anyone would expect, this particular one was created with Crystal. He identified it, and the description read:
"Crystallized Dagger- Rare"
"An Ancient Dagger created with rare crystals located deep within the Earth. This weapon allows you to fight with proper melee skills in closer range, and allows you to cut enemies with far greater damage than an average metal dagger."
Leo was delighted. Not only could he now fight in close combat, which Leo desperately needed after the encounters with the Amber foxes, this specific one would deal greater damage. Happy that he had another weapon, he went on exploring the forest to look for more chests. Which he did.
When Leo got out of the forest, just as it was getting dark, he went up to his makeshift shelter, which was just a sheltered spot under a tree on top of high ground. When he settled onto the ground, he brought out the 3 boxes which he had obtained today. He put them from the worst rarity to the highest.
"Pinewood Chest: Uncommon"
"Oak Box: Uncommon"
"Redwood Case: Rare"
First, He opened the Pinewood Chest. Inside it contained a quiver. It was made up of steel, which was extremely heavy, so Leo thought it would be completely useless. But when he picked it up, it weighed as much as a feather. Leo sighed in relief. He had thought the quiver would be useless, but it turned out to be useful and yes, it would help him hugely in combat, since it would not bear him down. With that in mind, he identified it.
"Featherlight Quiver-Uncommon"
"This quiver is extremely durable, as it is created from steel. But as much as it is durable, it is light. Carrying this quiver in combat will allow you to carry arrows without adding extra effort. "
Next, he opened the Oak Box.
Within it, there was a dagger. One that was far worse than the first one. Anyways, he still identified it.
"Steel Dagger-Uncommon"
"Just an ordinary dagger, but slightly more durable. Allows the user to do more damage if they have a swordsmanship class."
Leo sighed. Not only did it deal less damage than the previous one, it was heavier. Thankfully, he still might be able to find a use for it while dual wielding.
Finally, he held the Redwood Case in his hands. It was rather small, but Leo could feel its power emanating from it. He opened it, and inside... was a necklace? Wait..no, it couldn't have been. What use is a necklace? he groaned. The most it could do is probably just choke him to death. But he just shrugged and identified it.
"Enchanted Void Necklace"
"This necklace allows you to teleport a distance of a maximum of 100 meters. WARNING- after using the necklace, it will have a cooldown of 1 week before further use."
Leo stared at it with wide eyes. This was far beyond his expectations. Teleporting? That would give him a massive advantage in combat, since he could make distance easily to make space for a shot. It would be a while before any beasts could reach him. He placed all three items on the ground, and one by one, he wore them. When all three were on him, he felt that his power had gotten stronger. His power, skills, and stats. He checked them.

His max stats increased by a lot, mainly due to fighting experience, survival points, and Items. Just then, he heard a familiar and dreadful noise. A low, growling noise. He slowly turned his head, and saw this.
"Mother of the Amber Foxes- Level 8"
Leo prepared him self. Crystallized dagger in one hand, and the Steel one on the other. He was ready this time.
