Hero Association Headquarters, Child Emperor's private laboratory.
"I might have discovered something amazing, Tatsumaki, you'd better arrange a time to come over."
A perfect black circle, one meter in diameter, floated above the workbench. It was pitch-black without a trace of luster, lying perfectly horizontal.
"Sorry, Tatsumaki. I've tried many times—this seems to be a folded space, possibly even connected to another dimension. Aside from you, I haven't told anyone else."
"Oh? Interesting. Its spatial structure is unusual, as if it's different from our world."
She reached out a hand to touch it, but Child Emperor quickly cried out to stop her.
"Don't touch it! Your body might not withstand the force of this overlapping space. I've already tried—even the Invincible Giant couldn't handle it. I suspect there might even be another world beyond this black veil!"
Before Tatsumaki arrived, Child Emperor had already summoned his strongest battle mech, the Invincible Giant, to attempt entry. In less than three seconds, half of the steel mech had collapsed.
"That's troublesome. If even your Invincible Giant can't handle it, I doubt any S-Class hero in the Association can."
Her psychic energy attempted to reach in, but it shattered on contact. Tatsumaki's frown deepened.
"Not necessarily… During the last physical test, wasn't there a weirdo C-Class? That guy broke every Association record. He's the most physically powerful freak in history!"
"C-Class? The strongest… How come I've never heard of him?"
"It happened recently—you were probably asleep. I'm asking you because maybe he can withstand this level of spatial pressure. It's just a try; if it doesn't work, we'll think of something else."
"Fine, give me the info. I'll have someone bring him here. But if even S-Class can't do it, there's no way a mere C-Class can."
Z-City.
Knock knock knock~~
"Genos, you're back? Are we having raw egg over rice for lunch? I also want seaweed egg drop soup—can you put in more seaweed? They say on TV it's good for your hair…"
"Uh? Who are you?"
Light blue shoulder-length hair, a tight top accentuating her impressive curves, paired with high-slit black stockings that revealed long, fair legs. A small white shawl added a hint of aloofness.
Her azure eyes held a trace of disdain and impatience as she pulled out the Hero Handbook, checking its information against him.
"C-Class Rank 233 Hero Saitama?"
Hell Blizzard looked Saitama up and down, unimpressed.
Today was strange—her ever-annoying sister, Tatsumaki, had contacted her out of the blue, asking her to secretly bring Saitama to Association Headquarters for some special experiment.
Blizzard didn't understand it. Ranked second among S-Class, her sister apparently had something she couldn't handle, and even asked for a mere C-Class to help?
But the reward offered was too tempting to refuse.
"That's me. What's this about?"
