"Oh no? What do you mean by oh no?" Heather asks.
"She and her wolf seem to be going into this rage feral mode basically." The elder wolf says.
"What?!" The vampires exclaim.
"I only heard a story about it as a child. The deep red in their eyes represent the blood of those they lost. But around their pupils there will be a blue ring. And instead of black pupils they'll be yellow." The elder wolf explains.
"That doesn't even sound genetically possible." Rava says.
"Look each color has a meaning. I don't know the meaning behind blue and yellow but I do know that once the pupils are yellow the chances of that wolf going back to normal are next to none!" He admits.
"Can we change her back now?!" Rava exclaims.
"I doubt it. Typically the wolf's loved ones could calm them down but.." The elder wolf leaves the rest unsaid.
"Then what the hell are we supposed to do?!" Heather asks.
"You could try letting her go." The elder wolf says.
"..."
"Are you trying to get us to kill you?" Alexis asks after a moment of silence.
"The woods naturally calls to us wolves. And the goddess could lead her someplace where she can calm down." The elder wolf explains.
"But she can't shift with something on her which means there's no way for us to track her." Heather says.
"Wait I have an idea. Look down at your hands! You're crushing the statues!" Rava yells at me.
I immediately glance down and loosen my grip.
"Didn't you say her pupils would be yellow and there would be a blue rim?" The king asks.
"Yeah?" The elder wolf confirms.
"Her pupils look blue to me." He says.
The elder wolf immediately check my eyes. His jaw is dropped.
"I've never seen this before..." He says.
"What does that mean?" Alexis asks.
"It means that what's happening to her is either the first case or so rare that only the goddess could tell you what's happening. Maybe both." He explains.
"So in other words she's a new breed of danger." Rava says.
