Rei actually sent some equipment back and demanded replacements. She said that even the smallest crack could cause issues with the testing.
I found it thoroughly amusing to watch her go about destroying the patience of the staff and doctors. Including the triplets. But none of them had the balls to deny her.
After all they couldn't argue and they couldn't risk false information being told to the royals. Oh how I love this chaos power dynamic.
But the actual tests didn't take long. She had my blood type tested and did some tests so that I would at least know a bit of my medical need to knows.
I have O negative blood. Neat I guess. I'm basically the vampires' favorite snack.
"Ok you've gotten all the test results back. So.. what's the verdict?" Heather says.
Rei made a show of double checking and triple checking the results.
"Hmm.. the results here seem to point to that she is definitely special. But because the equipment here sucks and stuff I can't determine if she's just special or blessed by the goddess." Rei says.
"All of that and you can't tell the specifics?!" Alexis complains.
"All that time with her and all the things you did to her and you still couldn't break her." Rei says pointing out their failure at getting me to submit.
"Watch it mutt." Heather growled.
"I'm not wrong." Rei shrugs.
"She's not." The elder wolf agreed.
"You two are getting on thinner and thinner ice." Rava warns.
"But the main issue is her wolf also doesn't want to be bred. But they refuse to actually kill themselves because their pack wouldn't want that. Well their dead pack. May they rest in peace." Rei explains.
"How do we change their minds?" Heather asked Rava.
"Maybe we can save some mutts from death. That's bound to get us something." Rava says.
"Or you can take the hint and give up on her." Rei says.
"You wanna get skinned alive?" The triplets say in unison.
