The Rating Game between the Gremory and Phoenix families was almost at its end.
Issei was trying to fight Raiser, but he was taking hit after hit, barely able to stand.
"Issei, that's enough. Please stop." Rias pleaded from the side.
"No way. President, I will never give up."
"Well then, I'll just finish you off, you stupid scaly upstart. Do you think you can talk back to the son of the Phoenix family?" Phoenix kicked Issei in the stomach again, causing the dragon to bend over, spitting out blood.
Raiser was about to deliver the finishing blow to the barely alive Hyodo when scarlet hair flashed before the dragon's eyes.
The Princess of Destruction grabbed Raiser, preventing the blow. Issei slid down the roof, and the image of his mistress surrendering to this freak was imprinted in his eyes and soul.

Rias pushed Riser away and ran towards Issei, but stopped halfway. Issei staggered to his feet. The wounds began to smoke and gradually heal. His teeth bared and began to sharpen with a crack. His eyes had completely turned black.

Issei Hyoudou raised his head and roared, letting out a volley of black flames. The clot of fire flew past Rias and crashed into Riser with a roar, knocking him off the roof.

"Okay." Riser's queen had just prepared to attack when the dragon reacted instantly. A glove formed on his hand. A crimson wave of aura began to explode in all directions, filling the surrounding space in an instant.
Red-hot metal began to form on Issei, starting from his feet. The steel hissed, burning the skin and leaving decent burns on it. The man taking the form of a dragon screamed in pain. Mental and physical.
"Yubeluna, finish him off already."
"Yes." The queen used an attack spell. A moment before it hit, the armor finished forming and a wave of aura spread throughout the arena so dense that it took the breath away of those present.
Two wings burst out of the dragon's back with a crack and a second later it disappeared from sight. The next moment, the phoenix's queen with multiple wounds was sent flying into the ground towards a stone.
Several fractures appeared in the girl's body. Issei disappeared from sight again and knocked out the next member of the phoenix family.
The dragon jumped from girl to girl, taking them out of the game. After one blow, the last member of the phoenix family was sent to the waiting area with serious wounds and fractures.
"What the hell. What's going on? Rias, what did you do?"
"Absolutely nothing. I have no idea what's wrong with him."
"Well, then calm him down this instant! You're his master!" Raiser walked up to Rias and grabbed her by the elbow.
The dragon reacted to this action in an instant. He in an instant appeared behind the girl and, after standing for a few seconds, grabbed the phoenix's hand with his mouth.

"DOMAIN OF THE RULER!" Just moments before the Phoenix Family's son would have lost his head, the dragon passed out and fell to the ground with a thud.
The Demon Lord approached Issei as he lay on the ground.
"Brother! What are you doing here?"
"I felt a change in the aura field in the arena and decided to see what was going on. And then it turns out your servant went crazy. Do you know what caused it?"
"I'll tell you later. Right now, we need to help Issei as soon as possible."
"Can you help him?"
"Let's transport him to the Demon World first."
"Sirzechs-sama, what about the Rating Game? Rias gave up before her pawn went crazy."
