I felt my breath hitch when my gaze took in the image.
Ghost had ditched the off shoulder shirt she was wearing earlier as she was only wearing a tank top , giving me an unobstructed and healthy view of her pale skin.
Not to mention I could see the piercings she had …. And I only had one word to say… Damn!.
I had to pinch myself to know that it was real and the picture I was looking at was real and not a figment of my imagination.
It wasn't anything too outrageous , Ghost was showing a peace sign to the camera while sticking her tongue out playfully.
But something about her smile … was doing things to me.

The small episode with Ghost was a welcome surprise but I didn't forget my goals.
I wasn't a goody two shoes or a boy scout… but I was there inside that building when It burned down and I could have died too , my memory might be hazy but someone saved me.
So knowing that all these people died , and I nearly died ( my stupidity) just so some crime syndicate could kill their target was off putting to me.
