"What is this..?"

Eli heard a voice from below.

The group all stared at their watches in dismay.

Ranking leaderboards.

[Keep in mind: All cadets displayed are withtin 50 meters of the parameter.]

• Elisabeth Aragoth: Rank 51 (western dragon enterprise) - 7,820 points.

• Zachariah Keal: Rank 58 (western dragon enterprise) - 7, 569 points.

• Carl grey - Rank 167 (sky hall) - 5027 points

•Lester thorne - Rank 267 (sky hall) - 4040 points

[Note: Rankings are assigned based on combat potential, survival capability, and compactability with enterprise resources.]

"Huh.., How come I'm the weakest" the cadet with the black messy hair cried.

Eli stared at the watch above them, dumbfounded.

Her rating was high above.

That means she was definitely stronger than the cadets below.

This came as a relief to her.

"Wait..?" Maya raised a brow.

"Isn't the names displayed on the watch are candidates who are close to us...?"

They group looked at each other.

"Who is Elisabeth Aragoth..?"

"Zachariah keal...?, is there some sort of glitch"

They all turned to the Isaw, the leader.

"Those names doesn't strike any bells... but if her name is displayed on the watch, it probably means she's close" he stood calm and collected, looking around.

"Really close.."

"Well... should we find them..?" Maya leaned in with concern.

Isaw sighed, looking above.

"No" he paused.

"The've already found us"

Eli couldn't hid anymore, the watch had already reavealed their location.

The snow storm wiped the ship as she popped out from the upper cubicle, landing gracefully in the midst of the sky hall cadets.

Most of them were startled, all summoning their weapons.

"Wait!, I'm not here to fight" she held her hand out.

The cadets all prepared for battle.

"Oh yeah?, then why didn't you reaveal yourself untill now?" Maya asked.

Tension skyrocketed as the group had their weapons drawn towards Eli.

"I was, just unsure.." she straightened her posture.

Isaw looked at her with cold eyes, holding two red daggers in his hands.

"Tch*, You expect us to think you've come in peace?, Don't insult our intelligence" Maya gritted her sharp gaze locked on Eli's figure.

"Hold on-, look at the board, she not the only stranger near us-. Zachariah, Rank 58, where is he?" The youngest, Carl steadied himself, looking around.

Lester looked around warily.

"Yeah, that's what I've been thinking, if she's here then where is he?, hiding?, watching us?"

The group all looked at Eli.

"Don't let your guard down"

Isaw commanded and the group began circling her, preparimg for an attack.

The snow storm outside the ship seemed heavier, drowning out the noise as Eli stood calm.

"Zachariah... isn't with me currently" she muttered.

"Tsk Tsk, convenient answer, you come claiming you're alone, while your partner lurks in the shadows, waiting to gut us from behind.

Eli was frustrated at this point, but she dare not let it show in her face.

She just sighed with a calm look plastered on her face.

Isaw looked at her, wary.

"Maya has a point, if he's anywhere within 50 meters, he should be on the watch. And he is. Which means he's close. Real close."

Carl stepped back, scanning the snow.

"Dammit, he's already circling us isn't he, This is a trap" veins bulged on Maya's forehead.

"It's no trap... if we wanted you guys gone you would've already been dead"

Eli said coldly.

If bargaining can't work, she'll just threaten her way to the answers she wants.

"Now you show your true intentions..." Maya gripped the spear, her body exuded a yellow aura as bloodlust skyrocketed.

"What If they're together, if we engage her, he'll jump in, we could be sandwiched" lester reasoned.

"I think we should hear her out" Carl tried to deescalate the situation.

"If her companion is in the shadows, we have to strike frist, take her out before he shows" Maya gritted.

Eli sighed.

"Try it.."

"Huh..?" Carl and Lenny looked in horror as Eli's demeanor changed

"I thought you wanted peace.." Lester glanced at her.

"But it seems like all of you guys want is war" she shrugged.

She streached out her hand, summoning a single silver straight sword.

"We could still talk this out you know.." Carl trembled.

Isaw, who was quite all the time finally spoke.

"I support Maya on this one.." his body realised a red aura.

"We have to deal with her frist, if she kills us here she has the world to gain, we can't risk it".

Eli crept into her stance, her body extruding a strange silver aura.

"There's a reason why my rank is higher than yours" the pointe the blade towards the leader.

"AM I THE ONLY ONE TRYING TO DE-ESCALATE THE SITUATION"

Aura poured into the room as Lester's bow glowed.

"I guess it can't be helped"
