Chapter 28 - Chapter 28 Desperate Situation

In this world, there are only a few who can fight and shout slogans fanatically, and the slogans they shout are "for the greater good".

Except for the fanatical Wiccan saints under Grindelwald, there is no one else.

Levid did not have time to think about why Grindelwald's men came to his door.

"Where are Tom and Professor Hicks?" Levid looked behind Toby.

Then he saw Tom lying quietly on the floor behind Toby, looking very peaceful.

"Ah?" Levid looked at Tom on the ground in shock.

The future Dark Lord died before he could even accomplish his mission?

"Master Tom was just knocked unconscious, and Professor Hicks is still outside dealing with them.

But there are too many people on the other side, and Professor Hicks can't hold on for long. We have to leave quickly!"

Toby grabbed Tom's hand and anxiously stretched out his other hand to Levid, "Hurry up and grab Toby, Toby will take you away first...ah!"

"Boom!" Before Toby finished speaking, the wall behind him was blown open.

The violent shock wave knocked Toby unconscious and he fell beside Tom.

Levid was in front of Toby, partially blocking the blast, so he didn't faint.

But his head was still buzzing.

At that moment, a large hole appeared in the wall, and amidst the clouds of dust, a tall figure emerged from the hole into the room!

Levid quickly drew his beechwood wand.

  "Obstacles!"

  "Boom!"

As the tall figure entered the room, Levid cast an Obstacle Spell, sending it flying back out of the hole.

After casting a spell, Levid didn't hesitate, but rolled to the side, tumbling down from the foot of the bed.

His decision was undoubtedly correct.

He had barely tumbled off the bed when seven or eight spells struck the spot where he had been sitting.

The poor wooden bed was shattered by the spells! Goose feathers and sawdust flew everywhere...

Levid flicked his wand, and Tom and Toby were pulled towards him through the air.

A heavy wooden cabinet, slowly toppled over by the tremors, landed right where Tom and the others had been lying, sending up another cloud of dust.

Levid urgently checked on the two men on the ground.

Toby had been knocked unconscious, and Tom seemed to have only been hit by a Stunning Spell; they were probably fine.

But now, with Toby unconscious and the witches outside about to burst in again, there was no time to wake Toby and get him to leave.

Levid glanced at the two unconscious men again and knew he couldn't stay here any longer.

If the people outside simultaneously unleashed a large-scale spell like an Explosion Spell, the house might collapse, burying them all.

Now, it seemed the only way to rush out and create a loud noise, making them think everyone had escaped, would be to temporarily divert their fire from this room.

Besides, he had no idea what was happening with Professor Hicks.

Without hesitation, Levid pointed his wand at the nearby wall.

  "Shatter to pieces!"

  "Boom!"

  Levid blasted a massive hole.

The instant the hole was created, Levid was already blasted out, along with the bricks and smoke.

The explosion was so sudden that the people outside hadn't yet reacted.

Moreover, Li Weide was covered in dust, and his eleven-year-old body was very small.

Therefore, for a moment, none of the Wucui Party members outside noticed that Li Weide had come out.

Li Weide vaguely saw two figures standing in front of him.

Perhaps because the wall behind the house was the back, with neither doors nor windows, the Wucui Party only left two people behind, and those two people did not expect anyone to come out from here...

"Fainted!"

"Petrify!"Caught off guard, the two men were instantly struck down by the dusty Li Weide.

Those surrounding them were likely enemies, so Li Weide showed no mercy.

Moreover, in a life-or-death situation, Li Weide had no time to distinguish friend from foe;he simply struck them down first. His deliberate, deliberate dash attracted the attention of the witches.

"There's movement over there! It looks like someone inside is breaking through the wall from behind!"

They abandoned their assault on the house and instead circled around, heading inward.

A flurry of footsteps approached from afar.

With so many people approaching, Li Weide suspected Professor Hicks was in grave danger...

  "Mist!"

After knocking the two men down, Li Weide immediately cast the mist spell.

Instantly, a white mist enveloped Li Weide's surroundings, and the area was rapidly expanding!

As the witches circled the back of the house, they were directly hurled into the expanding mist!

"Be careful! Don't hurt one of our own... Ah!"

The man who had been shouting hadn't even finished his words when he collapsed to the ground with a scream.

Levid dropped his wand and quickly shifted his position within the white mist.

As he ran, mist continued to emanate from the tip of his wand!

  "Over there!"

Levid had barely escaped when the area he had been standing in was showered with spells!

"I missed! He's gone! Asshole! Come out if you dare... Ah!"

As another of the loudest members of the Wusu Party was decisively brought down, the others dared not utter a single sound.

It was clear that the individual hidden in the mist was relying on sound to launch their attacks!

The enemy could attack at any time, but their superior numbers kept them from attacking without hesitation, fearing they might hit their own men.

As a result, the Wusu Party's numerical advantage was instantly wiped out.

Levid moved relentlessly through the mist. Although the enemy couldn't see him, he couldn't see them either.

He could only cast a distraction spell while sneaking through the mist—this was his most effective strategy.

After all, even though he now possessed the magical proficiency of an adult wizard, thanks to his adult soul strength, he couldn't possibly defeat many alone!

Furthermore, the opposing force consisted entirely of battle-experienced wizards, Grindelwald's elite troops!

Even if he were to single out a random wizard, Levander, with his current inexperience, wouldn't have much of a chance of defeating them.

Ultimately, it was simply because he had only been learning magic for so long!

  "Armor!"

  "Armor..."

After two of his teammates were ambushed, the remaining wizards cast the Armor Charm, enveloping themselves in a tight envelope.

The Armor Charm's defensive power was quite potent, capable of resisting spells other than the three Unforgivable Curses.

Hidden within the mist, Levander's heart sank when he heard the Armor Charm.

With the enemy protected by the Armor Charm, his spells wouldn't be able to knock them down in one blow.

Even if they stood still and allowed him to attack, it would take several spells to break their Armor Charm.

Surrounded by a dense siege, even a pause for a second would result in the curse washing over one's head! Furthermore, casting multiple spells in succession...

  "Wind swirl!"

At this moment, someone cast the Hurricane Curse.

The sudden strong wind instantly swept away a large area of fog in front of him, instantly widening his field of vision!

Seeing this, the others also cast the Hurricane Curse.

As a result, the originally thick fog was instantly blown into pieces!

At this moment, Li Weide was almost in a desperate situation!
