Chapter 33 - raynare

As the leader of the Celestial Dome, Isaac LeClerc looked at the footage broadcast by the Marvel List with mild surprise.

If memory serves me right, I was the one who summoned Haibara Ai... So when did she become an original character in the Marvel Universe?

After a moment, Isaac understood.

The system automatically assigns identities to summoned characters, and clearly, the images displayed by the Marvel List were part of a backstory arranged by the system itself.

But Isaac didn't mind. Did this mean that the Marvel List was weaker than the System? Or were both systems operating at a comparable level?

As the jealousy, envy, and hatred from others intensified, Isaac simply chose to ignore them.

Especially the overwhelming flood of private messages he received. He skimmed through a few important ones, then deleted the rest without hesitation.

In the face of the temptation of immortality, those in power did not hesitate to surrender. As long as Isaac was willing to give them the Elixir of Life, politicians and leaders of evil organizations were ready to betray anything… even their own blood families wouldn't be spared in the face of human greed.

But the Dome had no use for the weak!

The Marvel List continued to play.

After Haibara Ai's segment ended, the screen shifted to display Isaac LeClerc's Opportunities.

When the Master of the Celestial Dome was twenty years old, he encountered another woman—an alien being from the planet Krypton.

The Kryptonian civilization was extremely advanced, but what was truly astounding was their innate abilities. Once exposed to sunlight, their physical prowess would continue to grow until they became... gods on Earth!

Her speed surpassed that of sound, approaching the speed of light. Her strength was enough to move the Earth. She possessed heat vision, X-ray vision, freezing breath, and super hearing that could span the globe.

It was no exaggeration to call this being a God on Earth.

When "Faora" appeared, all the civilizations of the universe were stunned. They were captivated by this terrifying newcomer.

What kind of immortal race was this? She was so formidable that even the gods of Asgard might not dare lift their heads before her!

When the advanced civilizations of the universe first heard of the Celestial Dome, no one paid much attention.

A startup organization from a primitive world? Aiming to dominate all civilizations? Ridiculous!

But after Faora appeared, everything changed.

The leaders of those higher civilizations realized that this organization actually had the power to do it!

Captain Marvel: "@Isaac LeClerc, is this the kind of power you're betting on to challenge me? I admit you're lucky, you bastard. One powerful woman after another enchanted by your charm. What a disaster!"

President Walker: "How is this possible? How can a race like that exist on Earth? And how did these aliens live among us without us ever knowing?"

Thanos: "This woman is powerful... No wonder a mere human like you dared to challenge me again and again."

The Human Torch: "Incredible! I always thought Captain Marvel was the strongest woman I'd ever seen, but Vuara is clearly no less powerful!"

If Haibara Ai had sparked envy and awe, Faora's appearance ignited the flames of jealousy in nearly every intelligent being.

How could an ordinary human surround himself with subordinates of such magnificence?

Then, the Marvel List showed brief scenes of other talents who had joined the Dome. Among them was a black-winged female angel who appeared briefly on the screen.

This angel was called Raynare. She had been gravely injured and forced to descend to Earth, where Isaac encountered and saved her. Since then, she had followed him.

When he saw the stunning Raynare, Isaac frowned.

Raynare was a login reward after I acquired a character template from DxD... And this lousy system only summons villains!*

He felt frustrated... Angels! They're the best race for marriage in the entire universe! But since she was evil, he couldn't marry her—because she was a fallen angel. What a shame!

The only consolation was that Raynare was still, at the end of the day, an angel. It would've been true misfortune if the system had summoned just some trash.

Hmm... It should be noted that only angels of light are suitable for marriage. Fallen angels like Raynare are more fit for obedience and servitude.

Then, the images began to change rapidly. The screen displayed future scenes of civilization after civilization crawling under the rule of the Celestial Dome.

Eventually, a man sat upon the empty throne, staring down upon the universe and its worlds from above... and the scene ended.

Everyone realized at that moment that the man they had once looked down upon with disdain... had fulfilled his ambition...

And had truly risen above all living beings!

[Nick Fury:] "It's hard to imagine how dark this future is..."

[President Walker:] "This is the future?! Freedom crushed and hell in charge? No! Now that we've seen this future, we can change it! We must change this dreadful fate!"

[Ayesha:] "What a terrifying male creature... But kings are the pinnacle of civilizations—above all other beings!"

[High Priest of the Kree:] "The Kree never kneel to any civilization! This future is nothing more than a false illusion!"

All the advanced civilizations of the universe rejected this fate.

They refused to kneel before a human from Earth… in the future!
