There were dire consequences to being wanted globally.
For instance, when Isaac went out shopping, he couldn't walk freely—people stared at him constantly, and he was often at risk of being attacked.
And when he went out for breakfast, he didn't have to wait in line—not out of respect, but because the police would escort him, labeling him a "public threat."
Wherever he went, he became the center of attention—yet without a trace of social enjoyment.
For someone who used to live a normal life, this new lifestyle was unbearable for Isaac.
"Looks like it's time for a new plan..."
Isaac muttered to himself, narrowing his eyes in thought.
Originally, he had planned to "boil the water slowly", to infiltrate gradually and quietly.
But now, it seemed he had no choice but to take a more radical approach.
With that thought, Isaac headed for the Celestial Dome's European base.
Across the continent, the Celestial Dome only had two bases:
One in Eastern Europe, and the other in Northern Europe—near Norway.
His destination: the Eastern base.
The one in charge of that base was a man named Ivan Vanko, formerly known as Whiplash, a villain from Iron Man 2.
Six years ago, Isaac had saved Ivan Vanko's father from death.
In return, both father and son pledged their loyalty and service to the Celestial Dome.
Driven by both gratitude and loyalty, Vanko and his father had given their all.
Not only had they resolved major energy issues in the Dome's facilities, but they also contributed significantly to its technological and military advancements.
As soon as Isaac arrived at the base, Ivan rushed to greet him.
"Sir!"
Ivan Vanko said respectfully, bowing slightly.
Isaac nodded and asked him directly:
"How is the preparation going for the army of Terminators?"
The T-800 Terminator was one of the rewards Isaac had obtained fourteen years ago.
However, due to technological limitations and a lack of qualified manpower, actual production only began four years ago.
Thanks to the expertise of Vanko and his father, large-scale manufacturing had finally become possible.
Ivan smiled enthusiastically:
"The base is fully operational, sir. We now have an army of 2000 'Destroyer' units. All they need is your command!"
Isaac frowned slightly at the number.
"Only 2000 units after all these years?"
he asked, clearly displeased.
Understanding his frustration, Ivan quickly explained:
"I know it doesn't sound like much, but the obstacles were immense—whether in terms of raw materials or economic capability. Even working at full capacity, we couldn't exceed that number."
Then he added confidently:
"But let me assure you, sir… these units are capable of crushing the armies of any nation on Earth!"
Isaac chuckled lightly and asked:
"Assuming, of course, those nations don't use weapons of mass destruction... right?"
"Ahem… yes."
Ivan answered awkwardly, knowing even this mighty army couldn't stand against nuclear warheads.
Isaac didn't comment further, instead changing the topic abruptly:
"Have you ever heard of Sokovia?"
Ivan was stunned for a moment, then replied after some thought:
"A small Eastern European country. Fragile economy, low population... and riddled with internal chaos."
Isaac nodded slowly and said:
"Sokovia will be the launchpad for the Celestial Dome's rule over this world.
How long will it take you to take control of it?"
Ivan answered firmly:
"One week, sir. In seven days, it will be in your hands!"
Isaac gave a cold smile and said:
"Hydra is lurking behind Sokovia. I'll send Fiora to assist you. She'll handle any weapons of mass destruction that might be launched from the skies.
Don't let me down, Ivan."
"I won't ever let you down!"
Ivan replied with confidence.
Isaac nodded in approval, then waved his hand, signaling him to leave and begin preparations immediately.
Upon returning to his residence, Isaac opened the Marvel Chat Network and contacted Faora, who was currently sunbathing in Earth's outer orbit.
Isaac:Fiora, I need your help. The Dome's invasion plan will begin soon.
Faora: What is it? Just tell me.
Isaac: Ivan Vanko will lead the Destroyer Army to attack a country. Your mission is to intercept any weapons of mass destruction that major powers might use against him.
Fiora: Understood!
Fiora: was a pure warrior. Her greatest strength was her obedience.
Whenever Isaac gave an order, she responded with a single word:
"Understood."
