Magneto: "No! This world is in desperate need of a new system. This corrupt world must be torn down."
Magneto felt he had a lot in common with the so-called "Leader of the Celestial Dome." In the end, both of them wanted to establish a new order.
The difference was that he wanted to build a world more suitable for mutants on Earth, while the other sought to establish a similar system across the entire universe. The gap was immense.
Isaac LeClerc: Tsk, tsk, tsk... We're actually in second place. Looks like it's time to put some plans into motion!
Isaac LeClerc chuckled lightly during the conversation. At first, he thought the Celestial Dome would only make it into the top five, but he hadn't expected it to reach second place.
This meant the power depth of the movie world wasn't as vast as he had imagined.
The Marvel List continued to present the Celestial Dome's ranking.
The so-called "Celestial Dome System" was a reorganization of the chaotic structure of the multiverse into a new, hierarchical system. The Celestial Dome would sit at the top of the pyramid, ruling over all civilizations.
All civilizations would serve the Celestial Dome—and the Dome would serve only one master... Isaac LeClerc!
After the introduction, the Human Torch was the first to lose his temper.
[Torch: Isn't this dictatorship? A multiversal dictatorship!]
President Walker: "That's right! It's a dictatorship! This human criminal is rewriting history! @Isaac LeClerc, you owe all of humanity an apology!"
[Nick Fury:] "This kind of extremist thinking is far too dangerous. It must be dealt with early!"
[Captain Marvel:] "No one is above life. No one is above the people, @Isaac LeClerc! Your words are vile, and your ambitions are wicked!"
Isaac LeClerc: "You speak as if you put life and country above all, and as if everyone is equal. If you're so righteous, then go apologize to the indigenous peoples!"
[Captain Marvel:] "You tyrant! I'll make sure to teach you a lesson when I return to Earth!"
[Isaac LeClerc:] "Come on, then! If you're so brave, face me!"
What's wrong with wanting to rule the world as a villain?
Isaac LeClerc never believed he was wrong. And if he was, then he would rather stay wrong... all the way to victory!

The film starts when Isaac LeClerc was a child. He was born in Hell's Kitchen, the most chaotic area of New York. All he ever saw were outlaw gangs—never an organized society.
Even as a child, he realized the world needed a new order.
As he grew older, his understanding of the law of the jungle deepened, and his ideas evolved.
"If there must be rules to restrain the weak, then why shouldn't we be at the top?"
At the age of twelve, Isaac founded his own organization: The Celestial Dome. From that moment, he began his relentless pursuit of power and secretly expanded his group.
During that time, he met a girl around his age named Haibara Ai, the greatest biologist in human history, and the most brilliant mind the world had ever known.
At the age of eleven, she created a deadly poison undetectable by any known technology.
At fifteen, she developed a medicine that could rejuvenate the human body. Now, at twenty-one, she stood just one step away from developing the Elixir of Life!
(In the future), at twenty-two, she finally completed the Elixir of Life. By twenty-four, she had developed a formula that enhanced the human body in reverse aging.
Seeing this, the audience was shocked.
What kind of genius was this? A girl like that could no longer be called a genius... but a demon!
"Why? Why didn't HYDRA have a genius like her?" That alone could have restored youth and granted them immortality!
Pierce looked at the footage shown by the Marvel List with envy. Even Tony Stark would pale in comparison to such brilliance.
[Walker:] "It's a tragedy that such genius joined a group like the Celestial Dome. A dark day for all of humanity!"
Susan: "Oh my God! Rejuvenation and immortality? Is that really possible for humans?"
Mr. Fantastic (Reed Richards): "That girl is a genius—there's no denying it! It's a pity she became a tool for evil in a villainous organization like that. What a tragedy for humanity!"
[Nick Fury:] "There is no greater tragedy than this!"
Haibara Ai's wicked deeds shocked the entire world—and the entire universe.
