The other caterpies in the group quickly sprang into action, spryly stringing at him. Chimchar burned the string, smirking and grabbing it. The string spread down, and the caterpie caught fire. Chimchar's eyes lit up, and he eagerly sat down, paying attention. "Alright, I'm going to teach you a move that hits an area while your fire punch is good. It only works on a single target now. This move I'm going to teach you, I called fire breath. The name is self-explanatory. You'll gather fire in your mouth and expel it from your mouth." Chimchar nodded and sat up, starting to practice the move.
I walked over and tried to form an energy ball while watching Dreepy and Ditto spar and Chimchar practice his fire breath. Time flew by, and the sun quickly set. "Alright, guys, good job. I silently scoped out the nest, seeing the thicker and more frequent webs that got closer to the center. I watched the nest from a vantage point and grabbed my pokeballs, throwing them out.
"Alright, guys, let's make a decision. We can leave and stay away from here, less danger, or we can smile mischievously and go in. We'll infiltrate the nest and head to the center.
