"Open up way!" A body guard shouted and the entire corridor was open with an immediate effect.
A red carpet was sprung from a limousine to the entrance of the large complex doors. In the sidelines many camera men and journalists stood waiting to take a single picture of the not yet introduced figure.
First to exit from the limousine was a stunning and very beautiful young lady. The body guards approached her and the one in charge asked "What is causing the long delay, Secretary Marianne?"
Marianne managed an awkward smile and replied "If it is Sir Avion that you are looking for, I have to say but he is a bit pissed by the messed up rumor that was spreading so he decided not to attend."
The Chief Bodyguard was in deep and pale shock. "What? Does he not fucking know that this entire event is being hosted in his honor? Can't you just call him up since like all the world's billionaires are inside?"
Secretary Marianne went on her smart phone and immediately called James who seemed to have been asleep.
"Hello, this is Secretary Marianne and I am currently at the annual Gala."
"What is your issue?" James eerily asked not even trying to entertain the thoughts that Marianne had.
Finishing it he cut the call and decided to go to the Gala despite him not caring at all. He washed his face and it was revealed on the glass.
"Despite me just coming from waking up, how can I be so handsome? No matter which angle you look at me with I will still be the most handsome man on earth. Not only that but I also have been gifted with a godlike brain."
His expression changed into a sorrowful one as he looked deeply into his eyes and found no meaning to this.
"Even with all of this I suffer from one crucial illness, boredom. No matter how much I tried I find this life to be absolutely meaningless. I have attained wealth, status, and looks and achieved what people may call perfection but nothing is perfect about such a life since the thing I lack is happiness."
He finished the wash up and walked to his closet perfectly wearing his clothes. One could ask why despite the mansion being so large why there was no one serving him. It was because James was well known as a person who liked to indulge but not straightly be attended to.
James entered one of his sport car a 2.5 million dollar worth Ferrari and drove to the Gala. On his way he received a call which made him change his goal.
Instead of going to the Gala he instead went to the board meeting he had most probably forgotten about. He slowly stepped slowly inside his massive company building and escorted by his other body guard he reached the top floor.
Before he could enter the room a man came who was wearing a large jacket. The man opened his jacket to reveal a cluster of bombs.
"For the sake of world peace and prosperity." Was all the man said as the bombs exploded resounding in the entire building. By the time the fire was stopped James had met an unruly end.
In the abyss and for a moment James floated in what seemed like nothing.
"Does this mean I am dead? Come to think of it, this is an even better feeling than being alive since I have to do absolutely nothing."
