###Coronation Day###
"humph!!" Samantha sniffled angrily. " I hate makeup,"
She turned to face the maids in her room, sighs.
" Today's the coronation day. It's funny how my dearest aunt couldn't even spare a day to mourn her own sister's death, my mother"
A tear dropped. She looked up. When she was brought in this morning, her eyes were so puffy from too much crying, and she looked lifeless, but the palace maids did their best in using the makeup to hide all this. Besides, the palace only had the best.
" I still don't know why all these os happening, but it seems like everyone in my life suddenly disappeared within one night."
" I know you're all afraid of Alex, but I'm also scared too.
but please let's use what we've got to stay together in this"
She walked up to Alfred, one of the guards;
"Alfred, you and I used to be friends when my mother was still alive. Why have you suddenly distanced yourself from me? "
Alfred was mute. He only responded with a slight bow
"Alfred, please talk to me. Look into my eyes and tell me you're still here with me... please Alfred. I need you guys, please. "
Everyone kept mute. Samantha sighed, bowed her head in frustration, and almost suddenly, she whipped her head up in anger and lashed out.
"My mom dued last night, and you all act as if nothing is going on. Don't you find this strange?"
" My stupid twin sister Rosella was laughing at me last night. She and her mother were happy."
" Urgh!!!" she groaned. " I hate the fact that we look alike. Please, guys, speak up. i need you. We have to...."
She was cut off by the sudden entrance of the Queen. She walked in grandly and canny like nothing ever happened. Real definition of Aura in chaos.
"Oh dear, dear, dear, how stunning you look.....and clean. No one would guess you just came out of the filthy dungeon." Alex moved closer to Samantha and whispered; " Exactly what I wanted, " pulls back, "Let the coronation begin. "
Turns to leave; " Your sister will be waiting for you.
Samantha grouted her teeth in anger,
" Twin sister, my foot," she mumbled. " I hate you," she hissed.
Stumps her foot onto the ground angrily and walked out, and then she screamed in frustration. The guards and maids followed her behind.
" I need no fairies to escort me!!" she said to the maids following her behind-most of the maids in Vandamore's castle were fairies.
The guards and maids stopped immediately. Samantha rolled her eyes. " Seems I'll have to do this alone!"
She walked off again, but the guard kept following her mind. She looked behind her, saw them following her still, and then she pointed leftwards, " Oh, what's that?". They all looked left and saw nothing, but by the time they looked back, Samntha was already running away.
" Your Highness!!" Alfred called as he and the other maids ran after the princess.
"Your Highness, please stop!!" Mary, another maid called.
" I can't hear you," Samantha screamed. " I don't want to go to the coronation."
It looked like a rat was being chased by tens of cats as the maid chased Samantha. Sam looked back and didn't see Alfred with the other maids that were chasing her.
' Where did he go to?'
Alfred suddenly appeared in front of her, and she almost screamed her lungs out as she jumped in fright.
