Ryosuke gently closed the door to his room and leaned against it, arms crossed, a smile of both excitement and disbelief on his lips. The news their mother had just shared was still swirling in his mind.

Aunt Yuki… Yuki Tsukumo, he thought, shaking his head slightly. He still couldn't quite wrap his head around it. All these years, he'd believed his aunt—whom he hadn't seen in ages—was simply a journalist, traveling the world to cover distant events. But ever since he remembered his past life and realized he was in the world of Jujutsu Kaisen, everything had become clear.

Yuki Tsukumo, one of the most powerful jujutsu sorcerers, was no longer just a fictional character… she was his aunt.

He took a few steps into his room and sat on the edge of his bed, looking thoughtful. He ran a hand through his hair, eyes fixed on the ceiling. A whirlwind of thoughts was spinning through his mind.

Yuki Tsukumo, he kept repeating to himself. She wasn't just any sorcerer—she was one of the few who openly opposed the traditional methods of jujutsu. In the manga, she had first appeared during the Shibuya Incident, a key moment in the story. At this point, Ryosuke hadn't revisited that part of the story in detail, but he remembered she was an important figure—both powerful and enigmatic.

He smiled despite himself, thinking back to his sister Sayuri's reaction. She had no idea who their aunt really was. For her, like the rest of the family, Yuki was simply their mother's eccentric sister who occasionally sent postcards from around the world and paid rare visits.

She's in for quite a surprise, Ryosuke thought, imagining his aunt's face when she realized her nephew was also a jujutsu sorcerer.

If Yuki was coming to see them tonight, it surely wasn't just a friendly visit. Why now? And why, after all these years, had she decided to come back at this precise moment? Ryosuke couldn't help but wonder if it had something to do with Suguru Geto. After all, in just a few months, he would trigger his Cursed Parade.

Or maybe Yuki had simply found a rare moment of peace in her chaotic life as a jujutsu sorcerer to spend some time with family?

No, it can't be that simple, he thought, shaking his head. The world of jujutsu rarely allowed for visits without purpose. There was always something behind it.

He jumped to his feet, unable to sit still. Ryosuke paced back and forth across his room, his mind racing. His thoughts kept circling back to the events of the manga. He knew his story was only just beginning. At this point, he hadn't encountered any other major characters from Jujutsu Kaisen, but his aunt's arrival might mark the beginning of a long-awaited series of encounters.

He suddenly stopped in front of his desk, where a stack of books and notebooks awaited him. How was he supposed to concentrate on science homework when one of the most enigmatic characters from the manga was about to walk through their front door tonight?

He sat at his desk and opened one of his notebooks. The words blurred before his eyes without making any real sense. Despite his efforts, he couldn't immerse himself in studying like he used to. Every sentence he read was quickly chased away by another thought:

What is she going to tell me?

Has the plot changed?

Why is she here?

The boy let out a resigned sigh and put down his pen. It was no use. He couldn't think about anything other than the meeting that was fast approaching.

By tonight, he told himself, I'll finally see her. I'll be able to ask her all the questions I've been dying to ask.

But at the same time, he knew he had to stay calm. Yuki wasn't someone who shared her secrets easily—especially those related to jujutsu. It was also possible she had come to protect her nephew from that terrible world.

He turned his head toward the window, watching the clouds drift slowly across the sky.

"Okay, focus, Ryosuke," he murmured to himself, shaking his head. It wasn't time to get swept up in all of this just yet. He still had studying to do—at least for today.

Night had long since fallen, wrapping the house in a quiet calm.

In the living room, Ryosuke sat on the couch, repeatedly glancing at the wall clock—just like his sister Sayuri, who was on the other side of the room. She, however, had never had so much energy. Sitting cross-legged on the floor, she was practically bouncing with anticipation, her eyes locked on the front door as if it might open any second.

"Mom, are you sure Aunt Yuki's really coming tonight?" she asked, a touch of anxiety in her voice.

Their mother, seated in an armchair by the window, cast a distracted glance at the clock before smiling faintly.

"I already told you, Sayuri, Aunt Yuki has always been unpredictable. She never really stuck to schedules—even when we were young. But don't worry, she'll come. I'm sure of it."

Sayuri pouted. "She could at least try to be on time for once…"

Ryosuke, for his part, smiled silently.

The peaceful silence of the house was suddenly broken by the chime of the doorbell.

Sayuri practically leapt to her feet, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "It's her! It's Aunt Yuki!"

Their mother stood with an amused smile and walked to the front door. "Let's see if it's really our dear latecomer…" she murmured as she opened it.

Yuki's silhouette appeared in the doorway, a striking figure in the soft glow of the night. She wore a long, elegant coat, her hair slightly tousled by the wind—but her radiant smile instantly lit up the house.

"Yuki!" Ryosuke's mother exclaimed, embracing her warmly. They shared a heartfelt hug, their laughter echoing gently.

Yuki Tsukumo. Tall and slender. She gave her sister one last squeeze before stepping back, her sparkling eyes scanning the room.

"So… where are my darling niece and nephew?" she asked in a slightly husky but cheerful voice.
