Chapter 19 - chapter 20: Inside the darkness

"Dean, possessing an inner world, is it exclusive to certain individuals?" Osa asked.

"No, but before you evolve into the king stage, you'll need to create one," Dean answered.

"Don't you have your own inner world?" Osa asked.

"Yeah, I do," Dean replied.

"The concept of an inner world is quite confusing," osa said scratching his head

Dean smiled and said "I have my own inner world, and it's just a little bit smaller than your universe."

osa was stumped and exclaimed, "Whoa, that's really big! "Where is it now?"

Dean replied, "The ring on your thumb is a portal to it."

Osa's eyes widened, "You mean this ring is a portal to your inner world? Don't tell me you've been in your inner world all this time?"

Dean confirmed, "Indeed, I have."

Osa begged, "Can I come, please? I want to experience it."

Dean refused, "Not now, maybe some other time."

Osa's face fell, disappointed by the denial. Dean's inner world was a tantalizing mystery, and Osa's curiosity was piqued. He hoped that Dean would reconsider, but for now, the door to that secret realm remained closed.

Osa bombarded Dean with questions, "Are there any living creatures in your inner world, like humans, demons, beasts, or vampires?"

Dean answered helplessly, "There are, but no vampires. Only some random humans I manage to saved during that war and a lot of powerful beasts."

Osa asked, "Can Gods be killed?"

Dean replied, "Yeah, but only temporary death. They'll be reincarnated after some time."

Osa asked about demigods, and Dean explained that they could be killed and die of old age if they didn't grow stronger. Dean shared his opinion that demigods were stronger than Gods, despite their limitations, due to their unique path of mortality and divinity. However, Gods had more potential due to their infinite lifespan.

Osa wondered why the universe was so complex and large. Dean shared his perspective that the universe was shallow and small compared to the desolate, where things were even more complicated. He believed that if this universe were part of the desolate, all Gods would have been destroyed long ago.

I made some minor changes to make the text flow better and easier to read. Let me know if you have any other questions or if there's anything else I can help you with!

"But you said Gods can't die," Osa pointed out.

"Yes, I said that," Dean replied, "but that was before. When I first came to this universe, I destroyed the soul of the first God who intercepted me. That essentially means he's as good as dead."

One of the major reasons for that war was that the human race, demigods, found a way to permanently kill Gods. This caused the Gods' fury, as they're at the top of the food chain. How can they be killed?" Dean continued.

"At the end of that war, also known as the end of the chaos era, only the Celestial Academy survived. The others were destroyed, some during the war and others declining before they were destroyed. No one knows who did it."

Out of the thousands of races that sided with the human race to fight the war, fewer than a hundred survived. Many races were destroyed, and countless lives were lost. Although the battles between the most powerful experts took place in a separate universe, the consequences still affected the laws of this universe. The war brought about great calamities and natural disasters, leading to the extinction of many races that had not even been involved in the conflict.

The devastating impact of the war was felt throughout the universe, leaving a lasting scar on the fabric of reality. The memory of the war remained a stark reminder of the fragility of existence and the devastating consequences of conflict on a cosmic scale.

So, no one would ever wish for such a war to happen again in this universe. The devastating consequences of that conflict were still fresh in the minds of all beings. That's why the Gods were mercilessly hunting down and killing any hybrid who showed potential to become a demigod in the future. They sought to prevent another catastrophic war by eliminating any possibility of a powerful hybrid rising up and challenging their authority.

The Gods' actions were motivated by a desire to maintain balance and control in the universe, but their methods were brutal and unforgiving. The fear of another war hung like a dark cloud over the universe, a constant reminder of the dangers of unchecked power and the importance of maintaining the delicate balance of the cosmos.

Osa asked, "What about the Shadow Order? How did they come to be?"

Dean explained, "It was during that war that criminals were used as cannon fodder. After the war, the so-called United Federation was formed, focusing on hunting down and killing the criminals who survived. This led the criminals to unite and form the Shadow Order. Since the human race was weakened, they couldn't afford another war, especially against powerful criminals. So, no one provoked each other, but there was tension between them. That's how the Shadow Order was able to stand."

Osa listened intently as Dean continued, "But things changed about 200,000 years ago. The Shadow Order, formed by criminals, was seen as devils by the local folks because of their notorious deeds. They're notorious for taking lives and destroying properties. During that time, they destroyed seven planets owned by the Federation, killing billions of humans. This enraged the Federation, who ordered the annihilation of the Shadow Order. This is also known as the end of the first epoch."

Dean concluded, "The Shadow Order really are evil, and the Federation would do everything in their power to eliminate them, I know one of their hideout located at the blue whale city an intermediate tier city. That's enough for today, kid. In a month's time, the representative of the Blue Fur Organization will come, so use this time to prepare."

With that, Dean disappeared into the ring, leaving Osa alone on the cliff. Osa gazed at the inner part of the God-forsaken mountain, lost in thought. He wondered how powerful beings could destroy a planet with a punch or even a sneeze. Unbeknownst to him, the sun had set, and the earth was shrouded in darkness.

Osa's sensitive ears picked up a strange sound, snapping him out of his thoughts. He was surprised to find it was already dark and decided to investigate the sound. Sliding down the cliff, he landed on the ground and focused on his hearing. Following the sound, he arrived at a cave on the mountain side, hesitated for a moment, and then entered the cave.
