In this world there is a rule. That Laws and order can only be made and maintained by powerful people.
Either by money, status or absolute power.
First two can be obtained but you have to be cunning and quick to think.
But for absolute power, it has diminished so much that, no one take it seriously.
Why you ask? well a human can't survive a nuke.
which is in the hand of the people with money and status.
A human may survive, a bullet, heck, A human might survive a grenade. If, he knows da way, he was trained to the perfection.
But that is the limitation. A nuke is not just blast, it also has radiation behind it.
In today's generation a bullet and grenade kill 1000
but a chemical kill million and a nuke destroys the whole country.
And here we can see a Man, not that old just reached 35, with sharp features, black hair and bloodshot red eye, Like a demon.
He is in a room; outside the room we can see dead bodies of bodyguards and some politician. He is in the control room for deploying nukes and also by high tech security breaching he has breached all the control for nuke around the world.
If, seen properly he doesn't have one eye. scars on hand and arms.

Destruction, chaos and mayhem could be seen. Actually, nothing is left to be seen, cause of the nukes whole worlds ecology got destroyed and the world was having conflicts with itself and it got destroyed. Because of that the whole solar system is also destroyed.
We can see a man, no, a Wisk of soul or maybe spirit floating over ankle height water level and blue sky, with many stars on display.
It can be seen as day time, yet we can see stars.

The man: - "Fuck that was a little chunii of me to say that. pffft HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Got those motherfuckers right. My family worked for them as secret agent and then they are labelled, as traitors!! because of that, I started despising my parents. hah! what can you expect from a 5yr old child ff sake." said the man to particularly no one.
the man: - "I got labelled as, a 'child of the traitor' it hit my nerve every time. I didn't want that but that made me make a resolve to join the same agency as my mum and dad. To prove that I may be a 'child of traitors' but I am no traitor. I study and started learning martial arts any kind. It doesn't even matter if it doesn't fit my body and by chance, I have a body perfect for any style generally but life isn't fair. I started to get bullied in middle school, I tried to report to principle but he said "what is the problem with that, you son of the traitors" I got angry but I couldn't do anything, because he was right and I don't want a reason for agency to not accept me in.
I had my resolve tested from that day on. I started to get bullied first as it started with wetting my desk and chair. Then it got physical. HEH, I fucking thought to kill them right there, I even had the power to do so but I didn't, I didn't want that name. I wanted them to know me by my name. To all this frustration I thought of drinking and smoking but I got into something worse I got into anime.
Also, my first anime happens to be 'boku no pico' even though cursed got my interest."

"Are you Morgan freeman?" said the man.
"Yes, but actually No. As most people will know I am God. In this attire, so, I transformed into this," said the god.
"Now, what? Reincarnation, heaven or hell?"
"well, you will be reincarnated, young soul"
"why, I am pretty sure I didn't do any good work. Except for, if you say eradicating human was a good thing?"
"Actually, the first word out of 'heaven', 'hell', or 'reincarnation' said by a person is the place they go to, you said reincarnation, so, ask away your wishes and place to be born"
"I wish for 3 O's". said the man.
" Pftttt hahaha no, not possible that is only attained by stan lee himself. Now, try again." said the god with a warm smile.
"Well, forget about wishes just give me, a normal life..., please." He pleaded.
If he had his body he would have bend down and kneeled.
" *sigh* sorry, my child but that also is not possible. As you, yourself had destroyed the whole world you have been ascended to being a 'threat' to a normal world."
god said while giving a caring look to the soul.
"...." After a little pause.
"I understand, If I had been rational and not blinded by revenge, I could have normal life but, still I don't regret what I did, if I can't be given a normal life so be it.
I ask for..."(spoiler alert idk what to give him?)
"Hmmmm, interesting choices, Now tell me the world you wanna go to, only fictions please, also, normal human should be mixed with supernatural or something"
"The world I chose is …..." said the soul (I know where to send him)
