(3rd Person: POV)
Wasting no time at all Peter and the men from the Fantastic Four charged into the fray.
"Coming through!" Ben shouted.
Picking up speed and charging forward. Like a freight train he barreled into the Moloids, knocking several of them aside.
Seeing this out of the corner of his eye Mole Man finally turned his full attention to the heroes.
"You dare to stand in the path of Subterranea?!"
"No, we just like man handling giant monsters, naked yellow men, and green men dressed in pajamas, wearing 80s sunglasses, for fun." Peter sarcastically replied.
"You dare mock me?!" Harvey shouted.
"How am I mocking you if everything I'm saying is true?" Peter sweetly asked.
"Argh!" Harvey yelled in frustration. "Moloids, teach the one dressed in red and black a lesson. Along with his companions."
Making chittering bodies of acknowledgement the Moloids headed Harvey's words.
"Man, looks like everyone just can't get enough of me today." Peter proudly spoke.
As he used his web to grab hold of one Moliod and then toss it into a group of another, knocking them all down.
"Strike!" He shouted.
Reed saying nothing as he turned his fingers into a giant net and used them to capture several Moloids.
Flying towards Giganto Johnny lobbed fireballs at the Moloids trying to remove Spider-Man webbing from the beast claws and arms.
Failing as they did, with some getting stuck in the webbing itself.
Continuing his charge Ben pushed forward.
Opening up a path for Peter and Reed trailing behind him.
The former webbing up Moloids, while the latter continued capturing them in his finger net.
All the while Susan continued confining the battle to a small area using her force field.
Taking note of all this Harvey began grounding his teeth.
'No. This was supposed to be the day Subterranea took its first steps towards dominion over the surface world. Yet these strange surface dwellers have ruined those plans. And they will pay!' Harvey thought.
"Enough of this!" Harvey shouted. He then turned his attention to Giganto. "Enough lying about Giganto. Arise and crush these surface dwellers. I command you! Arise!" Harvey shouted.
He then raised his staff into the air.
A second after he did the top of it began glowing with bright intensity.
Once this occured a change instantly took place in the Moloids.
Letting out crazed screams they began attacking with immense ferocity.
Giganto the same.
Releasing a powerful roar it used its claws to rip away Peter had used against its arms and claws and then began standing up and rampaging.
Seeing this Johnny began blasting the monster with jets of flames.
Only for Giganto to shrug it off, and for the monster to begin trying to swat Johnny out of the sky like a fly.
Back with Reed, Ben, and Peter, they answered the Moloids increased aggression with their own.
Swinging his fists Ben punched each one that came his way.
While Peter also joined in the brawl.
Beginning to deliver punches and kicks to the Moloids as he continued webbing them up.
Expanding his finger cage Reed started collecting even more Moloids inside of it.
"Dammit, what the hell is going on with these damn buggers?!" Ben shouted. As his body was swarmed by Moloids.
No matter how many he threw off.
"Isn't it obvious big orange?" Peter rhetorically asked as he kicked another Moloid away from his body. "Obviously whatever is going on with Moles Man is affecting them. My guess, it's likely emitting a sound frequency that directly stimulates aggression within the Moloids and Giganto. Either that or it's the light the staff itself is emitting." He quickly explained.
"Yes. Exactly right." Reed agreed. He then couldn't help but glance at Peter. "Is there perhaps a scientific mind under that mask?"
"Reed! Talk later, clobber now!" Ben said.
"Yeah/Ben's right."
Johnny and Susan told Reed over the F4 comms.
Leading him to become slightly embarrassed.
"Yes." Reed replied to everyone. "So if the Mole Man's staff is causing this increase in aggression then the answers is simple. We obtain it for ourselves." He spoke.
"Little busy here." Johnny said.
Dodging another claw slash from Giganto, while blasting it in the chest with flames.
"No worry fellow heroes. I got this." Peter said.
Then before the Fantastic Four could reply he shot a web to the top of Mole Man drilling machine and pulled himself forward, landing right stop it.
When he did Elder turned in his direction.
"Okay groundhog boy. You have five seconds to hand over that glowing stick before I take it from you. After all, kids your age shouldn't be playing with such dangerous toys." Peter said.
"Insolent welp!" Harvey shouted. Swinging his staff towards Peter's head.
Who easily dodged.
Placing hands over his heart.
"Ah, you say just the sweetest things." Peter joked.
Only infuriating Harvey even further.
Who then began trying to hit Peter even more.
But due to his superhuman reflexes and ability he easily dodged all of Harvey's strike.
"Okay, your five seconds are up." Peter eventually said.
He then got in close to Harvey and threw an uppercut into the man's jaw before he could even blink.
Leading Harvey to sail slightly into the air.
When this occurred Peter grabbed the staff and then without hesitation broke it across his left knee.
Just as Harvey landed on the ground.
The light fading from the tip of the staff after it was broken.
The effect of the staff breaking being instantaneous.
For the aggression in the Moloids and Giganto greatly diminished.
Except apparently for Peter.
Who they all turned their attention to.
Noticing this he looked around. "What? Was it something I said?" He asked.
Just as he did the Moloids, and even Giganto, all started moving in on Peter.
"Okay, while are all the underground man's lackies now are Spider-Man?" Johnny asked over the F4 comms.
"It's likely because he just attacked and hurt Mole Man, who despite his attitude all these creatures see as their leader." Reed deduced.
"Nice observation stretch but it really doesn't help the Spider-Man now does it." Ben spoke.
"Worry not boys, I've got this." Susan spoke.
She then generated a disc-shaped force field under Peter and Harvey before either of them could blink.
Which then lifted them up into the air.
Despite this the Moloids, and especially Giganto, still tried going over them.
Giganto in particular, who swung its claws at Peter.
But before it could connect Johnny blasted the beast in the back of the head with flames.
Leading it to stumble forward and for its attack to miss entirely.
Turning his attention to Johnny Peter gave him a two finger salute.
Meanwhile Reed instructed the Fantasies Four on how to end the battle.
So they followed his lead.
Stretching his body Reed used his ever expanding finger net to gather up all the Moloids and place them next to the drilling machine.
As they did Ben charged forward, got behind Giganto, and then lept, delivering a powerful punch straight into the creatures back.
Sending it toppling forward.
Where seconds before it hit the ground Reed released all the Moloids in his net.
Allowing them to get hit by the falling Giganto.
All of them falling through the enlarged hole Giganto impact created.
Back into the depths of the Earth.
Just as the disc-shaped force field carrying Peter and the unconscious Harvey landed before Susan.
The other memberd of the Fantastic Four arriving at their sides a few minutes later.
"Okay. Best first superhero team up ever." Peter spoke. Taking out his phone that he used to manage his Spider-Man social media accounts.
"Now, group photo to commemorate." He said.
The Fantastic Four, save Johnny, looking at Peter with wry smiles on their faces.
"You know Spider-Man, your not half bad after all." Johnny mused.
