The winner of the last contest was Hymaster986.
[Today Insert an image of Maxwell Dillon/Electro Here]
Also decided to release two more chapters today to make up for my long absence. But that means no chapters tomorrow since I don't want to burn out again.
So see you all Sunday.

(Peter: POV)
*Click, Click, Click*
I heard.
While I used the phone, that I used my managed my Spider-Man social media accounts, to take several photos of me and the Fantastic Four.
Who Johnny helped me convince to do so.
That's each member individually and as a group.
When the last photo was snapped I put my phone away.
"Alright now that our little photo shoot is finished, which again thank you all for doing by the way, let's get searching for survivors." I said. A serious tone in my voice.
Since looking at all the destruction Mole Man and his subterranean army's attack had caused I could feel in my bones that people needed help. So I was going to help them.
The Fantastic Four getting slightly shocked expressions on their faces at my sudden change in attitude.
But that only last for a few brief seconds before they simply rolled with it.
"Right." Johnny spoke up first.
"Good." I replied. "On that note, Johnny if could please take to the skies and conduct an aerial survey of the battleground. Then if you see anyone on need of assistance, send up a small flare. Making the flare brighter and bigger the worse their condition appears." I explained.
I then looked to Ben. "Mr. Grimm, please begin clearing out debris if you would?" I asked them.
Finally I turned my attention to the Fantasti-cpuple. "Dr. Richards, Dr. Storm, please handle the media and first responder personnel that I'm sure will show up any moment and begin coordinating search and rescue efforts. Also, make sure the Mole Man is secure. Now then, any questions?"
No one said a word in response.
"Okay. Then let's move out." I said.
I then turned and began running to begin my own search of the area.
My ears picking up the sounds of firetruck engines, ambulances, and police vehicles, fast approaching.
Just as I predicted.
But I ignored all that and continued with what I was doing.
Going around looking for those in need of help.
"Mommy!"
Quickly finding one as I came across a young boy trying and failing to pull his mother out from under a turned over hotdog cart.
"Don't strain yourself kid." I spoke.
As I walked up and easily lifted the hot dog cart off the boys mother.
Careful not to damage it more than it already was.
Given it was someone's livelihood.
Turning to face me after I removed the cart from his mother the boy looked me up and down. "Wow, Spider-Man."
"The one and only I told him." While I leaned down to check on his mother.
Finding that her breathing was steady, and that she had no other wounds other than the gash on her head.
From what I could see.
Nodding at this I turned to the kid. I then gently patted him on the shoulder. "Hey, nice job there. Trying to help your mom. You were really brave. And I need you to continue to be brave for me. Can you do that?"
The boy nodded.
"Good. Now, I need you to stay here with your mom while I go get some people that can help her even more. Can you do that?"
The boy once again nodded.
"Great. You're doing really great pal." I told them. "Now I'll be back in a minute." I said.
I then ran off and returned to the initial sight where I left the Fantastic Four.
Happy to see they were taking my advice and following my plan.
Though I only basked in that glow for a moment before focusing on the task at hand.
As such I got some paramedics and returned to where the kid and his mom were.
Giving the boy a fist-bump before continuing my own search and rescue efforts.
Which were mostly fruitful.
Despite a couple of dead bodies I came across.
Though thankfully they weren't anything to gory.
Still, I won't ever be able to forget the looks in their eyes.
On their faces.
They spoke to me.
Showing me even more what it means when I put on my mask.
As well as why I have to, no need to become better.
Because if the Fantastic Four weren't with me today, and I would've needed to handle Harvey and his army on my own, I have no shame in admitting things would've ended up much worse.
I contemplated this as I stepped through the front door of my home.
Utterly and completely exhausted, given the battle and rescue efforts I participated in today.
Hell I didn't even stop by the Web to work on any of my projects.
Closing the door behind me I got ready to make a beeline for my room.
Only to suddenly find myself being embraced in a tight hug from aunt May.
"Oh Peter. I'm so glad your safe."
"Um, you too May?" I said. "But why wouldn't I be safe?"
Taking a step back May then looked at me as if I'd grown a second head. "Are you being serious right now young man? Because this is not the time for games or jokes."
"I'm being serious May. I don't know what you're talking about." I replied.
Honestly confused.
"She's talking about that giant monster attack that the Fantastic Four and Spider-Man stopped earlier." Ben explained.
Walking into view from the kitchen.
Hearing this all the pieces clicked.
"Oh, that." I said. "Yeah, no I'm good May. I wasn't anywhere near the affected area. After school I went in the opposite direction to practice some new tricks with my board." I explained.
"Well thank goodness." Aunt May said.
"Yeah." Uncle Ben agreed.
"Right." I replied. "So listen today was a long day and I'm really tired so I'm just gonna go crash." I quickly spoke.
I then slipped out of aunt May's hug, went upstairs, then closed my door before belly flopping into the sweet embrace of my comforter and sheets.
Kicking off my shoes and socks I let sleep take me.

The next day I woke up feeling quite refreshed.
Most physically and mentally.
Yet what I saw in the aftermath Mole Man's attack still remained in my mind.
It also angered me since I knew that fat bastard was likely only attacking the surface world all for his own gain, and not truly for the good of Subterranea.
Well it's out of my hands now.
Seeing as how the F4 turned old Harvey over the the authorities yesterday before I left.
A fact I hung around to make sure of.
Hope he enjoys the new hole he's going to end up in.
Though I can't help but wonder how Subterranea will turn out now that Harvey is no longer their leader.
As I pondered this while entering the Web my Spider-phone (what I'm calling Peter social media phone from now on) buzzed in my pocket.
Taking it out I saw I'd just gotten a text from Johnny, letting me know he and the others were going to head to Subterranea in a few days to help deal with the aftermath of Harvey's now absence. As well as asking me if I wanted to come along.
Also yes, the Human Torch and I are now texting pals.
We exchanged contact information before I left yesterday.
Seeing this I smiled faintly and replied.
[Sorry, no can do. I'm busy with other things. But you enjoy your trip to Middle Earth. And let me know if you meet any Hoobits down there.]
Johnny: [Will do 👍]
Putting my phone away I stepped into the train car.
I then put a serious expression on my face as I went over to the computer, cracked my hands, and got down to business.
Namely truly taking my first steps to becoming the Superior Spider-Man.
What do I mean by that?
Well since I have the funds now it's time for some upgrades.
