I ran around the coast looking for the Rabell flower to make an healing portion to heal my father since I had taken water from the sea.
Running through thorns and itch flower ,five hours of searching I found it, made the portion and made for home.
From the time time I was born to now, I have always been seen as a forbidden creature a shame to my extended family despite my blood being true I was nothing like the rest of them and any one who was seen with me was tortured but my parents never left me. The day my father confronted the authorities we were banned all because I had no wings and considered an earthling. My father who tells me always that I have a potential building in me and it is destined for greatness. My father stood by me even as my mum was dead, he taught me spells with a wand which got lost in the forest I was practicing one very day.
I got home as fast as my legs could carry me, only to discover the dreaded. My father had been stabbed. I could see the blood dripping. It struck me so much as I began applying the healing portion but I was stopped.
"don't you bother" my father said coughing and writhing in pain
"But why father "
"put that aside for now "he said coughing as drops of tears ran down his checks as was the same for me .
"In my drawer ,there is a box for you which contains a new wand and a birth necklace which indicates that you are the chosen one .Remember that I will always love you "
Instantly the glow in his emerald eyes and his glittering blue wings died down giving me a cold,still lifeless Beauty. I screamed and promised to avenge his death no matter what .
I buried my father,cleaned the sword,wore the necklace,sheathed the sword and with the wand in my hand, I stepped out and my whole world is about to change.
Jugging, running, casting spells for a portal to open which will lead me to Earth. I stooped to tell the only world I knew goodbye.
I got to Earth and has it also has been a strong rule to us to keep our secret safe no matter what so I decided to blend in. With magic, I bought myself a house, good stuffs and necessary clothing. Moving in I did the necessary adjustments to make me look like one of the humans around and with help of the stories my father told me about, I blended Just right in.
Needing to meet the person my father told me about, I went to resume school like all students for summer holiday was just over. Registered myself by myself as I told the principal that am an orphan who just moved to this neighborhood.

I entered the class while pocketing the complimentary card and walked straight to the teacher on order to introduce myself who in turn introduced me to the whole class and placed me beside a girl.
Although I received lot if stares as I walked down to my seat but only one person was brave enough to wave towards me.
Through out the entire day at school I was with my seat partner and friend as I got to know she was Selsa and he was Drake.
There was something about Selsa I knew was different and same with Drake for they seem to understand their each other without uttering so much words.
I had spent most of my time with the two friends I had made And stylishly asking questions for me to understand humans better.
On my way home, I was stopped by some group of boys who surrounded me within seconds and they all book fighting stance but was waved down by one of them who was out the circle he then came close to me
As he came I prepared my wand just incase I need it for I felt magic swell around me trapping my legs, making me unable to move and I could not counter it so that no one would know or start suspecting me. But this is different no spark in his eyes and no wand meaning he is neither a magician nor a fairy meaning he must be an.... .
"this is just a warning, Selsa is my girl "he said fuming with anger and raised his hands to hit me but his hands froze mid air and immediately pushed him away.
Selsa grabbed my hand and began dragging me down the road as we went to a quiet place free from people and zoom we were gone. All through that time no one was around. With full speed Selsa moved as her body went blue.
Shocked, Selsa is a ... .I couldn't believe then why run not fly or even a portal. As we went along my thoughts ran back to the other boy at the school garden, who is he and why is he attacking me because of Selsa who is just a friend . But that does not stop me from taking my revenge, does he think am a mere human.
we arrived at a bungalow on a lonely street ,we both entered the house and she took me to a well decorated part of the wall and placed her right hand at the middle and took me in .
"whoa how such a beauty "it escaped from my mouth before realizing I had passed through something although I was very good at sensing magic I never believed there will be a stable portal so I asked "how did you know that".
"I have been here for long so I would be pleased if you stop asking questions"
