They live their life like every other villager. Wake up early in the morning, have breakfast, go on the farm, then, in the evening go home and have their dinner, wash up and go to bed. Life look boring right? But to the villagers that simple and boring life is how they live. Everyday is like a routine, except during the holiday's and festivals where every household is brimming with the shine and joy of the holiday or festival.
Today, however, was different for the couple. During their breakfast Mrs. Willis puke. Her husband, Mr. Willis took her to the village doctor old man Isaac. Where she was announced three months pregnant. On there way home, Mr. Willis was brimming with happiness. Speaking to every village he see on the way. Mrs. Willis also smiling with her face red.
"You should stay home today huni. I will go on the farm alone." Said Mr. Willis, still smiling. After reaching their home.
"Noway huni, you want me to stay home, be lonely and be the "talk" of the whole village? That's not happening." Said Mrs. Willis.
" who want you to be the "talk" of the village? Im saying this for your safety. What if you go on the farm and get harm or you stubble on a tree root and God forbid fall?" Reasoned her husband.
"Why would I fall or get harm when im only weed grass and cooking lunch. Besides Im not the first woman to get pregnant and go on the farm. Didn't you see that my friend Agnes, that we met on our way home. Isn't she nine months pregnant and still on to the farm." Said Mrs Willis.
" I can cook and weed the grass. You should stay home huni." Mr. Willis said
" no no no no I will go with you." She replied.
