Keifer's Pov:
I woke up and everything came rushing to me, what happened the night before, how I struggled and wasn't able to handle myself and how Jay came and helped me and how her hug saved me. I vividly remember her face trying to help me.
She calmed me down and I remembered how I felt safe with her and how she was with me throughout the night,
Now also she could have left If she wanted to but she stayed back and was taking care and everything about it felt genuine, I mean I never had people that care about me if there no benefit for them and I was used to it,
But now she is here because she wants too and she is taking care of me and there is no obligation for her to do so and she never made me feel weak for crying in front of her or for having panic attacks and nightmare instead she stayed and helped me, she felt like a blessing that my Mom has sent for and I felt really happy that she is in my life.
And Just like that days went, with our silly little fights and crazy things and plans.
Now we are here in a beautiful florist shop now and it was a little away and she was looking around flowers
Jay's PoV
Keifer: "Why are we here now?"
Jay: "This where you get fresh, authentic and beautiful flowers"
Keifer: "You know you could have just sent our assistants for this jobs"
I gave him a look,
Jay: "I like to do these job by myself, I use my employees for the management and accounting side, other things like design and curating items will be done by me for the personal touch"
He nodded looking at me,
Jay: "Besides I did not ask you to come"
Keifer: "Well I just thought you might have a plan"
Jay: "When I am working I am fully focused only on that"
Keifer: "Right, keep looking"
I started looking for the flowers based on their themes, honestly everything was pretty, but I stopped at my favourite white rose.
Keifer's pov:
I honestly don't know what I am doing here, in a huge florist shop, recently she has been having so much influence on me, that I am just wherever she is, if I am being honest I did enjoy her company, but will I admit it to her never, it will only inflate her ego,
But it felt she will listen to me whenever I talk, like actually listen, and after being all alone by myself for most of my life, and most of all she made me feel safe during panic attacks and nightmare a part of my life that I have never shared with anyone before and it was nice being around someone who actually cares and interested about me, and with someone with whom I can let my guard down and I found myself doing crazy things that I never did with anyone else but with her, Even right now, she is smelling a bunch of white roses and I am just starring at her.
I slowly go towards her,
Keifer: "What are you doing?"
Jay: "What does it looks like?"
Keifer: "it looks like you want to runaway with them"
Jay: "I do, but after paying"
Keifer: "Is it you favourite?"
she nods with a smile,
Jay: "Also my parents too"
I look at her face and I don't know why but something happens in me,
Jay: "Okay, you stay here and I will finalize the flower order and will be back"
I nod and my hands involuntarily picks up the white roses and goes to the counter and pay for them,
she comes back after placing the order, I clear my throat, she looks at me,
Keifer: "These are for you" I mutter in low voice,
she looks at me with surprise,
Jay: "What happened to you?"
Keifer: "you know you can give it back if you don't want" I said trying to get it from her,
She pulled back saying,
Jay: "No,no I wasn't used to you being a gentlemen"
she said and I glared at her,
Jay: "Okay, ok, Thank you Keifer" she said smiling,
I don't know why seeing her smile like this made me happy and the reason behind her smile was me made me a little extra happy.
Keifer:"Shall we leave?"
she nodded and both of us exited the shop,
Jay: "One minute, I left my phone inside, I'll be right back, you go and start the car"
I nodded and crossed the road and was about to get in the car when I got a call, so I started speaking, after a minute I heard huge clashing sound and someone shouting, I turned back to see it was My Jay,
My heart stopped, she was lying there in the ground covered in blood, along with the white roses I gave her also covered in blood,
I ran to her immediately,
Keifer: "JAYY"
I quickly go to her and get her on my lap, She was losing her consciousness,
Keifer: "Jay, Jay don't close your close your eyes , look at me please" I kept pleading her
Everyone crowed us, I looked up to see the person from the flower shop was there
Keifer: "Can you please drive and take us to the hospital please" I almost begged that person because I know I am in no right mind to drive the car,
He agreed and went to the car, I carried her in my arms and quickly ran to the car, I don't know when but I started crying, I kept tapping her face in order to prevent her from losing her consciousness,
Keifer: "Jay, Jay look at me please" I asked her with my voice trembling,
Keifer: "Can you drive fast please"
I couldn't stop my crying, I held her closer,
Keifer: "NO, no Jay look at me please" she tried but she lost her consciousness,
Keifer: "Please faster"
I kept tapping her to wake up,
Keifer: "Wake up please.. I cannot lose you" I asked her crying
We finally reached the hospital and for the first time in my life I did not hesitate to step into the hospital after My mom's incident,
Because in that moment all I cared about was her, she was now lying in my arms without consciousness and her blood was all over her and me, I couldn't stop crying.
Keifer: "Doctor, Doctor Help emergency"
Some of them came and placed her in the stretcher and took her immediately to the operation Theatre and as they were pushing her away from to the OT, her blood filled hands were slipping from mine and as she goes inside, A realisation hits my head, as I see her face,
"I LOVE HER"
