In the world there are five Devils: the Devil of Water, the Devil of Wind, the Devil of Fire, the Devil of Earth, and the Devil of Lightning. They helped create the world and the human race and with that they shared their powers with the humans giving them a life force of magical power. The humans grew strong with their new power, each human having one of the five powers. Until 30 years later one human by the name of Yuto Yamazaki was born with all five powers. He quickly became the strongest among the humans, the humans followed and admired him and before long he became the leader of a small country called Vereland. Yuto was calm, he was also very admirable and truly an amazing, kind, and gentle guy. The Devils felt jealous as this guy was being praised even though it was originally their power. They started showing off their massive strength, the humans realized their power was much different and weaker as in Human lightning power was yellow but the Devil of Lightning his lightning was as black as death and came with a gigantic roar of thunder. There were many differences between all the different types of power. The villagers froze when seeing these devils power, mothers hiding children, knights quitting their jobs, so the humans devised a plan to ambush the Devils they knew they were too weak but with Yuto Yamazaki they might win. Yuto didn't want to at first but with the whole country cheering for war he had no choice. While the Devils were resting they strike. Then began a large war and a very long war, lasting weeks both sides were tired but Yuto was staying strong. A battlefield decimated, dirt for hundreds of miles dead trees everywhere it was a horror of a sight. Yuto not giving up continues his attack.
Yuto: "Fire power: Flaming Fist of Death."
Yuto released a fiery fist of molten leaving scorches in the Earth hitting the Devil of Fire right in his face, causing the Devil to collapse.
Devil of Water: "Devil Water: Water vortex"
A spiraling force of water summoned on the battlefield killing many soldiers Yuto remains unfazed as he uses a move he came up with lightning dragon allowing him to make a quick sprint to dodge the vortex.
Yuto: "Fire Power: Flame Shuriken"
A condensed ball of fire in the shape of a shuriken is thrown at a high speed everyone dodges except the Devil of Wind he becomes paralyzed almost dead. The devils weak and down to only three they hit one last attack.
Devil of Lightning: "Devil Lightning: Lightning Strike"
Devil of Earth: "Devil Earth: Collapsing Wall"
A black lightning bolt screamed across the battlefield. It struck Yuto's arm. Bone and flesh shattered instantly. Two giant walls appear from the ground collapses into Yuto but he dodges it. He tries to go for another attack but all the Devils were gone even the Devil of Fire and Wind. He Celebrates as the war is over and no more people could be killed. Although the villagers whispered about a possible return of the Devils because power never dies that easily.
Yuto returns home with serious injuries, his wives worried, heals him the best they can, his nine pregnant wives being weak can't heal him up. Yuto realizes his life will be over with soon he can't recover.
Yuto: "I have to go... there is something I must do to improve the life of the people!"
Marie: "Where are you going you have to stay you'll die in that condition!"
Marie, one of Yuto's wives who is the kindest girl in the world, crying in sadness and anger hugs him goodbye knowing she can't change his mind. Yuto leaves wishing he could live long enough to see his new born babies. As he leaves he can hear the cries of his wives hearing that makes Yuto form tears.
He goes to the other side of the town they live in called Hiton. He walks up to this wooden house and knocks on the door. A tall man answers the door, Koji Abe, a master of Earth power and Earth sealing. Yuto, knowing how helpful his powers can be, asks the man to seal his powers in weapons, creating powerful weapons that could help people in need. Koji doesn't have any weapons and doesn't have long before Yuto dies so he grabs random items in his house and starts his long grueling process of sealing. By using his life force he can take Yuto's life force and seal it in items but it takes a long time and careful precision. He makes five items the Staff of Earth when hit causes a massive earthquake, Ring of Fire when activated causes a fiery armor to appear on the person, Robe of Wind causing the user to fly at will when worn, Sword of Water when used shoots a high pressure blast of water, and finally the Boots of Lightning when worn the user becomes fast allowing short sprints of over 200 mph. With those weapons being made Yuto had died but his sacrifice is worth it as it helps the weak.
His nine wives, being pregnant with no father, all leave separately, dispersing to the newly founded five other countries. With the Country of Verelend stability collapsing they decide to spread out the weapons to the different countries and with that the country of Vereland has come to an end.
Though what the people did not know back when Yuto was getting his power sealed the devils realized they wouldn't live much longer either until they found out they could live by possessing humans. It takes 18 years but when the human body becomes possessed for 18 years the human body becomes the Devils and their lifespan becomes the Devil's. But the Devils were not spotted nor heard of for 60 years after Yuto had died but that wasn't the only thing that happened 60 years later.
But before that the babies of the nine wives had been born but something was wrong. They had different powers, rare powers that only they had and their kids would have so they rose to power and royalty in the new countries they went to. Except for Marie's daughter she had regular lightning powers but Marie still had faith that she would become strong so she named her Hope, hoping she could live a peaceful life. She was right, she became strong and also rose to royalty becoming the leader of Hishe. Now 60 years after Yuto's death the third generation had come around where they would have to deal with the Devils once again but Hope had a son named Isao he would become strong and have to face the Devils.
