Chapter 1 - A New World Waiting

3rd POV

Toph's world spun back into focus, but not in the way she was used to. The familiar weight of earth was gone, replaced by an unsettling, empty nothingness. She was floating—no, standing—on something, though she couldn't sense it. There was no vibration beneath her feet, no shift in the air to tell her where she was. The temperature around her was unnaturally perfect, adjusting to her body's needs like it had always been that way. But she couldn't feel anything. The stillness of the place felt like it was pressing in on her, a silent weight in the vast nothing.

"Okay, Toph, think," she muttered under her breath, panic bubbling up at the silence, the inability to feel.

"Not dead. Not dead. But... not home either. Where the heck am I?" She tried to calm herself, reminding herself that panic wouldn't help. It hadn't helped her before, and it sure as heck wouldn't now.

Taking a deep breath, she fumbled with the

metal on her arm guards. If she couldn't feel, maybe she could use this. She twisted one of the metal plates off the arm guard, bending it with practiced ease into a long, straight shape—one of those sticks blind people used. She'd seen one once, and now it was her turn to use it. She tapped it against the surface beneath her, the sound echoed against the stillness, but the vibrations

didn't provide any helpful feedback. The platform was… weird, like it wasn't really

there, just pretending to be solid. She tried again, tapping the stick more forcefully, straining to make sense of the emptiness. Still nothing.

"Great. A whole lot of nothing to work with. Fantastic." She pushed herself to her feet, wobbling slightly before steadying herself.

"Guess I'm walking blind-blind now." Her

heart pounded in her chest, but she focused. She had no choice. Biting her lip, she tapped her foot forward, cautious, every step making a faint echo against the stillness.

"Okay. One step at a time. No way I'm

getting stuck here." Each step sent out a hollow, faint echo, the only

sound grounding her as she made her way toward the distant murmurs. The

emptiness was overwhelming, her senses craving even the tiniest vibration.

Toph kept moving, each step an effort of

will. She didn't know where she was going, but the quiet seemed endless. It

wasn't like the calm of the Earth Kingdom, nor was it like the emptiness of the

Spirit World. It was something else entirely. Her ears strained for any clue

about her surroundings, but the silence was suffocating.

Then, through the dense silence, she caught

a faint murmur—voices, distant and indistinct. She paused, straining to make

out the words. A murmur from far away… like a whisper in the wind, but muffled,

almost as though the voices were just out of reach. She couldn't catch anything

clear, but the presence of others stirred her unease. Who was out there?

What was going on?

She moved again, the sound of her footsteps

echoing louder in the emptiness. But then, there was something different. A

voice, much closer now—soft, yet filled with sorrow.

"I'm sorry, Naruto," the voice

murmured, thick with emotion.

"Please, be safe. Be strong."

Toph froze, instinctively straining to make

sense of it. She couldn't sense the person, but the words—they were

unmistakable. This wasn't a trick. Whoever it was, they were close.

"Who's there?" she called out,

her voice sharper than she intended, cutting through the strange quiet. The

figure turned, a surprised gasp escaping their lips.

"You... you're not supposed to be here,"

the woman said, her voice unsure.

"You're not dead…" Toph frowned.

"Not dead? Yeah, I'm getting that

impression." She shifted, scanning the area with her mind, but there was

no earth beneath her feet, no vibrations to pinpoint her position. The silence

was almost crushing.

"What's going on here? Where am I?" The

woman studied her, still confused. After a long pause, she stepped forward, her

hands trembling.

"I'm Kushina," she said softly.

"And you…" Her voice trailed off, her eyes

narrowing slightly as she took in Toph's form.

"You're alive."

Toph furrowed her brow, her fingers grazing

the edges of the smooth metal stick she'd crafted. There was something off

about this woman's voice—too kind, too sad, and too steady for someone who

might be a threat. But Aang had warned her about spirits that could deceive,

and Toph wasn't about to let her guard down.

She stopped a few feet away from the woman,

the tapping of her metal stick halting sharply. With a flick of her wrist, the

end of the stick curled and twisted, reshaping itself into a razor-sharp point.

She held it out in front of her, casual as could be.

"Just so you know, lady, I'm not exactly

helpless here," Toph said, her tone light but laced with warning. She smirked

faintly, tilting her head in the woman's direction.

 "If

you're planning anything shady, don't forget—this might not be my world, but

I'm still the best earthbender in it. Metalbender, actually."

The woman blinked, momentarily startled by

the casual display of strength. Then a small smile tugged at the corner of her lips.

"Metalbender,

huh? Impressive. And here I thought earth was stubborn and unmoving." Her tone

softened, carrying an edge of amusement.

"Guess that makes you something special."

Toph relaxed her stance just a fraction, her smirk widening.

"Glad we're clear on that."

The woman—Kushina, as she introduced

herself—didn't move closer, her hands folded tightly in front of her.

"I… don't understand how you're here," she

admitted after a moment.

"The Pure Lands aren't a place for the

living. But… I'm glad you are. It means I have a chance to help my son."

Toph blinked.

"Wait, you want me to help your

son?" Her brow furrowed as she stepped back slightly.

"Why me?" Toph tilted her head then shook

it.

"Look, I don't know what's going on here.

One second I'm fighting some freaky spirit, next thing I know, I'm waking up in

this nowhere place."

Kushina's expression faltered for a moment,

but then, as if a thought struck her, she took another step forward.

"If you're alive, then you're different

from the rest of us. Maybe… maybe you can go back."

"Go back? Great idea, except I don't know

where 'back' even is," Toph replied, crossing her arms.

"And why should I trust anything you say,

huh? For all I know, you could be one of those spirits Twinkletoes was always

blabbering on about. The nasty ones."

Kushina took a step forward, her voice

steady despite the doubt in Toph's tone.

"I'm not a spirit. Not like the ones you've

heard of. I'm a mother." Her voice broke slightly at the last word.

"And my son… my son needs help. Your help."

Toph stood still, her mind racing. She was

no stranger to weird, otherworldly stuff—this felt like the Spirit World, but

it wasn't the Spirit World. And this woman's plea, her urgency, didn't feel

like a trick. The words hit her harder than she expected. She wasn't going to

let herself get caught up in some spirit's mess, but if this Naruto person was

in real trouble…

"Okay, look, I don't know what this

is, but if there's a kid out there who needs help, I'm in." She squared

her shoulders, trying to sound more confident than she felt.

"But you better tell me how you plan

to do this, because I'm not walking into some trap."

Kushina's POV:

I stood a little ways from Toph, my hands

resting on my hips as I glanced over at the girl who was still adjusting to her

new surroundings. I'm trying to figure out how to explain Naruto's situation

without overwhelming the girl. The fire inside me burned as brightly as ever,

especially when it comes to my son.

"My son, Naruto," I began, my voice steady

but laced with a mother's worry. I couldn't keep the edge of anger out of my

tone, not when I thought of what had been done to him.

"I've seen him thrown out of the orphanage.

Now he's out there, on his own. A kid, out on the streets." I paced around for

a moment, turning my head to keep my voice low, as though speaking it aloud

would make it real. The words felt too heavy, too sharp, a constant reminder of

everything that was broken in my world.

"He hunts, fishes, whatever he can to

survive. People think he's just a troublemaker, but they don't know what he's

been through. What he's still going through." Her fists clenched at her sides.

"And you know what? He deserves better than

that."

Toph tilted her head, her expression

skeptical, though there was a trace of curiosity.

"Why'd they throw him out?"

My face tightened, and my anger flared at

the question, causing my blood-red hair to rise, forming nine sections.

"For no reason," I spat, my words sharp as

a blade.

"He is just a boy, and their irrational

fear and hatred are ruining his life!" My voice cracked for a moment, and I

blinked back tears. The thought of him alone, suffering… it tore at my resolve.

But I couldn't afford to break. Not yet. I forced myself back to composure,

breathing deeply.

I could see that Toph knew this wasn't the

whole story, but was likely wary of angering me, her only hope of leaving the

pure lands. I could see the metal bender (and wasn't that

something?) debating whether to ask more questions, or let it go. She

seemed to hesitate, then wisely decided to give me the space I needed.

"I know it's hard for you to understand," I

continued, my voice softer now.

"But you've got something in common with

him. You both have an indomitable will. Surviving and adapting to whatever the

universe throws at you." I hesitated, my eyes briefly shifting down as the

weight of the situation pressed against my chest.

"I don't know how you survived traveling to

the Spirit World, but I know you've got strength. You're tough—stronger than

most people I've known." I glanced at Toph, who was silent, letting the words

settle. There was a long pause, and then I took a deep breath.

"I'm trying to make sure he doesn't end up

alone, that's why I need your help..." I then stayed quiet for a few seconds deciding

whether to voice my concerns. In the end, I decided that it was necessary and decided

to continue.

"But there's a problem with you now." Anger

then appeared on Toph's face. She then put her hands on her hips and looked at

me scrutinizingly.

"And what's that supposed to me." She

huffed at me. I then realized she took what I Said out of context.

"No no no.. You misunderstand. There's not

a problem with you personally. I'll explain so you're not confused about what I

mean. Since you don't seem to be from my world, your body wasn't born with

chakra coils. This means you don't possess chakra and without chakra you'll be

vastly weaker in the world I come from." Toph's angry face was then replaced

with a face of understanding.

"Oh, so that's what you meant. You gatta

say these things first lady or I'll misunderstand ya. So basically, you're

saying I don't have the energy that's used in your world and everybody else'll

be stronger. Ok I get that, so how do you plan to fix this, cause I ain't got a

clue."

"The answer is quite simple. I'll fuse with

you." I then grinned at her.

"W-what" she said shocked at my

proclamation.

"Yea you heard me, we're fusing together. When

we do so, you'll get a lot from my soul. That includes my chakra coils, high

chakra reserves, my Uzumaki healing and abilities along knowledge of fuinjutsu."

"Fiuenjutsu." Toph said, butchering the

name. I chuckled a little.

"No, Fu-in-ju-tsu. It means sealing art.

You're able to write seals that can do anything you can imagine if your skills

and knowledge of art are good enough. You'll also be able to read, understand,

and disarm already placed seals using the knowledge you'll get from me.

Remember the only thing you'll get from me is knowledge, you'll have to

practice if you want to make and disarm seals yourself." I was then interrupted

when she put her hand up in a stopping motion.

"I know you don't know this lady but if you

can't already tell by looking at my eyes, I'm blind." I then blinked at her,

confused. I couldn't help but ask.

"I mean, I did think it was weird how you

weren't looking at me and just looking straight ahead or how your eyes aren't

focused on anything, but I never would've imagined that was the reason. How can

you see me and your surroundings if that's the case. I mean you don't have

chakra to sense around." She then sighed after hearing my question.

"Ok I don't want to explain in detail, so

I'll give it to ya like this. The shortened version is that I use the

vibrations of the planet through earthbending to see. Though the range isn't that

bad. It's about one thousand feet. I never felt the need to train myself to

increase it, but I know I can." I was surprised she could see that far. I then

thought about how far she would be able to see with the mind's eye.

"Well, when you obtain the Mind's Eye of Kagura

your range will increase as far as you train yourself. Theoretically if you use

your vibration sensing and kagura's mind eye at the same time when you've mastered

them both to their highest capabilities, you'd be able to see the whole planet,

but I believe your brain would overload. This'll only work if you unlock about 80%

to 90% of your brain's compacity. For example, the Uchiha clan genetically has

about 10% of their brain's compacity available to them; the Hyuuga's have at

least 30% of their brain's unlocked. Everybody else has 5% of their brain's

available to them." I then looked down to see Toph confused face.

"Basically, when you unlock Mind's Eye of Kagura,

you'll be able to read anything written with chakra in them and that includes

seals. Oh, the mind's eye will activate itself the second you arrive at the

Elemental Nations. It'll always be activated. It'll be at its weakest stage, so

you'll only be able to see the chakra in things that's in about a 20 feet radius,

so I suggest that this along with your speed should be the first thing you

train." She nodded in understanding.

"All I seem to be hearing are good things.

I always know there'll be a but to things like this." I then decided to break

the news to her. Hopefully she wouldn't be that mad.

"There are a few downsides to this. You

won't get any of my memories, so you better be ready to learn all there is

about the Shinobi world. Your DNA will be shifted to that of a member of the

Uzumaki clan's royal line. You'll mainly have my DNA in you, so you'll

basically be my kid. I'll also add a little bit of my husband's DNA as

insurance. I'll do you a favor and give you the ok to have a relationship with

my son or should I say, your brother. Oh, and don't about what other people

think if you do get into a relationship with Naruto. Relationships between

siblings are common in Uzumaki culture. Anyway, the final downside is that if

you go through this your eyes will forever be unhealable." The response I got

for this was a deep blush along with a shrug of the shoulders. What Toph said

next shocked me.

"Well, your downsides aren't really a

problem. I don't like having thing giving to me without effort, so I'll enjoy

training my new abilities. I don't like my family, so it'll be refreshing to

get a new one and have a new mother. And

I was born blind, but I found my way around that by gaining another way to see,

so I don't care about being blind forever." I blinked and blinked again then my

shock quickly turned into laughter.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA, yeah, I guess that makes

sense. I thought you'd have a problem with my disadvantages, but I guess they

didn't matter. I need to prepare your transportation to my world so if you

could give me some space."

"Alright, get what you need ready. I can't

wait to kick ass in another world."

3rd POV

Kushina walked Toph to the platform she

made. They both stood in the middle of the array of seals meant for transportation.

Kushina's thoughts were a whirlwind of strategy and emotion. The weight of it

all pressed down on her, but she couldn't stop now. This was the only

chance—the only chance—to protect her son. Every moment that passed without him

getting the help he needed was a moment too long. She didn't have time to waste

on uncertainty.

Toph would be perfect for this. If she

could get the girl to respond to the jutsu, she would have a body. Not just a

soul. A body. It was the key. She'd seen enough of Orochimaru's

experiments to know that this variation of the Impure World Reincarnation was

supposed to summon only the soul, (plagiarizing bastard she

thought, claiming my work and perverting it.)—but Kushina's interference,

her manipulation of the chakra, would make sure Toph's physical form came with

it. A body to protect Naruto. A body to be a constant force of strength by his

side.

Toph was tough; she knew that

instinctively, even without seeing her in action. The girl's aura, her energy,

it spoke of resilience, of a will that wouldn't break. The earthbender had the

strength to withstand whatever life—or death—threw at her. After all, she was

the first person to make it alive into the Pure Lands, surviving with a

physical body. She was strong, stubborn, and skilled. Exactly what Naruto would

need. Kushina's heart tightened at the thought of her son, so young, so full of

potential yet weighed down by burdens no child should bear. But with Toph,

maybe there was a chance.

"I believe the point in time you'll be

teleported to is a time when you're about the same age and when he desperately

needs help. Remember my son's chakra will resemble mine's, but I'm pretty sure he'll

probably be the first person you meet during whatever happens. All I have left

to say for you now is good luck."

"Not needed but thanks anyway." I then

smiled

'I like this girl already, hopefully Naruto

will too. I'd love to have some grandkids from her and my son.' She then

remembered something very important.

"Oh, and your father's Minato Namikaze, The

Fourth Hokage. You also can't go telling anyone he's your father. The only

people I trust that you should tell are Jiraiya and Tsunade Senju. And that's

if you ever meet them."

Starting the summoning, I quickly jumped into

her body and fused with Toph. She seemed to get a little disorientated but luckily,

she stayed in the transportation circle.

Toph POV:

When I finally regained consciousness, I

felt the wind blowing on my face with incredible speeds. It felt like I was

falling. My feet weren't touching the ground, and I felt upside down. That's when

I realized, I was free falling, and I've been falling long enough for my

landing to be deadly.

"Fuck, shit, cunt, balls! Why the fuck is

this happening to me the second I got here. Ah, hell, gotta figure something

out fast or I'm grounded meat, Toph version." An idea suddenly popped into my head.

I used metal-bending and used the metal that was on my clothes to cover my body

in a small metal protective layer in an attempt to protect myself from the

fall. A few seconds later I could hear my impact with the ground. It hurts a

lot but surprisingly nothing feels broken. It took me a minute or two to get

over the pain and the concussion I probably got from that. Taking the metal

layer off. I slowly stood up.

"Damn, my everything hurts after that. I

still can't believe this is the first thing that happened when I agreed to

fusing with that Kushina lady. Now I guess it's time to find-WHAT THE HELL IS

THAT!!!" My feet finally sensed a large amount of sand in the form of some huge

animal along with a frog twice the size of the sand animal. I then focused on

what seemed to be a large village being destroyed. I could sense hundreds of

people fighting and three big snakes breaking down a section of the village.

"Is this what she meant by "when I'm

desperately needed." This place is in a god damn war. And those monsters. Is

this the power of chakra." I stood there mesmerized at everything I felt.

Realizing what I was doing, I slapped myself in the face.

"Com'on Toph, snap out of it. I need to

find Naruto in all this mayhem. Stopping this battle will probably make my job

easier. Hopefully I'm not getting in over my head with this one. God knows how

many times I've done that." I then focused on the nearest target, which was the

two big animals fighting. I started running towards there as fast as possible. It

didn't take long before I reached them. I hid behind a tree so I could listen

to any talking. I first needed to figure out who

the good and bad guys were. I was able to hear a few voices.

"Ok kid, why'd you summon me." Said a loud,

grumpy voice. From the vibrations it seemed to be a huge frog like animal

talking.

"Boss man, we have a problem, like a

village destroying problem and it's right in front of us." After hearing what

seemed to be a kid's voice. I noticed a person that seemed to be my age or

younger was standing on top of the frog's head.

"What in the hell." I mumbled to myself. I

then started paying more attention to the conversation.

"The hell kid! The first time you summon me

for a battle, I'm up against Shukaku the One-Tailed Sand Tanuki. Well luckily

for you this isn't the first time I fought a Bijuu."

'Ok so the other animal is whatever a

"Tanuki" or "Bijuu" is, and it's really made completely out of sand.' I thought

to myself surprised. They continued.

"Are you talking about when the Forth

Hokage fought the Kyuubi." Said the boy.

"Yes, and that's how I got this scar. Damn

fox mauled my face and decided to put his chakra in his claws when it did. Luckily

everything except the big slash over my eye healed without scarring." The boy

then started talking excitedly.

"That's so cool. Do you think you'll have a

problem fight this Tailed Beast."

"Well, kid a Bijuu is a Bijuu. It doesn't

matter how many tails they have. They are all difficult to fight. But if I had

to-" They were interrupted when another voice spoke.

"I will have your blood Uzumaki and if I

can't do it then I'll have the demon do it. NOW! MAKE ME FEEL ALIVE! ENTERTAIN

ME UZUMAKI! Tanuki Neiri No Jutsu (Play Possum Jutsu)." I then sensed a

swirl of sand erupting around the sand tanuki, increasing its size. It was

finally the same size as the frog. I then heard screaming along with a beastly

roar that came from a new voice. This voice sounded crazier and more

psychotic.

"FREE! I'M

FREE! FINALLY FREE FROM THAT DAMN SEAL!" The new

voice is coming from the sand construct. It seemed to be happy when it said it

was free.

"It's Shukaku, the

Tailed Beast. It seems his consciousness is now fully aware. We must seal him

back into Garra before he can destroy the village." The frog said. The sand

tanuki then shifts its attention to the boy and frog.

"YOU WANT TO STOP ME! SEAL ME BACK! NO!

NEVER! I'LL KILL YOU! I'LL KILL YOU AND BURY YOUR WORTHLESS VILLAGE IN SAND

BEFORE THAT HAPPENS!" The sand

Tanuki screamed.

"No! I won't let you destroy my home! Let's

do this Gamabunta!" said

the boy.

"Alright kiddo,

let's finish this quickly. I need to hurry home. I'm not gonna be late to my

wife's cooking." Said the frog. They then started to fight.

'Ok, so it seems the sand Tanuki Shukaku, I

think its name was wants to destroy the village.' I hid away until I could find

a opportunity to enter the fight. After about half

an hour, I found it.

"Kid, you gatta think of something quick. I'm

tired and about out of chakra." Said the frog. It was breathing heavily and

moving slower than in the beginning of the fight.

"Sorry boss man. I've kinda ran out of

ideas." Said the boy. I finally saw my chance and took it.

'Here's my chance.' I quickly acted without

hesitation.

3rd POV

Toph then took that as her chance to enter

the fight. Quickly running out into the open. She moved in front of the toad

and started earth-bending. Toph rose four tall walls encasing the sand tanuki

in an earth version of a barrier. She started reinforcing the earth to ensure the

Bijuu doesn't escape. Monstrous screaming was heard and Shukaku yelled.

"YOU WILL NOT CAGE ME! WIND RELEASE:

DRILLING AIR BULLETS!" The barrier Toph created

was destroyed by Shukaku's wind attack. She quickly bended

a wall of earth to protect herself from the debris of broken earth falling.

Shukaku then launched more air bullets at her. Unfortunately, due to how she

sees the world by feeling the earth she's completely vulnerable to air attacks.

The earth wall she was hiding behind took a direct hit, which sent her flying

into a nearby tree. She let out a painful scream. Groaning, she tried to pick

herself up.

"Ah. shit… fuck! Yea. Yea. Somethin broke.

But damn, have to admit, that was a pretty good shot. Alright, so the beast

shoots air bullets. I mean It was in the name but I didn't think it'll hurt

like a bitch." Shakingly getting up, she got back into her stance.

"Alright, you've had your

fun. Now's mine." She then took a few deep breaths to steady her breathing

and started to focus. Toph could feel that she could bend the sand the monster

was completely made out of. Smirking at this realization, she focused on the Bijuu's left arm and sand-bended it away from its

body. Shukaku's reaction was immediate.

"AAAAAA! MY ARM! HOW DID YOU! BLOOD! I

WILL HAVE YOUR BLOOD!" Toph's smirk from earlier

grew wider.

"Well, would you look at that. Seems things just got a little more interesting...

..."

The battle between toph and Shukaku raged

on for about another thirty minutes before Shukaku's non-existing patience ran

out.

"WHY! WHY! WHY! WHY WON'T YOU DIE! I'VE TRIED

AGAIN AND AGAIN BUT YOU KEEP ESCAPING LIKE A DAMN SNAKE! THAT'S IT! I'M DONE! YOU

WON'T SURVIVE THIS ONE! DESERT

LAYERED IMPERIAL FUNERAL SEAL!" Shukaku used

sand to create a pyramid around Toph to kill her by compressing her in the

sand.

"BE CRUSHED AND DIE!" Toph hearing this realized what the

beast was about to do.

'This bitch is trying to crush me in sand.'

She then feels how fast the sand is compacting towards her.

'Shit, I'm not fast enough to escape this

but if I cover my body with a layer of metal, I'll be fine.' She then realized

the metal she had on her wasn't strong enough and could be crushed by the sand.

'Damn, the metal I'm wearing isn't strong

enough. You know what, I can just.' Slamming her foot on the ground. She

searched deep underground for metal stronger than what she had.

After a few moments of searching, she found

what she was searching for. The mineral seemed to be at least ten times

stronger and denser than the metal she has been using.

"Alright! Let's do this." Bending the metal,

she found underground onto the surface, she covered herself in it like she did

she fell from the sky. This metal made her shine with how silver it was. She

managed to do this just in time because a second later the sand covered her and

compressed itself. Shukaku then started laughing like a maniac.

"HAHAHAHA! YES! YES! YOUR DEATH! YOUR

BLOOD! I HAVE IT! HAHAHAHA! I WIN! I WON! YOU." Shukaku

was cut off when the sand pyramid exploded from the inside out. In the center

was an unharmed Toph. Toph mumbled to herself.

"This fight has been going on far too long.

I'd better end this now." Quickly moving the sand around her she sent it

rushing towards shukaku. Once it landed on the Bijuu Toph and Shukaku started

to fight for sand's control.

"I SEE YOUR PLAN! YOU'RE TRYING TO CONTROL THE SAND IN

MY BODY LIKE YOU DID BEFORE! THAT ONLY WORKED BECOUSE I DIDN'T KNOW YOU HAD

THAT ABILITY! BUT MY CONTROL IS BETTER THAT YOU! IT'S MY ELEMENT!" Shukaku then put more effort into regaining control of its sand. Toph

in return increased her effort in keeping control. She was slowly losing

control of the sand. She then thought.

'God damn. This has to be the hardest tug

of war I've ever played. It's better at sand-bending than me. I can't lose. I

can't let it get control... ... I need it to lose focus.' Still focusing on

keeping control, she yelled.

"Yo frog! Can you do something to distract

this thing! I need you to make it lose focus! I have to win this battle for control

over its sand but it's stronger than me." The response was immediate.

"Alright girly, I can do that. And get your

eyes checked because I'm a toad not a frog." Gamabunta retorted. Toph ignored

the side remark.

"Yea. Yea. Whatever. Can you hurry up." Gamabunta

sighed.

"Brats now a days. No respect for their

elders." Gamabunta rushed in, took its sword out, added chakra to it and

slammed into shukaku. This action had he attended effect. Shukaku's attention

turned to the boss toad.

"THE HELL! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING TOAD!" Shukaku yelled.

"Protecting my village that's what!"

Gamabunta yelled back. Gamabunta then noticed a sleeping Garra on Shukaku's

head. He could see the boy now since they weren't so far away from each other. An

idea popped in his head. He turned his attention to Naruto.

"Naruto, I noticed Shukaku became fully in

control when the Jinchuriki put himself to sleep. I bet waking him up will

solve our sand problem. It might not work, but it's worth a shot. What do you

say."

"I say let's give it a shot." Naruto,

taking the chance, jumped off of Gamabunta towards Shukaku and gave the asleep

Garra a headbutt, instantly awakening him. Shukaku started to shrink and disappear into the seal. When the Bijuu realized what

was happening to it, it started to panic and go into a frenzy.

"NO! NO! NOT YET! I WILL NOT BE SEALED! I

WILL NOT DISAPPEAR! NOT AGAIN! NOT WITHOUT HAVING YOU! YOUR BLOOD! YOUR DEATH! HUMAN!

YOU MUST DIE! BY ME! BY MY HAND! BY MY SAND! HYAAAA!"

Shukaku slowly retracting into Garra shot out

a few sand spikes at a speed that would be hard to react to. Gamabunta was

about to dodge but saw the sand fly past him ignoring him entirely. He was

confused for a second, but then he noticed the direction sand was going. Upon

realization, he screamed.

"Girly, get out of the way, now!" Gamabunta

yelled. Toph turned around and tried to react, but she was too slow. The attack

successfully hit Toph, and the effects were immediate. Due to the speeds of the

spikes, when it hit Toph, they cleanly went through her left thigh, stomach

area, right arm, and right hand. The most threatening thing was the spike that

went through the right side of her shoulder/chest. She fell to the ground. Conscious but unmoving. She talked in a pained voice.

"Dammit for being blind. I could've seen

that. And of course, my stubborn ass refuses to pass out. This pain is

unbearable." Toph spit out a glob of blood. Naruto quickly ran towards her and

yelled.

"Hey! Hey! Are you alright! Can you hear

me!" Toph turned her head in his direction.

"Well squirt, you tell me, do I look alright…

Fuck no! I have at least ten god damn holes in my

body! And the biggest one is on the right side of my chest! Good thing it's not

the left cause I'd be fucking dead!" Naruto flinched at her response.

"Well, we need to hurry and get you to the

hospital." Naruto then summoned a small toad.

"Hey. Can you take her to the hospital for

me." The only response he got was a toad sound. The toad then stood on top of

Toph

"Hey, get this nasty shit off of-." Toph's

eyes rolled into the back of her head and she fell unconscious. The frog then

puffed away with her in toe.

(Four days later)

Toph POV:

Waking up, I groggily asked.

'Where the hell am I now,' I thought feeling

horrible like I'd had been stomped on by hundreds of Komodo Rhinoceros.

I could hear a steady beeping that quickly started

to get on my nerves. I felt something covering my mouth and nose. Attempting to

reach up and remove it I realized I couldn't move either of my arms. I

attempted to move my arms again so I could get a better feel of what was stopping

me and keeping my arms stuck. Well, a better word would be restricted instead

of being stuck. I quickly realized my arms were incased in some hard material.

Only my fingers would barely move. From what I could smell with this thing

covering my face, it smelled like medicine. I finally realized where I was.

"So, I'm in a hospital. *sigh* I just can't get a

break, can I?" I said to myself.

"I need to touch something." Moving my legs and

feet, I realized it was in the same material as my arm. The only thing I could move

was my big toe on my right foot. Moving my toe around, I managed to touch some

metal and that was enough. The vibrations were back. I could see again.

Along with being encased in some material, my right

arm was strapped down with what appeared to be tubs running from it to something

that wasn't made of earth or metal. I then saw the rest of myself. Just like I thought,

most of my body was covered in the same hard material. Only my left arm,

abdomen, and toe I was using to touch the metal were visible.

The room I'm in is mostly empty. On the right side of

me was what seemed to be a window. In between myself and what was probably a window

were several strange machines that I'm 90% sure was the source of the irritating

beeping noise. To her right was a large open window that seemed to lint to the inside

of the building. In between the window and I were a small table and a chair.

Memories of the fight she had with the weird animals

came back to me at this point. Oh that's right that woman and the other people

she whispered to herself. She tried to free her left arm from the strap, with

little success. Finally, after exhausting herself, she gave up and laid her

head back.

"I guess I wait for someone to come and check

on me," I thought

3rd POV

It didn't take long before Toph heard a door open

and close accompanied by the sound of footsteps. An average size woman appeared.

She had long black hair, pale wheat color skin and dark hazel nut eyes. She was

wearing a long white coat with dark gray robes underneath. She was busy looking

at a clip board with some sheets of paper on it. Toph coughed slightly to get

the woman's attention. She turned her attention from the clipboard to Toph when

she heard the noise. The woman smiled, seeing that Toph was awake.

"Good, you're finally awake. We were beginning

to think that you would never wake up," the woman said, walking over to Toph.

She continued.

"Do you remember what happened that could

give you any ideas about how you ended up in the hospital." Toph smirked at the

woman and responded in a voice laced with sarcasm.

"Oh, yea I do. I

fought and won against a god damn sand monster. I think that big ass frog

called it Shukaku. A Bijuu. Sand shit thought it was funny to do a sneak attack

after it lost. Sore loser much."

"Ah, yes, I was informed you have a

colorful vocabulary."

"Alright enough about me. Tell me where am

I and who are you. I know I'm in a hospital so you don't have to mention that

part."

I am Otsu," she placed her hand on her chest

and gave a bow of her head. "And you're in Konohagakure's hospital in the

land of fire,"

Toph tried to move around to make herself more

comfortable. When

"Yo is there any way to make how I'm laying any

more computable. I didn't feel it when I was asleep but damn the shit is

uncomfortable." The

woman nodded and walked over to the wall and bushed a button. The bed started

to move lifting her upper body up it to a lean back sitting up position.

"Better" the woman asked getting a nodded from

the earth bender.

"Would you mind if I asked a few questions."

"Sure, shoot your shot."

"Name"

"Uzumaki Toph"

"Uzumaki?" The woman asked scrutinizingly. A tic

mark appeared on Toph's face.

"Yes, is there a problem" The woman responded.

"No. That would actually explain some things."

The woman started to write more on the clipboard. Toph stored what she said in

the back of her head for later.

"Family." I remembered Kushina saying not to

mention Minato as my father.

"Yes, a mother"

"Name"

"Kushina Uzumaki." The dropped the clipboard

when hearing that nurse, too shocked to respond. She quickly picked it up and

slowly backed away from Toph.

"I-I-I need to go. It's an emergency. A nurse will

come and get you anything you need if you ask. Also don't touch anything and

stay in bed as you're still not fully healed. You're healing is incredibly fast,

to the point where you should be discharged in about five days. I will be back

later to check on you." The woman then turned to leave. While she was

walking out of the room she mumbled to herself.

"I must report this to the council. I can't

delay this information. I don't know who got a hold of Kushina-sama's

blood or who they mixed her blood with. But due to her high affinity with earth,

it's likely that the suspect's in Iwa." She then opened and closed the door

behind her. That irritating beeping was the only sound that filled the room

again. Toph smiled.

'Well I've found my cover along with a way to

explain my existence. But first I need a believable backstory.' Toph thought.

'An successful lab experiment using Kushina

Uzumaki's along with a few more mentionable individuals blood. The only side

effects were permanent blindness. Later down the line I learned of my brother

Uzumaki Naruto and have now grown protective of him. Yes, that sounds good

enough. The first time we met I decided to beat the Tailed Beast he was

fighting.' She nodded at herself.

"Yes. This story will be rough around the

edges but believable. And I still have a lot of time to work on it since I'm

hospitalized." Toph then

"*sigh* I'm trying to enjoy some peace and quiet,

but this damn beeping is getting on my nerves. I can't even cover my ears." She

let out a tired sigh. Toph was then left to her own devices. She couldn't do anything

since her whole body was basically bandaged. She just lay there, bored, until she

felt another person had arrived in front of her door.

'I guess it's time for her to check on me

again. Hold up, from what I'm feeling, it seems it's a boy.'

"You can come in." Said Toph. She could feel

the boy's heart skip a beat indicating he was surprised that she knew he was

there. When the boy walked in Toph could get a better feel of the boy. She realized

it was the same person standing on Gamabunta.

'It's the boy on the huge frog.' She decided

to voice her thoughts.

"Hey, you're the kid that was on that huge

frog when we were fighting that Tailed Beast thing right?" The boy nodded

although she couldn't see it.

"Yea, that's me, uh, um, I-I just wanted to

say th-thanks for saving me b-back there." The boy said, stuttering over a few

of his words. He continues talking, still just as nervous.

"I-I was really in a pickle and s-sorry I was

too tired to help. You got hurt because of that. Because of me. I-I'm-" Toph

"It's alright kid. Calm down. You're a

nervous stuttering wreck right now." Top then smirked.

"And besides. It's not every day you get to

fight a giant talking beast made completely out of sand." Naruto seemed to

relax a little bit after hearing this.

"So kid, what's your name." Naruto grinned brightly

at her.

"Me, I'm Naruto. Naruto Uzumaki, future

Hokage of the Konoha." He said excitedly. Toph was a little confused and

frowned at the excitement in his voice because she could tell it wasn't genuine

and that it seemed to be somewhat of an emotional mask. This is because of her seismic

sense, and his inward emotions were completely at odds with his outward.

Sadness, grief, loss, inner turmoil, a small

tint of depression along with a few other emotions filled the boy. Toph sighed

at this and thought.

'Damn, I don't know what the hell happened to

the boy while I was out, but whatever it was caused his emotions to do a complete

1 80. If I had to guess from the range of his emotions and how he's spiraling. Someone

or something must have died. I would put my bet on a person and someone he's

close to as well.' She then spoke to Naruto.

"Cut the shit Uzumaki." Toph said in a

demeaning voice. She didn't raise her voice because of how much I would

probably hurt. It had its intended effect. Naruto instantly shuts up. His happy

go lucky expression turning into a face of neutrality.

"I don't know if you act like this towards

everyone or just to me because I'm a patient in this hospital, but I can sense

emotions and that fake shit you're spewing in front of me needs to stop. So, don't

lie in front of me or pretend you're fine. You're a train wreck. I can tell

from the way grief's in one of your emotions something or someone close to you

died but I'm not going to open those can of worms." Naruto froze at that, then sighed

and whispered a small, "thank you," before stopping his act and switching into

a calmer version of himself. This was the actual him. The real and genuine

personality of Naruto Uzumaki. The only people who knows of this him are Teuchi

and Ayame. The Ichiraku ramen's owner and his daughter.

Naruto and Toph then got into multiple

conversations. He was in her room talking with her for hours. He was talking

about his friends, sensei and people he considered family. They stayed talking

until the visiting hours were over. A nurse opened the door and notified them that

visitors have an hour before they have to leave for the day. Naruto, hearing

this, got out of the chair he was sitting in.

"Well, I've been here longer than I expected.

I only planned to visit for about an hour or two but it ended up being about seven

or eight hours. I enjoyed talking to you. I'm pretty sure I've never talked to

someone for this long in my life. I talk to Teuchi and Ayame for at most two

hours when I visit their restaurant. But yeah I really have enjoyed talking to

you." Naruto said with a small smile. As Naruto was about to leave the room, Toph

spoke.

"It's Toph." Naruto looked back and tilted

his head to the side. Toph could feel his confusion. She decided to elaborate.

"My name. It's Toph. I'll tell you my last

name when I feel we're both ready. And before you leave, I'll say it again, if

you didn't understand me the first time. I can and will kick your ass if you

ever start acting fake in front of me again. And trust me, I'll know. You can

keep acting like that to your other friends because I'm pretty sure that's what

they're used to from you. I'm just saying that if we're going to be friends, I

want to be friends with Naruto Uzumaki and not his façade. And besides, I like

the person I've been talking to for these past hours more than the overly

optimistic, excited façade he puts on. Now, are we clear about that." Toph said,

smirking and the end.

Naruto nodded at what she said then smiled. This

smile isn't one of his usual enthusiastic, bright upbeat smiles or grins that

everyone's accustomed to. No, this is a smile filled with the sadness of what's

happened the past few days along with the happiness of meeting a new possible

friend, one who can see through his shell and accepts him for who he is rather

than his masked self.

Toph, sadly, couldn't see his smile because

of her blindness, but she felt the emotions behind it. She could feel the

happiness he felt towards her, the deep amount of sadness still within him, as

well as the small amount of anxiety he has for the unknown future.

"Well, Toph, it's been fun getting to know you,

but I better go. Let you have your rest and other stuff. I also gatta visit

bushy brows before visiting hours are up. I'll tell you about him later ok."

Naruto waved his hand her way.

"Bye Uzumaki." Toph waved back. He closed the

door and left. After he closed the door, she laid down. She was tired.

"Phew I guess that's for me today. Who knew

talking could make you so exhausted, especially when you're talking for hours

on end." She closed her eyes. Slowly falling asleep, she had one final thought.

'Hm, so, that was Kushina's son and my

brother? He's way more interesting compared to how I thought he was gonna be.'

After that thought, exhaustion overtook her. She fell in blissful unconsciousness.

The next few days Naruto visited her every

day and stayed for hours on end every time. It seems they both clicked and

became best friends in such a short time.

(Timeskip 1 week)

The medics cleared Toph for some physical exercise

but nothing strenuous, so Naruto suggested walking her around the village. Toph

wanted Naruto to show her around so she could get familiarized with the layout

of the village. So, when she was let out of the hospital for the limited time

she had, they toured as much of the village as they could.

Currently, they're walking back to the

hospital. They were going through the main street of Konoha since it was the

quickest way back. Naruto decided to ask her something he's been wondering

about.

"Hey, Toph." Naruto said, looking at her

before turning his attention to the street again.

"Mn"

"I've been wondering about something ever

since I started showing you around the place."

"And what would that be squirt." Naruto's eye

twitched a little after hearing that. She strted calling him that a few days

ago saying that was his nickname.

"Well, you always look ahead. Your eyes never

move or focus on anything when you're walking. You don't even look at where I'm

pointing, when I do point at something. You don't even look down when something's

in your way. But somehow, it's like you know where everything is. You also

never blink, which is honestly kind of creepy." He looked at her expecting an

answer. Toph shrugged her shoulders.

"Oh, that's because I'm blind."

"Oh, that make sense…" Naruto nodded at her

response then looked forward. There was silence for a few seconds until he did

a double take on what he heard.

"Wait! What!" he yelled.

"Yea, I'm blind so I don't-" Waving his hands

in the air, Naruto interrupted.

"No, you don't need to explain. I heard you loud

and clear. I just wanna, um, know. How did it happen. You don't have to talk

about it if you don't want to." Toph shrugged.

"It's nothing interesting. I was just born this

way." Naruto sighed apologetically.

"And here I thought your eyes were like that

because you're a Hyuga." That name caught Toph's attention.

"Hue ga." Toph asked, butchering the name.

"Hyuga. They're a clan here; their eyes are exactly like yours, just a

little more pale lavender." Toph had no comment on that because she never

had an idea of color because of her blindness. There is something she wants to

ask though.

"Are they

blind too?" Toph asked.

"No, they can

see through everything with their eyes, it's their specialty, and only the

Hyuga clan's able to do it. It's because of their bloodline, the Byakugan." A tinge of jealousy popped

in Toph after hearing that.

'What kind of

family has the same eyes as me, but could see through everything? See better

that the average person.' Toph thought. Yes, even though it seems like her blindness

doesn't affect her. It will always be a sore spot for her.

"Puft, must be

pretty nice living in that clan." She snidely remarked

"Yea,

I'd have to say no to that. They're a bunch of stuck-up bastards. They believe that

their clan is above everyone else. And because of their eyes, they've separated

their clan into two groups. The main house and branch house. The people in the main

house are royalty, and the branch are nothing but servants to the main house.

They even put a seal on every branch member's forehead so the main family can

control them." Toph snorted after hearing that.

"So basically, the Hyuga's are a clan

proclaiming themselves to be the strongest while putting the other half of

their clan into slavery. Typical rich noble pricks." Naruto looked at Toph. He

blinked twice, then let out a chuckle. That chuckle soon turned into full blown

laughter.

"Hehehe, Yea. Yea. You're right. Hehe. that's

pretty much it." Naruto could see the hospital in view.

(Next day. Hospital. Toph's room.)

Toph is sitting up in her hospital bed at the

moment. The bed sheets are covering her legs. Naruto's sitting in a chair next

to her. They've been talking for at least an hour or two. After a little more

talking Naruto finally decided to bring up the main reason of his visit.

"Hey Toph, me and pervy sage are about to

start looking for the new Hokage. Her name's Tsunade Senju. She's the

granddaughter of the First Hokage. She's also a medic. She'll be able to heal

bushy brows and a lot of other shinobi if we can bring her back to the village.

If you come with us, I'm sure she'll be able to heal your eyes." Toph sighed at

this.

"Naruto, we've already talked about this and

also had this conversation multiple times. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate that

you're trying to help me, but my eyes, they can't be healed. A lot of doctors

have already tried and failed. I doubt this one would be any different." Naruto

perked up at her last comment. Smirking, he said.

"Oh, but that's where you're wrong Toph-chan.

Tsunade isn't an ordinary medic. Pervy sage said that she's the best medic in

the world. So, if there's anyone that would be able to help you. It'd be her.

So, what do you think. Wanna come with us and help find her."

Toph appreciates what Naruto's attempting to

do for her. She really does. Its just that she doesn't really feel like going

anywhere right now. She decided the best way to escape this conversation was to

make an excuse as to why she wouldn't be able to go. He'd surely drop the

subject then, right?

"Sorry Naruto, but even if I wanted to go

with you, I couldn't. I won't be let out of the hospital for a while. And if I

was let out, I wouldn't be in the condition for travel."

Any normal person would have dropped the

subject then and there or waited another time to bring it up again. What Toph,

at this time, didn't quite understand was the stubborn nature of one Uzumaki

Naruto and how Uzumaki Naruto never backs down or takes no for an answer. Naruto

pretended to be confused and looked at her curiously. He smirked internally,

realizing what she was trying to do. He wouldn't let her off the hook that

easily though.

"But I gave you a tour of the village

yesterday. You also said you were going to be discharged tomorrow. That means

you're leaving the hospital today." Toph sighed, cursing Naruto's stubbornness.

"Yeah yeah, you're right about all that stuff,

but I kind of have a huge hole in my right shoulder. Albeit it's smaller than

before but it's still there." Naruto

waved off her concern.

"Don't worry, It'll be fine, we're just going

to search for her. It'll be like a big round of shinobi finders." Toph's face gained

a confused look.

"Ok, I don't know what that is but…" she

sighed in defeat.

"Alright… I guess… I'll go." Naruto started

cheering. He was interrupted when Toph raised her voice.

"But!" His cheers died and she gained his

attention.

"That's only if you can promise me something."

Naruto looked at her with a more serious expression. Promises are very

important to Naruto. When Naruto makes a promise he does his absolute best to

fulfill it.

"What is it." He asked, listening intently.

"I can't believe I'm going to say this. I'll go

if you promise me that you'll avoid getting into any trouble. I won't be able

to do much if I get into a fight right now." Naruto nodded.

"I promise. I won't start anything while

we're looking for Tsunade. But if there's a fight, I also promise I'll do

everything to keep you safe. I mean, I couldn't call myself your best friend if

I didn't do this. I'll protect you with my life, dattebayo!" Toph smiled warmly

at hearing how protective he was of her. It's even more surprising because they've

only known each other for about two weeks. The words unexpectedly flowed out of

her mouth.

"Thanks, onii-chan." Toph mumbled. Her face switched

from smiling to a surprised expression upon realizing what she said. She

started thinking.

'Why did I call him that. I know he's my

brother now, but onii-chan.' She couldn't believe such a childish term would

come out of her mouth. She started sensing Naruto's emotions, feeling for a

sudden change.

'His emotions aren't fluctuating. Phew, I guess

he didn't hear me.'

"What was that. I couldn't hear you." Naruto

asked. Toph blushed and quickly blurted out.

"N-Nothing."

"Ok, if you say so." Deciding to escape the awkwardness, Toph

changed the subject.

"So, where should I be tomorrow." Naruto's brightened

up.

"We're meeting at the front gate. I'll come

back here tomorrow morning to get you." Toph nodded at him.

"Well see you tomorrow Toph-chan." Naruto said,

leaving.

"Yeah, same to you, squirt." Hearing the door

closes. Toph layed down and fell asleep soon after.

'Ha, I almost let it slip, but I do wonder.

What'll be his reaction be when I tell him he's my brother.' was her last

thought before sleeping.

(Next Morning)

"Toph-chan, Toph-chan, wake up, it's almost

time to go." Her eyes slowly fluttered open. Naruto blushed, looking at her.

'Now that I got a better look at her. She's the

prettiest girl I've seen. Sakura's pretty but not like this, her long silky

black hair, her pale smooth skin, even her white clouded eyes. No, no, Naruto,

you aren't supposed to be thinking of her like that. She's your friend. And you

like Sakura-chan remember.' Naruto frantically shook his head, ridding him of

his current thoughts. Just as he was finished her heard her.

"Why are you shaking your head like that.

Your heartbeat's also beating faster than it should, are you alright." Toph

asked in a questioning then slightly worried tone.

'Why is he getting so nervous, and damn, why

am I acting so soft towards him?' She mentally asked herself. Realizing she

wasn't going to get an answer, she dropped the subject. Sitting up and getting

out of her bed talked again.

"So, I'm guessing it's time to search for

this Tsunade lady." She asked while stripping out of her hospital gown.

The only thing he could say was.

"Yea but we're actually running late."

"Then lead the way." Naruto opened the window

and jumped out, running on top of the buildings. Toph stood there with a surprised

look on her face.

"Ok, Shinobi world, not mine, I guess that's...

normal." She stomped the ground, wide searching for Naruto. She sensed him

standing with a taller person beside him. She also jumped out of the window and

ran in the direction she sensed him. In about a minute or two, Naruto could see

her running towards him. He yelled at Toph.

"Hey! Toph-chan! Over here!" When she got in

front of Naruto, she spoke in a dangerous tone.

"Do not disappear from my senses like that

again." Realizing his mistake, Naruto sheepishly

spoke.

"Oh yeah, Sorry,

"Your damn right your sorry. Disappearing in one

seconded and then ending up on the other side of the village in the next." She

fumed.

"Yeah, I was jumping on the buildings. It's

the best way for a Shinobi to travel in their village. But if we go on a mission,

I'll have to jump on trees." Toph just crossed her arms and pouted.

"Well, none of that when you're with me." Naruto

blushed a little at how she looked when she was pouting. He then started to

picture her again, getting naked and changing into her clothes in front of him

again. His blush deepened.

'Stop thinking of her like that. She's your friend,

remember. And you like Sakura-chan.' He reminded himself. Jiraiya, seeing

Naruto's reaction to Toph, smirked.

'It seems gaki has a little crush on this

girl. Found some new blackmail material to use on him.' He then turned to

Naruto and asked the two question that's been filling his head.

"Gaki. Who's the girl and why's she here. I

hope you're not planning on bringing her with us."

"This." Naruto grabbed Toph's hand and

dragged her towards Jiraiya.

"Is Toph. She took down Shukaku and we became

friends when I was visiting her in the hospital." Toph seemed to look directly

at Jiraiya and spoke.

"Yo, the name's Toph. Ya know, you look

pretty good for an old timer. Not better than me though. So, even though I

already probably know I'll ask anyway. Who're you." She smirked at her own

joke. Naruto almost choked, not expecting her to make a blind joke. Jiraiya

smiled at her unaware of her blindness and started to get in his pose.

"Oh, hell, not this again." Naruto muttered

face palming. This caused Toph to raise an eyebrow. She soon heard yelling from

Jiraiya.

"I AM THE ONE AND ONLY! HAILED AS THE SAGE

FROM MOUNT MYOBOKU. ALL MEN HATE ME AND ALL WOMEN WANT ME. I AM THE STRONG, THE

FAST, THE SMART, THE ONE AND ONLY TOAD SAGE, GAMMA SENNIN, THE GALLANT.

JIRAIYA!!!" Toph looked at him blankly and spoke.

"If you love to introduce yourself like that

to any woman i can tell why women hate you." Naruto got close and whispered in her

ear.

"No Toph-chan, this is just a small annoying

part of him. The main reason is his tendency to peak on naked women, mainly when they're in the hot spring because as he put it." Jiraiya's hearing heard this spoke.

"It's the fasted and most thorough way I can have inspiration for my literature." A face of realization appeared on Toph.

"Ah. I get it now, so. To put it simply, You're a pervert." Jiraiya yelled at her indignantly

after hearing that.

"Hey! I am not a pervert!" He then smirked

after the outburst.

"I'm a super pervert!! HAHAHAHAHA" He busted out laughing. Toph just shook her head and sighed.

"Like that's any better." She muttered. Naruto coughed, getting Toph's and Jiraiya's attention.

"Can we go. We got a hokage to find. You can do this while we're searching for Lady Tsunade." Toph shrugged her shoulders.

"He's got a point. We can do this shit later. We need to find the new leader of this village." Jiraiya nodded.

"Yes. Due to the way Tsunade travels I don't know how

long she'll be at her current location. We must hurry." The three of them then

walked out of the village in search of Tsunade.
