Noir returned with effortless Victory against
the son of some governor or something.
"Wow, that was an amazing Victory Noir. I didn't know that you're this strong. As expected from a re-awakener. So Lady Yulia is as strong as you?"
One of Ruby's followers, Nica started talking and asking again.
"Well, yeah that was easy and Yulia's strength is probably the same as me."

The other followers of Ruby seems wary of me and Noir but mostly Noir. They came from prominent families so the pressure is real. If Noir came from a prominent family with his abilities they would have been fawning on him. Since Noir is an orphan without a good background even if he has good talent they still don't know if he is worthy to have a good relationship with them.
To be honest this kind of worry is worthless. Background or whatever doesn't matter to absolute strength. Noir can surpass even uncle Arnold. I believe that he will be my greatest ally when the time comes.
"Is that so? Then I won't take Yulia as my partner. How about you Ruby? Do you want to be my partner or do you want to challenge Yulia again?"
Nica asked but this girl's power is special indeed. She's not a typical girl who would look at your money, background or talents. All she care is something interesting.

The teacher is finally doing his job.
She put Nica in a huge pink flower and the flower's petals glowed. Later, the light of the flower flickered and it opened and Nica's bruises we're gone.
Mellie briefly gazed at me before going back to her position.
The next partners that were called are Ruto Osuwa and Gina Valentina, Power of wind vs earth.

Ruto took of his glasses and gave it to his friend. Both of them readied themselves to fight. Gina took action first.

His feet disappeared and started evading the spinning rocks

His hand was replaced by wind drill. He quickly approached Gina to defeat her. She closed her eyes and instinctively covered herself by Rocks. The wind drill smashed the rocks and sent her flying but wind cushion catches her before she fall to the

Honestly a drill being defeat by a drill is satisfying.
Ruto materialized holding her in his arms.

Since there's no accident happened, the next pair will be called immediately. The teacher was about to call the next pair

She attacked me angrily with sharp vine whip and I of course dodged it smoothly. Aren't they tired of using the damn whip? But to be honest, whip are efficient, fast and strong with minimal effort. Do I need to finish
this off quickly or just play? Terrible idea either way.
She raised her arms and a huge golden flower emerged from the ground And the surroundings heated up. The flower was pointed at me and started charging a solar beam?
Yeah, this girl wants to be a somethingmon master.
That glowing ball looks so cool. I wonder what it looks like if I covered it with Ice.
"TAKE THIS! SOLAR CANNON!!"
So loud! can't you tone down a bit? I rushed to the flower at super human speed. I covered the energy ball with Ice and looked at it.

I cannot contain it forever because the energy inside will dry out so I just threw it upward casually and It exploded like a flash grenade.

We continued to watch as the boring show continued. The next pair that was called was Jayce and Walter. They are so weak and I didn't bother to looked at their stats.
They started at close combat. It is surprising to see Espers fighting in close combat. Water body enhancement against rock body enhancement.
The big guy Walter is punching the smaller Jayce with his heavy rock enhanced fist. Jayce is dodging or deflecting the attacks pushing him into disadvantage. Disadvantage doesn't mean defeat. Anyone can turn the situation around if they have the right timing to do it.
The big guy lost his patience against the slippery guy and started crashing out.
"I'm going to crush your bones into pieces! EARTH CRUSHER!!"
He smashed the ground creating loud sound.

Jayce got slipped again and dashed to his back and smashed him with palm covered by dense water energy.

Oof! those cracks sounds is anything but good.
After the other boring fights ended we got a rest for the whole day. I ate lunch with Noir,
Ruby and Nica' who's still talking none stop. Come on girl, have some rest okay?

Later when we are on the way to Noir's apartment, we are attacked by unknown people with black hoods.
"KABOOOOOM."
We left the car immediately before it exploded. One of them is floating in the air and spoke to us.
